Een mooi hotel die iets verscholen lag achter de hoofdstraat. Hierdoor was het er lekker rustig. De mensen waren enorm behulpzaam! Ontbijt was lekker en zwembad was ook fijn aan het einde van de dag. Het oude prachtige centrum ligt op loopafstand. Met name in de avond is het hier prachtig! We zijn uiteindelijk 1 dag korter verbleven dan we wilden, maar dit lag zeker niet aan het hotel. We kwamen er achter dat het hotel toch op een uur van het vliegveld van Da Nang lag en we moesten erg vroeg vliegen. Men deed er ook niet moeilijk over dat we een nacht korter wilden. Echt enorm gastvrij hier. Zeker aan te raden!

Vincent est vraiment charmant. Il nous a beaucoup aidés pour organiser notre séjour. Sa villa est très jolies. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La piscine est grande et très agréable. C'est vraiment un plus après une journée de visite. L'emplacement est super: au calme et tout proche de la vielle ville.

Vincent is a perfect host, and his mum makes a wonderful breakfast - the best pineapple pancakes in Vietnam ! Our upstairs room was cool and comfortable. The villa is very central and a short walk to the old town. We loved it!

It's a little tricky to find at first - taxi drivers can't access the laneway . However this keeps the traffic noise down:)

La piscina necesita mantención, es porosa raspa y su escalera nos causó daños. Cuidado con eso. El desayuno no es buffet y el servicio de lavandería que ofrecen no lo aconsejo. La ropa venía manchada de detergente y MUY EXTREMADAMENTE MUY ARRUGADA.

Great host and great value for money

Un bonito alojamiento situado muy cerca de todo ,para los que no Nos importa caminar saber que puedes ir al centro de todo en 5min ,la ubicación muy bien y sobre todo el personal del hotel que te ayuda en todo lo que puede.

Uno de esos sitios en los que te instalas y piensas: aquí me quedaba un mes más. Empezando por la gente, que es lo que marca la diferencia. El trato de Vincent, el dueño, y Julie, la chica de recepción, fue inmejorable de principio a fin. Personas que de verdad se preocupa por que estés bien. Hablan un inglés perfecto y facilísimo de entender, así que comunicarse y organizarlo todo fue fácil. Nada más llegar te dan un mapa de la ciudad y te lo explican todo: dónde comer, qué ver, cómo moverte, qué merece la pena y qué no. En diez minutos ya sabes más de Hoi An que después de tres días leyendo blogs. La habitación, impecable de limpia. Aire acondicionado que funciona de verdad (no ese que hace ruido y no enfría), ventilador de techo, nevera que va perfecta y un minibar completísimo de cervezas, refrescos y agua a precios súper razonables. Calidad precio, difícil de mejorar. Y luego está todo lo demás, que es donde se nota que cuidan los detalles. Nos gestionaron el coche de llegada y el traslado al aeropuerto. Nos reservaron ellos directamente las entradas de las actividades, todo facilísimo, precios coherentes y pudiendo pagar con tarjeta (con una comisión mínima, nada desmesurado). Bicicletas gratis. Toallas para la piscina que te puedes llevar a la playa. Y el detallazo: era mi cumpleaños y me prepararon una tarta sorpresa mientras estábamos fuera haciendo una actividad. Volvimos y ahí estaba. Nadie les había pedido nada. Si vais a Hoi An, Vinci Villa. Volveríamos sin pensarlo. Gracias por todo, Vicens & equipo ❤️

Vincent è una persona meravigliosa, ci ha aiutato in tutto, dal ristorante in cui mangiare, ai posti da visitare, al noleggio del motorino. La stanza è perfetta, silenziosa e pulita. Anche molto grande. Il bagno bellissimo con la vasca. È stato un posto che ha reso Hoi An indimenticabile.

Hôtel familial avec un accueil incroyable et très professionnel. Viennent et Julie vous accueillent comme des rois. Vincent s’occupe de vous avant et pendant votre séjour. Les activités étaient d’une grande qualité. La visite de la ville de fait à pied. Tout en étant au calme. Une pro activité et une réactivité exceptionnel. La grande chambre au rdc donnant accès à la piscine est sublime. Un de mes meilleurs souvenirs

Tout était parfait. L’établissement est dans une petite rue au calme et en même temps très proche du centre ville. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Nous avalons apprécié profiter de la piscine, pour se rafraîchir. Le service est au top. Nos enfants ont oublié leurs maillots de bain, et Vincent nous les a renvoyé à Hanoï, il est très arrangeant et serviable. Si nous revenons à Hoï An nous retournerons chez lui c’est certain.

Piscine - attention aux maillots de bain (râpeux). Les taxis ne peuvent pas venir jusqu’à l’hôtel (petit chemin).

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, et un petit plan avec quelques adresses utiles et sélectionnées. Des vélos nous ont été prêtés. Et c’était calme et donc très agréable.

Le petit déjeuner était en supplément à 100 000 dongs, il était un peu décevant.

Everything was great! From check in to check out, Vincent and team took real good care of us. Spacious rooms, nice pool and a good location. Walking distance from all hotspots in Hoi An. Vincent also supported with organizing day toors and transfers. We will be back!

L’emplacement était très bien, le personnel très gentil et dévoué superbe accueil. L’hôtel est très propre et calme avec sa petite piscine qui est plus pour se rafraîchir. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Em vaig trobar malament i vaig anar a l’hospital, en Vincent va ser súper atent i ens va ajudar en tot durant els dies que ens vam quedar. Relació molt propera en tot moment, molt amable i sempre disposat a ajudar. L’habitació és gran i molt còmode amb tot el que es pot arribar a necessitar (fins i tot paraigues). Les instal·lacions estan cuidades i molt netes. Repatiriem sense dubtar!

De locatie is super: vlakbij het oude centrum en toch heel rustig. Fijn zwembad. De banana en pineapple pancakes zijn heerlijk. Maar vooral de hulp van Vincent is van onschatbare waarde. Hij hielp ons met het vervoer van de luchthaven, gaf ons heel veel tips voor Hoi An zelf en ook bij het zoeken van vervoer naar het volgende verblijf deed hij heel veel moeite. Echt een grote aanrader!

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Soggiornare a casa di Vincent é come soggiornare a casa propria. Vincent è un padrone di casa perfetto e lui e tutta la sua famiglia ti fanno sentire a casa. Appena arrivati ci hanno dato tantissime informazioni utili sui dintorni e molti consigli generali. Reperibili a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Ricorderemo per sempre la loro gentilezza, disponibilità e accoglienza. Ci hanno organizzato anche il transfer per Hue a prezzi ottimi. Il soggiorno a Hoi an non sarebbe stato lo stesso senza di loro. Posizione perfetta, vicinissima all’ancient town e al mare . A disposizione ci sono anche delle biciclette gratuite. Colazione molto buona preparata al momento dalla mamma e dai parenti di Vincent. Hoi an una delle città più belle in cui sia stata in Vietnam. Struttura assolutamente consigliata, ci ritornerei senza dubbio

La struttura è in un angolo nascosto fuori dal caos ma a due passi dal centro. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tutte le info possibili per girare al meglio Hoi An e per le eventuali uscite nei dintorni. Buona la colazione.

Absolute beautiful stay in Hoi an. Everything was perfect, couldn’t fault a thing! Vincent is an amazing host and went above and beyond helping organise our trip to Cham island, as well as transport to the airport when we left early in the morning. Make sure you pick this place to stay!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent’s. The property is on a nice backstreet in central Hoi An and the stay was quiet despite the location. The room was great and had everything we needed, property pool was a nice addition in the heat. Vincent and the staff were incredible. So helpful and kind. Vincent organized a birthday cake for my partner. Would recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An!

Great large room with hot shower AC and smart tv. Well priced minibar and laundry all added to the final bill along with any tours/activities booked through reception. All paid at the end with a credit card and no surcharge (very handy). Vincent and all staff incredibly courteous and helpful. Outside areas also lovely with a 10m pool and sun beds. A short walk to the main areas and river. Bikes available but did not use as counting steps. Had late starts so did not try breakfast.

Vincent was a great host and greeted me by name on arrival! He gave great recommendations and let us know what was worth visiting during our time. The hotel room was spacious and beds comfortable. The pool was perfect for an afternoon heat escape or you could take his bikes out (free) and cycle down to the beach in about 20 minutes. It was a quick walk to old town but tucked away in a quiet alley.

J'ai passé un formidable séjour avec un super personnel dans un super logement. J'ai eu un problème bancaire pendant mon séjour et grâce à leur gentillesse, à leur patience et à leur aide tout à pu être réglé sans problèmes. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe ! Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Posizione ottima, personale gentilissimo, così come il proprietario disponibile e molto gentile. La colo ione è davvero molto piacevole, la migliore fino ad ora in Vietnam. Posto davvero pulito. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare lì.

Vincent is lovely and friendly chap, always ready to offer advice and suggestions. Breakfast is good value too and made fresh. The small swimming pool provided a much needed respite from the terrible heat and humidity.

Unfortunately the drinks in the mini bar isn't cold and neither was the room air conditioning. The movie channels were all in Vietnamese even though we pressed the language change button. Other than that, no major complaints

Such a fantastic place to enjoy Hoi An! Perfect location, not too far to walk to the busy Old Quarter but very peaceful. Vincent and the team were so lovely and helpful, explaining and booking some great activities for me (cooking class with coconut boat, snorkelling at Cham Island and the Teh Dar bamboo circus show), even helping me organise to post a bag to the UK. The pool is relaxing after a scorching summer day exploring, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the banana pancakes. Great aircon and comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Hoi An!

The water from the shower/bath combo went onto the floor but honestly it was fine and dried quickly.

Meilleur logement de notre voyage de 3 semaines au Vietnam !! Des vélos gratuits sont à disposition. J'ai malheureusement crevé, mais Vincent nous a directement envoyé une adresse pour le réparer et a pris cela à ses frais ! Les banana pancake au petit déjeuner sont les meilleurs que j'ai jamais mangé ! Tout était parfait ! (Propreté, personnel, etc)

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was very clean and located in a quiet part of Hoi An, only about a 10 mins walk to the Old Town, which was perfect for getting around easily without the noise. Breakfast was okay overall. They also offer a laundry service with a fast turnaround, which I found really convenient. Although there are cheaper options nearby, I chose to use the hotel’s service for ease. The staff were helpful in showing a map and sharing local recommendations, which was great for planning my time. Another highlight was the free bike rental - I really enjoyed cycling out into the countryside.

Nothing to do with the property but I didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool as I was busy exploring!

On a absolument tout aimé ici, je recommande les teux fermes un sejour ici. Etant un grand voyageur, je peux affirmer qu’il est dans le top hotel que j’ai pu faire. Vincent et sa famille sont adorables, pleins de recommandations, tres a l’écoute et hyper réactif. Le lieu est vraiment agreable et les chambres spacieuses, bien équipées et confortable.
