Het extra bed voor de 3e persoon was erg hard en niet comfortabel. Tevens moest er extra worden betaald voor de 3e persoon (los van de city tax).

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La ubicación es muy buena y el personal súper amable. El apartamento era muy bonito y estaba todo equipado y limpio.
Los escalones de las escaleras son altos e incómodos de subir especialmente te si vas cargado. En nuestro caso nos pusieron en la tercera planta y si queríamos que nos bajaran de planta teníamos que pagar un suplemento de casi 50 euros (según ellos cuando reservas te indican la planta pero yo en mi caso no lo he visto) igualmente al no tener cancelación ya no se podría hacer nada y para dos días que íbamos a estar preferimos aguantarnos ya que de por sí, barato no es. Otra cosa es que el agua de la ducha sale con mucha presión y si lo podías a tope se salía el agua y se atascaba.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The location was central to all attractions in Porto. The welcome on arrival was good and the team on site were always friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The apartments were clean & comfortable. Towels were changed on the second day, breakfast spots were on the doorstep of the apartment and again very nice. Easy to walk everywhere, bit hilly but not an issue.
The bedroom areas are close to each other with no privacy. One on the mezzanine floor open to stairs and the other is as you enter the apartment. It was fine for us as family but could be an issue for friends sharing. There is only one toilet / bathroom. However a small detail.

It included a well-equipped kitchenette and large table for meals. The location is great as it is located near the major sites in Porto. Also there are numerous restaurants in the immediate area of the building.

Lots of light from windows but also could close curtains for full dark. Staff was friendly, accessible and helpful. (Small note- only comes with 4 free Nespresso pods, so you may want to bring extra) Great location! Gorgeous overlook/sunset spot right around the corner. Highly recommend!

Kävellen pääsi hyvin eri kohteisiin, mutta hyvää kuntoa tarvittiin sekä kaduilla liikkuessa että majoituspaikassa, jossa oli paljon portaita. Ympäristö oli rauhallinen ja turvallinen. Myöskin majoituspaikassa oli rauhallista ja sai nukkua hyvin. Henkilökuntaa oli useimmiten paikalla ja he olivat hyvin ystävällisiä. Tarvittaessa huoneen luovutuksen jälkeen saattoi jättää tavaransa säilöön aulatilan kaappiin.
Huoneiston sisääntulokerroksessa voisi olla naulakko tai kaappi, missä säilyttää päällysvaatteet. Nyt se oli kerrosta ylempänä makuuhuoneen yhteydessä.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Overall we had a great stay and would still give this place 5 stars. The apartment was very spacious, including a surprisingly large bathroom. The shower had good water pressure, which we really appreciated after long days out. There were also thoughtful touches like free coffee capsules and complimentary TV subscriptions. Communication was quick and responsive throughout the stay. The location was also convenient for getting around by taxi/ride apps, although the property is located on a fairly steep hill if you walk. There is no lift, and we stayed on the 3rd floor, but for a short 2-night stay it was manageable.
One thing I found difficult to understand was the additional €20 linen/cleaning fee requested for using the sofa bed. We were only 2 guests staying in a 3-person apartment, and I had explained in advance that the request was due to a back issue and wanting an alternative sleeping option rather than having an extra guest. Since the sofa bed is already part of the apartment itself, the extra charge felt a bit unreasonable to me, so in the end we decided not to use it.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Excellent location just up from the main avenue. Our apartment #12 on the top floor, had an amazing view of the river! Great railing and beautiful staircase. Portable bed was comfy and linens were so nice. Powerful shower. This hotel group had so many sweet details to make the stay one of the best we had on our trip. Would definitely stay there again!
Some people may not like the stairs and walk up. One section is the original stone stairs and they are steep, but the staff will help you with your bags if needed. We find the climb worth it!! Our apartment had water damage on the bathroom door from past guests. A curtain needs to be installed and new door too!

Me esperaba mucho más de un apartamento con más de un 9 de valoración. Apenas tenía menaje de cocina, la nevera muy pequeña, el espacio muy desperdiciado, la puerta del baño deteriorada por humedad y las almohadas muy incómodas. Por no hablar de las escaleras para subir al apartamento...., sin ascensor e independientemente del piso en el que estés alojado, las que hay que subir hasta el primer piso son muy altas y empinadas.

Máquina de lavar com varal no quarto. Banheiro muito espaçoso, bem maior que a maioria dos hotéis. Funcionários Nuno e Pedro muito prestativos, nos deram muitas dicas sobre a cidade e locais para comer.

A água do apartamento é aquecida por um boiler com capacidade de 100 litros, o que nao é suficiente sequer para um banho de 15 minutos. Se mais de uma pessoa estiver hospedada no apartamento, é preciso organizar os horários de banho com muito cuidado. No nosso caso, tomamos banho gelado mais de uma vez, porque o tempo que demora para a água voltar a aquecer é de cerca de 20-30 minutos. É uma falha que eu considero muito grave e que compromete todos os outros benefícios.

The location is also superb-a short walk to many attractions, such as the river front which was our favourite spot. The appartment itself was spaciois, very clean and nicely decorated.
