Great staff

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Loved it so much we booked an extra night staying 3 nights total. Best breakfasts we had our whole trip. Rooms are big and spacious. Exceeded expectations and would highly recommend to stay here.

Balkon mit Blick auf eine Baustelle, obwohl ich das Hotel extra ausgesucht hatte, weil der Pool mittendrin war und die Zimner lt Beschreibung mit Blick auf den Pool sind.

Limpio, centrico, muy comodo y el trato con la recepcionista excelente. Nos ayudo en todo y una atencion de 10. Sin duda elegiria otra vez este hotel.

Great room, facilities & location.

Weirdly our welcome drink came from the attached tailor shop salesperson who was then quite pushy to have us come into the shop. It’s a town of tailor shops so I get it but poor of the hotel that we got hassled in the lobby at check in & then every time you walk in or out…

The location is perfect. Only 2 streets from the shops in Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

Hotel policy of only giving one key per room is ridiculous. If two people staying it makes it difficult. We know they only do it to stop you leaving air conditioner running. Also a lot of buffet food was cold

Close to the old town for easy walkung but far enough away to feel like your part of a community! Staff are so friendly , breakfast lots of choice and pool is excellent!!! So many delicious foods and coffee places to choose from thats right at your doorstep!! Another mention about the pool, so clean and refreshing!!

It was very clean, spacious, great practical bathroom (prefer screened showers) & ability to access Netflix! Staff very professional & engaging. Amazing location & quiet. This was our 2nd visit to Hoi An these holidays. Tien showed us the rooms at our initial visit & that decided our stay at Annam

Be good to add Vietnamese coffees like salted, egg & coconut, to menu even at additional price

Nice traditional hotel on the edge of the Old Town. . Everything was well maintained and clean. Fantastic breakfast with a whole range of fresh food prepared by the restaurants staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very well run hotel!

Det eneste vi var trætte af var at vi bookede en bus gennem receptionen fra Hotellet til Ho Chi Minh city, men bussen endte med at sætte os af 50 min væk fra byen. Vi havde fået at vide at den kørte hele vejen så det var lidt ærligt at det ikke var rigtigt.

The location was great- very close to the old town but in a quiet street, near our favourite tailor and our favourite coffee place. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were kind and helpful. The bathroom was a clean and comfortable place to accommodate being unwell!

We didn’t like the uncomfortable deck chairs that made it impossible for us to spend much time around the pool!

Chỗ nghỉ nằm ở trung tâm phố cổ, thuận tiện cho việc tham quan và di chuyển. Gia đình mình rất thích phòng gia đình ở đây vì sự tiện lợi. Các bạn nhân viên phúc vụ rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo.

Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage, guter Pool

Die langen Schwarzen Haare im Bad waren fraglich (nicht von uns). Insgesamt etwas lieblos, aber total okay für den Preis

This hotel is situated in the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. It really is a busy place to be. If your looking to have some tailor made clothes made this is the place for you. The rooms were clean, modern and great for us as a family as we had a connecting family room. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. The pizza restaurant was really good, we would recommend eating here.

We didn't like the hard sell from the woman from Stitches. When arriving at a hotel to check-in we felt that this was too much.

J'aurais préféré un coffre à code plutôt qu'à clef mais c'est vraiment un détail mineur.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y luego la piscina, y eso que no es gran cosa y además en cuanto anochece la sobrevuelan murciélagos.

Sinceramente esperaba que el hotel estuviera mejor. Teníamos hormigas en la habitación y vimos alguna cucaracha por los pasillos. El baño bastante deteriorado y el desayuno muy reguleras.

Personale gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile. La struttura è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e dotata di una piscina pulita e ben tenuta. Il servizio massaggi e la spa sono stati davvero eccellenti: professionali, efficienti e molto rilassanti. Anche il servizio di lavanderia si è dimostrato preciso e puntuale. Nel complesso, un’esperienza davvero piacevole e assolutamente consigliata!

The location of the property to the old town was great. Only concern was noise on two of the four nights. We were right at the front and the restaurant and one night they had a singer and another night there was a party with very very loud music somewhere.

The breakfast area only had fans cooling the area and really needs air conditioning

Die Lage in Hoi ist top vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Sommer ist der Pool zur Mittagszeit angenehm erfrischend, so dass man nach der Vormittags Kultur, gestärkt in den Abend starten kann.

I absolutely loved my stay at Annam Hotel! ❤️ It felt so cozy and comfortable, just like being at home. The bed was super comfy, the room was spacious and relaxing, and the pool was amazing. Everyone on the staff was so warm and friendly, especially Thy Thy, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable—I would definitely stay here again!

AC’n i frukostmatsalen fungerade inte riktigt och det gjorde att vi blev lite oroliga att maten på frukosten inte skulle hålla sig fräsch i värmen.

The shower was in a bathtub with a curtain which seemed a bit dated in that regard.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. El desayuno era espectacular, con mucha variedad y productos de calidad. Todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda o necesidad. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias, la piscina era muy agradable y también utilizamos el servicio de spa, que nos pareció excelente. Además, el hotel está cerca de todos los puntos de interés, pero en una zona tranquila, lo que permite descansar perfectamente. Sin duda repetiríamos y lo recomendaríamos.

El único aspecto mejorable es que los pagos realizados con tarjeta tienen un recargo del 3 %. En otros alojamientos durante nuestro viaje no hemos tenido que pagar ese suplemento, por lo que nos sorprendió.

Prachtig hotel en een fantastische ligging in het oude centrum. Personeel super aardig en heerlijk ontbijt. Het zwembad is sfeervol. Alles super geregeld en schoon.

Puedo decir con toda seguridad que he estado muy a gusto en este hotel, donde lo tenía todo, servicio, ubicación, atención del personal, por cierto muchas gracias a Sofia por su gran ayuda en todas las gestiones. El desayuno completo para empezar bien el día.
