Per il prezzo pagato e le 5 stelle , non era pulito , dal lavandino della cucina arrivava un cattivo odore , sotto il lavello c’è il contenitore della immondizia rotto e poco pulito . In camera da letto manacava la tenda , c’erano i ganci ma non la tenda Ma sopratutto un rumore continuo non identificato che ha disturbato il sonno di tutte le notti

Il fatta che non ci era stato indicato il servizio a buffet per il mese di agosto

Ambiente tranquilo e agradável, o staff é extremamente simpático e cuidadoso com o bem estar dos hóspedes. Instalações modernas e ambiente cinco estrelas! O nosso apartamento estava bem limpo e tínhamos tudo para passar 5 dias incríveis. A comida do buffet é ótima, o único ponto é as bebidas para além da água não estarem incluídas. Fora isso, estadia incrível!

Really well thought out design of the apartments, amazing staff, great location (though you do need a car to explore) and excellent daily service.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war optimal, da der Strand Meia Praia wenige Gehminuten entfernt lag. Zudem ist es Abends in der Gegend sehr ruhig, was für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hatte. Die Appartments werden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Service war in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück war überschaubar und wenig abwechslungsreich. Da hätte ich mir mehr Auswahl bei den Speisen gewünscht. Ein großes Problem war das Auffinden der Rezeption in dem Areal, in dem sich die Appartments befunden hatte. Diese Angabe fehlt gänzlich auf Booking.com und es wurde von Seiten des Anbieters auch vor der Reise nicht kommuniziert wo sie sich befindet. Zum Appartment: Meiner Meinung nach waren das Bett etwas zu hart und unbequem. Der Service war in zwei Fällen nicht sehr zuverlässig. Zum einen haben wir einen Tag warten müssen, damit in der Dusche das Warmwasser wieder lief. Zum anderen hatten wir am Tag, an dem wir aucheckten, (trotz dass ich der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption den exakten Abholzeitpunkt kommuniziert hatte) lange gewartet bis uns jemand mit dem Buggy vom Appartment abholt, da wir die Koffer nicht den ganzen Weg zur Rezeption schleppen wollten.

In camera l'aria condizionata funzionava completamente a caso, la porta finestra era rotta e rischiavi di rimanere chiuso fuori. La pulizia lasciamo perdere, non ci sono orari e se per caso arrivi che ci sono le donne delle pulizie in camera ti tocca aspettare fuori che loro si chiudono dentro a chiave, se te sei dentro quando loro decidono di pulire ti mettono pure fretta. Come dimenticare, poi, le formiche che scorrazzano libere sul piano della cucina con la scusa della sostenibilità. Il parcheggio assegnato a volte é occupato da altre macchine su richiesta della reception, senza che ti venga detto niente: torni e, ops, non hai metà del posto. La piscina piccola è con letteralmente 12 sdraio che vengono contese con il coltello tra i denti tra i clienti visto che non coprono nemmeno la metà degli ospiti. Il cibo, stendiamo un velo pietoso: pochissima scelta perciò se non puoi mangiare qualcosa/non ti piace la proposta salti. In più é tutto completamente disorganizzato, i piatti caldi sono quasi sempre freddi e spesso a colazione finivano le tazze e non venivano nemmeno riportate. Se a cena avete sete, preparatevi ad aspettare almeno 10 minuti per una bottiglia d'acqua anche se la sala è vuota. Ah e dimenticatevi la segnalazione degli allergeni, funziona solo su richiesta e una volta sola, per la cena. A colazione nemmeno uno!

The apartment was spacious, modern, very clean, and beautifully designed, with a wonderful view and a peaceful atmosphere. I especially liked the fully equipped kitchen, which included an oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, and almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the facilities and comfort were excellent, and the experience was more than wonderful.

The only issue was the noticeable presence of ants in the room. The way the problem was handled was also not very professional, as the housekeeping staff sprayed aerosol insecticide inside the room while food and fruit were still on the table. It would have been better to use a proper ant bait or powder near the source of the ants. The only other thing missing from the apartment was a washing machine.

1. El apartamento es, sencillamente, perfecto. Se ve increíblemente lujoso, minimalista y elegante. Nos ha encantado el estilo artístico de la arquitectura y la decoración. 2. El aparcamiento es increíblemente cómodo y espacioso, y además es gratuito, lo que resulta ideal si viajas con coche propio o de alquiler. 3. El staff es extremadamente amable y profesional. Aunque, lamentablemente, no recordamos su nombre, la señorita que nos acompañó personalmente hasta el apartamento fue muy encantadora y atenta. 4. La ubicación es excelente y permite acceder y explorar cómodamente una gran variedad de pueblos y lugares de interés a lo largo del sur de Portugal. 5. Aunque no ha sido una estancia precisamente barata, sentimos que la relación calidad-precio ha sido increíble. La experiencia ha merecido cada euro pagado y, sin duda, volveríamos a repetir.

1. Realmente no hemos tenido ningún problema, pero por sacarle alguna tontería, no es posible ponerle seguro a las puertas. Es un detalle menor que no ha afectado a nuestra estancia.

The architecture and grounds are genuinely beautiful and look as impressive in person as in the photos. The staff were also generally friendly, even though most of them do not speak english.

The food quality was the biggest disappointment - some of the cold cuts (ham, salmon) didn’t look fresh, dinner bread was dry, and dishes were hit or miss and far below what the photos suggested. Cleanliness was also a concern: stains on towels and bed linen, a spider on a towel, a spiderweb in the bathroom, and glasses that didn’t appear properly cleaned. Our room was entered and cleaned despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, which felt like a serious breach of privacy. We also had no hot water in the mornings on several occasions, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Nearby construction affected the views and atmosphere. At checkout, we raised all of this with staff but there was no real acknowledgment or offer of compensation - just a note that housekeeping would be informed.

We had an amazing stay with our family. The facilities are excellent, with golf, included padel courts, a pool, and beautiful surroundings. The buggy service to the beach is a great touch and makes access really easy. A special mention goes to Pedro, one of those genuinely kind and helpful people who really make a difference to your stay. A great place for both couples and families. We would definitely recommend it!

This is a beautiful resort with stunning architecture and exceptionally well-designed, high-quality apartments. Everything was spotless, and the maintenance throughout the property was excellent. The location offers fantastic views over the ocean and the bay, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Golf lovers will be especially happy here, with direct access to the golf course and brand-new padel courts that guests can use free of charge. Beach access takes a little planning, as it’s either a short drive, a buggy ride, or a walk, but it’s still easy enough to reach. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, with beautiful surroundings, outstanding accommodation, and a very high standard throughout.

The only real downside is the pool, which feels a bit too small for a resort of this size. That said, we always managed to find space both in and around it. There is also ongoing development nearby, but it is not particularly disruptive, especially during the weekend.

Dover cambiare appartamento per muffa cresciuta da un po’ di tempo zona lavatrice. Da chiedersi se un 5* non dovrebbe avere una governante. Buffet colazione non all’altezza, soprattutto i prosciutti presentano male.

A propriedade é fantástica. O nosso apartamento era grande, com uma varanda enorme. O staff do hotel foi sempre muito simpático e prestativo. Atenderam o telefone sempre muito rapidamente. A comida da meia pensão é muito boa. O campo de golfe é fantástico e a bom preço para hóspedes.

No entanto, este hotel peca por dois grandes motivos: Falta de sinalização. Perdemo-nos muitas vezes e reparamos que outros hóspedes também estavam perdidos. Antipatia do staff do clubhouse. Quando chegamos para check-in, fomos ter ao clubhouse por engano. As rececionistas disseram que para os apartamentos o check in era no outro edifício. Não foram capazes de nos ajudar a lá chegar. Simplesmente encolheram os ombros e voltaram ao que estavam a fazer. O meu marido ficou muito mal impressionado e quis ir embora. Se não tivesse sido pela rececionista do hotel, tínhamos ido embora, mesmo sem reembolso. Durante a estadia, o serviço não melhorou. Gostaria muito de ter dado 10, mas as rececionistas do clubhouse realmente conseguiram estragar-nos parte da estadia.

I booked a Signature Apartment and had no idea it was part of such a large luxury resort complex. The apartment was actually much bigger and even more impressive in real life than in the photos. The views were incredible, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and other amenities. Everything was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. What impressed me the most was the design. Both the exterior architecture and the interior décor are exceptionally stylish and thoughtfully designed. I was genuinely surprised by the quality of every detail. This place offers outstanding value for money. Although it is primarily a golf resort, we were not there for golf. We were traveling through Portugal by car for two weeks and initially planned to stay for only one night. However, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. The restaurants were excellent, offering delicious food, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The resort's golf carts were available to take guests to the beach and even assisted us with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated. Convenient parking was also important for us, and the resort provided ample, easy-to-access parking facilities. Special thanks to the girl (staff member) who took us to beach, she recommended boat tour to Lagos caves, which was best experience from the whole trip.

The only area for improvement would be the arrival experience. It would be helpful to receive detailed check-in instructions in advance. When we arrived at the resort, we had no idea where to go or where the reception was located. Since the property is very large and spread out, it can be quite easy to get lost. During our stay, there were also some roadworks taking place, and with certain roads closed, finding our way to breakfast was a bit challenging. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Hemos tenido una experiencia fantástica en este hotel. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue impecable y totalmente orientada al cliente. Las instalaciones son preciosas, muy cuidadas al detalle, limpias y con un ambiente que invita al descanso y al disfrute. Quiero destacar especialmente la profesionalidad y amabilidad de todo el equipo, pero en particular la de Sergio, un camarero excepcional. Su trato cercano, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Se nota que le apasiona su trabajo y que se preocupa por ofrecer un servicio de máxima calidad. Da gusto encontrar profesionales como él, que marcan la diferencia y consiguen que te sientas realmente bien atendido. Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendable tanto por sus magníficas instalaciones como por la calidad humana y profesional de su personal.

We played golf, so being 50 metres from the tee was fantastic. Very well appointed apartment cleaned every day. We were very lucky to be in 19B ground floor and front of development overlooking the small pool. Would perhaps not have been so enjoyable if we had been further back in the development. Adjoining Hotel restaurant was brilliant with panoramic views over Lagos Bay.

ich mochte besonders die Ruhe, das moderne Apartment mit Meerblick und die insgesamt sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren hochwertig und abwechslungsreich, und die Kombination aus Natur, Strandnähe und entspanntem Ambiente hat unseren Aufenthalt richtig erholsam gemacht.

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich beeinträchtigt hätte.

El apartamento era muy chulo, muy bien diseñado y limpio. Una botella de vino, agua y galletas como un detalle de bienvenida. Las vistas muy bonitas desde la terraza. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y las cenas aun mejor. El personal muy simpático y atento.

Sería la estancia de 10 si no fuera por el ultimo día cuando a las 6 de la mañana se han puesto a cortar el césped en los campos de golf al frente de nuestro apartamento. El ruido era tremendo y con las sopladoras trabajando a éstas horas es exagerado. El campo es enorme y creo que se puede planificar de otra manera los sitios para empezar a trabajar a esas horas no justo donde la gente esta durmiendo. El encargado de este trabajo debería adaptar los horarios a las zonas de estancias de huéspedes. Para nosotros un fallo enorme cuando vas de vacaciones a descansar y desconectar y de repente te despiertas con esos ruidos y a esas horas. Ok

Excellent in all aspects ....... quality staff, superbly appointed accommodation, wonderful views. Easy access to Lagos and all of its attractions - marina, beaches, restaurants, cafes.

Breakfast is served in the adjoining hotel (a five minute stroll from the apartment) so if raining ... problem.
