That worker named as faizal is racist

The main issue was the reception staff names as faizal who is from india ( goa ) , who was extremely unfriendly toward Indian travelers. His name is faizal and He made negative comments about India and even said he was ashamed to be Indian. As an Indian guest, I found this very uncomfortable and disrespectful. A Vietnam hostel should welcome travelers regardless of nationality. Very poor experience with the reception staff.

The location is excellent, situated just a few meters from the Long Bien bus station, which offers connections to the airport and various tourist spots in Hanoi. There is a supermarket right across the street, and street food is available at night. It is also close to bus stops for tours to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa, and other destinations. The bed is spacious, with nearby lighting and power outlets, and there are lockers for suitcases and backpacks. Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop. The hostel staff are very attentive and helpful, assisting with tour bookings and local tips.

I had no prblem during my stay. There are no restricted smoking area.

Sengene er bra. Personalet i resepsjonen er hyggelige, men ikke resten av personalet.

Konstant vond lukt i rommene. Sengetøy var ikke skiftet når jeg byttet seng, luktet gammelt. AC virker ikke i rom 2B. Frokost kokken er en veldig sær mann. Gidder ikke å svare på enkle spørsmål som: "har du salt?" På natten, i takterrassen, så er det rotter på bordet der frokosten blir servert, fikk meg til å sjekke ut.

Only good thing about this hostel is the price .

The beds are great. Comfortable with shelves and a big locker.

Some guests smoking in the room. Of course they didn't when the staff confront them.

Veramente molto sporco, e per niente backpacking vibes, sono stata messa in camera con solo uomini adulti, la stanza aveva un odore sgradevolissimo, i bagni sporchi e piccoli.

Reception doesn't know information. The popular places in Hanoi. They charged for towels. My booking was 218000 ,they wanted to charge me 220000.

El personal esta con el móvil jugando juegos mintras te atienden horrible la atención. El lugar esta muy sucio! Es una pena por qué las camas son cómodas. Pero el lugar es horriblem de los peores que estado en toda Asia.

La falta de profesionalidad y de preparación de sus empleados... Aparte de la limpieza en las zonas comunes... Muy mala atención...

La cama y la atención de la recepción estuvieron muy bien. El desayuno es abundante. En realidad los tres recepcionistas de la mañana están muy bien.

Los baños tenían poca mantención, muy incómodos. Hace mucho calor en la terraza. Deberían adaptar algo porque no está bien tomar el desayuno con tanto calor 🥵

As condições do quarto.

Serviço de lavandaria. Foi péssimo. Paguei por mais roupa para além da minha e ainda por cima a roupa veio mais suja do que foi. Não recomendo o serviço de lavandaria neste hostel.

I like the location, its accesibility to bus stops, market and groceries. I like the bed blinds or cover, the locker positions which can contain the big luggages.There are 3 toilets and shower rooms which can accomodate the number of guests at a time, they are located outside bedrooms so bathroom noise won't disturb you while asleep day or night.

The breakfast is the same every single day, you have to eat it otherwise go out hungry, for non-vietnamese, they won't appreciate it. The laundry is absurd, the way you put it inside plastic bags comes back to you unfolded and crampled like nothing happened, it doesn't smell like it came from laundry shops, no perfume but a neutral odor. The kitchen staff looks like angry and tired all the time. No signage for "no smoking" in the room which allows Chinese guests to smoke even inside the toilet or shower room. Upon exit of a guest, you can see that blankets are not changed, they just fold it so it looks like unused but used multiple times by different guests-for me that's not safe for the next guest!

La amabilidad del personal y las camas, eran cómodas.

El edificio es muy estrecho y también los pasillos y las habitaciones. Baños un poco sucios. Desayuno muy pobre en una terraza bastante sucia.

Giường nghỉ rất rộng và thoải mái, phòng tắm có sẵn dầu gội và sữa tắm, nước nóng có thể tự bật. Đặc biệt mỗi giường đều có view kính ra phố!

Mỗi ngày có 2 khung giờ sáng và tối tắt điều hoà sẽ hơi nóng, tuy nhiên bù lại mỗi giường đều có một chiếc quạt, khách sạn không trang bị sẵn dép đi trong nhà.

Food (breakfast) was bad

The bed was probably the best hostel bed i ever saw, verh comfortable, private and huge (i got the double mattress). But thats about it

Dirty bathrooms - smelly, always wet and damp, toilet papers wet, bins always very dirty and gross, and smell of cigarettes because people smoke inside dispite being asked not to. The room door doesnt lock, as it should because there is even an electronic lock but its always open. The breakfast is very very bad. There is no hang out area whatsoever, only the rooftop where the breakfast is served - super super hot not even fans ! This hostel is super cheap , and the value is good for the bed because it really is good, but dont bother eating breakfast there and hoping to have any kind of social interaction, or even chill in some area, better go find a nice cafe for that

Peu de douches disponibles, qui ne sont pas très propres par ailleurs. Des gens de l’extérieur entrent dans les chambres : la personne qui dormait au dessus de mon lit a eu des rapports bruyants par ailleurs.

Die Betten waren super bequem und sauber und man hatte innerhalb des Dorms in seinem Bett echt das Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Das Personal ist mega freundlich und der Wäscheservice klappt einwandfrei ☺️ unschlagbarer Preis ,indem auch noch Frühstück dabei ist!

The capsule was perfect. Mine even has a window. Location is near the night market. I was able to stroll around at night. Bed was comfy.

Comfortable mattress, near the main public bus that can travel to many other good locations of the province outside of Hanoi.

我住的房间很臭，臭鞋子的味道，没有通风，空调也不是24小时开启，卫生间三合一，卫生条件也很一般，早餐可有可无
