The hotel is located very close to our conference venue. It is within walking distance of the Indonesian Convention Exhibition (ICE). In addition, there are plenty of nearby amenities, including restaurants and convenience stores.

The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was below an acceptable standard and needs to be improved. Other than that, I can tolerate with the facilities provided.

The hotel was Less than a youth hostel, the staff were nice but the hotel room was horribly dirty, the toilets were yellow in color not even cleaned , the bath tub and sink were very dirty the bed sheets seemed not to be washed for several time and the towels were sticky dirty we really had to buy our own towels, bedsheets and even shower gel Not to mention the noise , it was like everyone has to listen to everything , the cleaning process, the corridor music , not to mention the breakfast menu and cleanses the hygiene need to be revisited honestly

Reception and staff are kind.

The shower only had hot water for the first one or two minutes every day. The slippers were reused and dirty.

To noisy hotel. Noise both from inside the hotel and from outside. Terrible.

stayed there with my friends during ateez's concert and honestly, it was a whole lot better than i expected. location wise was very near to ice bsd, which we didnt have to worry about the walking distance. i can say that it took us less than 10 mins of walk? yeah. yk how when concert ended u might wanna take gojek or grab to hotel but extremely overpriced, GIRL WALK IS THE ONLY WAY! truly recommended hehe

umm i would say the iron? it shouldve been provided in each room but there was a separate/specific iron room at level g which made us a bit of a hassle to go down, bring out clothes etc just to iron out but oh well, still okay. better than nothing i guess!

不乾淨，浴室幾乎沒有清理，剛進房都還有尿味。浴室通風很臭，不時會有臭味。浴室有一罐看起來有漂浮物的沐浴乳和洗髮精綜合瓶，看起來放很久了，根本不敢用。房間沒有除霉，都是霉味和濕氣，一進房門感覺就不好。洗澡洗到一半沒有熱水。房間內沒有吹風機，必須向櫃台要。睡到半夜突然跳電，還要請櫃台來維修

I had a business trip in Tangerang and I stay in Joylive. When I has arrived, a security help me to bring my luggage and escort to upstairs for check in. Check in process was fast. All the staffs are friendly, specially shinta. She's really helpful and friendly. She help me to order a taxi online. The room clean and comfort. I Hope can stay in Joylive again for next trip

The set-up felt like a studio for me, which I like; it felt spacious. The king bed was comfortable. The TV was new and a good size. The wardrobe was super nice

As soon as the lift door opened on my floor, the smell of cigarettes hit my nose, which I hated because I cannot tolerate cigarette smell. I had to have housekeeping change the two pillow sheets because they smelled bad; not sure if it was mildewy smell or people's smell. Weirdly enough, the bed sheet and the duvet cover didn't smell. The plastic stirrers had coffee stain on them. I'm glad I always bring my own and that I always wash hotel glasses and spoons before using. There was a continuous song playing in the hallway, which could be heard from inside the room.

Nice vibes, clean room. Convenient location close to ICE and AEON Mall. Breakfast spread is sufficient.

The room is seems was not clean properly. Dirty toilet, unwash keetle, no in-room iron, and only one available at laundry room.

It's not a hotel, they call it coliving. There are almost no other advantages apart from being close to ICE BSD and getting off close to Alfamart and Familymart. ICE BSD can be reached on foot but requires extra energy. The room is quite spacious. AC, Wifi, TV, hot water works well. Drinking water is also provided with a dispenser in the corridor, but it tastes a bit strange so I decided to just buy bottled mineral water instead of doing anything. The mattress is soft, unfortunately only 2 pillows are given. The room has a desk and work chair, there is also a cupboard. There is a kettle with tongdji sachet tea and excelso sachet coffee. The bathroom is in good size, clean but lots of yellowish stains. Towels are provided 2 body towels and 2 hand towels. Amenities are provided hand soap bar, toothbrush and toothpaste. For soap and shampoo, I was given a dispenser, but it was very stingy to give it, only 1/5 of the bottle was filled, and for 3 days I stayed there it didn't refill at all There are facilities such as a small cafe, co-living space (a kind of place to hang out or work with a small pantry), then there is a mini gym Breakfast is provided in front of the lobby, food for 3 days has minimal variety, only vegetables and chicken are cooked differently. The menu includes cereal, fruit (watermelon, melon and papaya), drink (infused water and juice), bread and egg corner, chicken porridge, main course (rice, fried rice, fried noodles, vegetables, sausages, chicken and crackers. The taste is really standard, nothing special but the porridge sometimes too thick, sometimes too runny

Music was on point, staff were helpful. Place is pretty!

Joylive is the best hotel you could ever imagine, so much worth the price, the cleanliness and the politeness of the staff are two thumbs up, shoutout to Mas Yudi that give the best service since i was in Joylive for five days.
