very central location right next to nice open spaces, i only spent one night here but my studio had everything you could need - it was helpful there was a lift, and it was very clean, it was a nice feeling space to be in with the big windows, real plants, very well equipped kitchen which i didnt have a chance to use and some very sweet and thoughtful welcome gifts including fruit and wine. Diana who greeted me when i arrived was very nice and friendly. i was glad i chose to stay here. i was a bit worried the music from the bar might bother me at first but actually it didnt and was not loud and i slept very well. thanks for a nice comfortable stay :)

We had a great stay here. The apartment is right in the city centre, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city, but at the same time it’s surprisingly quiet, so we slept really well. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was smack in the middle of the beautiful “old town”. We walked everywhere from there. The penthouse was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and very well appointed. The views from our balconies were breathtaking, and we loved sitting on the deck balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. Diana was so kind and accommodating. Whenever we ha a question she replied promptly. I highly recommend this lovely place!

Only that our stay was too short! There is not one thing about it that I didn’t love!

The location was excellent - we could easily walk to most places of interest and considering it was in the heart of the city we couldn't hear any traffic or other noise from outside. The accommodation itself is fantastic - very clean, excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and we felt safe due to the secure access systems. The host Diana was easily contactable via messaging apps - she responded to requests straight away and was very helpful in looking after our luggage on our final day.

Wonderful stay! Most importantly, the place was exceptionally clean. The shower had great water pressure, the bed was very comfortable, and the entire space was thoughtfully designed, both functional and beautiful. We especially loved how the design made us feel like we were truly in Porto while still providing all the comforts of a modern stay. Everything felt high quality, from the furniture to the small details throughout the space. We were welcomed with a lovely handwritten note, fresh fruit and wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for making our stay in Porto so enjoyable!

The bathroom was a little small, but it was very clean and functional. The shower head was also a bit difficult to keep in the center position. The duvet was quite thick and warm, but when we mentioned it, they kindly brought us sheets, which we really appreciated.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, it has a lot of natural light, the kitchen is well equipped, the location is perfect, only a few minutes by foot to the cathedral, livraria and Luis bridge. The are shops, cafes and restaurants near by. I highly recommend this Gharb apartment!

Voor aankomst kreeg ik een whatsapp berichtje van de host met alle belangrijke informatie over het verblijf. De communicatie en checkin verliepen hierdoor zeer vlot. De studio is ruim, mooi en goed verzorgd. De airco werkt zeer goed en er is geen geluid van de straat. De locatie is perfect, waardoor alles op wandelafstand mogelijk was. Zeker een aanrader!

J'ai aimé le sens de l'accueil et l'hospitalité de Diane notamment. On peut dîner au restaurant en bas qui est très sympa et les repas sont délicieux, très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Tutto eccezionale, il design degli interni, la posizione, la vista spettacolare su porto, il check-in automatico, il Porto lasciato di benvenuto migliore di tanti altri provati, lo spazio a disposizione e gli accessori puliti e in ordine. Il letto poi è stato comodissimo. Impossibile chiedere di meglio. Grazie per il soggiorno peccato sia stato solo una notte.

It can’t get better than this place. Amaxing value for money. Check in was very easy, they were also very accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags earlier. Centrally located, so you’ll have all major things at walking distance. Room as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Fruit platter and Porto upon reception ☺️. We loved this place. Highly recommend.

Bij mijn aankomst stond in de kraaknette studio een schaal vol fruit klaar, een karaf porto en twee glazen. Ik voelde mij meteen thuis. Er was koffie en thee, en ik kreeg verschillende berichten met de vraag of alles in orde was. Het was meer dan in orde!

De locatie was super en een ruime kamer. Er stond een glaasje Port klaar toen we binnenkwamen, super!

Diana was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The setup was truly beautiful, and the location was perfect. They even provided us with a mosquito repellent plug and an additional set of towels.

Consider addressing a few small details, such as providing a plug-in mosquito repellent in the rooms, a set of pans, and repairing the shower head holder.

This was my second stay, and once again, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the location couldn't be better. I left completely satisfied and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The location was fantastic, right in the historic centre, just a short walk from Livraria Lello, Clérigos, São Bento station, and the charming Cedofeita art district. The Cordoaria park was right at the doorstep, and the Base bar downstairs became my favourite spot for an evening drink. The studio was very clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen was a real bonus. I was so touched by the welcoming details — a bottle of port wine and a lovely welcome card were left for me, which made me feel truly at home. I even found a lovely little local shop nearby where I bought delicious fresh fruit. Check-in via the Keycafe box was smooth and easy, and the host was very kind and communicative.

The hotel is located right in the city center, yet it is very quiet thanks to the excellent soundproof windows. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay even more pleasant. The complimentary bottle of wine in the room was a thoughtful touch. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Posizione favolosa comoda per l'autobus che collega all'aeroporto, a due passi dal tram. Zona tranquilla e pulita. Letto comodo, doccia ottima, angolo cottura con tutto l'indispensabile per due persone (nel nostro monolocale). C'è anche l'ascensore. Tutto pulito e perfetto nello stile. Lo consiglio vivamente. Si trova sopra a dei bar ma non si sentono rumori perché le finestre sono molto isolanti. Ottima la pasticceria sotto per la colazione

Wonderful central location off a main square which was quiet and pdaceful despite being very central. Gorgeously refuburished and stylishly decorated studio flat which was clean and so well equipped.

Only thing we could have done with was washing up liquid which is very mibor.

Very good location. We stayed here during a heatwave so the aircon was a big plus. The room is cozy with nice furniture. But most importantly, we felt welcome as the host supplied some Port wine, oranges and coffee and tea in the room. She was very friendly in the communication

Es handelt sich um ein hoch qualitativ ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Ausstattung. Der Check-In- Prozess, bei welchem man sich aus einem Automaten den Schlüssel zieht, war sehr unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang bis zum Schluss aufschlussreich und sympathisch. Nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einer persönlichen Karte & einem leckeren Portwein empfangen. Was für eine nette Geste! Wir hatten ein Apartment im ersten Stock und hatten schon Bedenken, dass uns das Lokal unter uns vom Geräuschpegel stören könnte. Das war allerdings nicht der Fall. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Platz und den Kirchturm. Das Apartment ist lichtdurchflutet. Die Lage ist top. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gäbe, dann wären es die Bettpfosten, die etwas hervortreten. Nachdem wir zweimal aus Versehen dagegen getreten sind, haben wir uns als Stopper ein paar Kissen davor gelegt 🙂.

Diana was amazing and very prompt with all the inquiries. Location is the best, and the room was very clean and quiet. We had the Gharb2 room which is on the first floor facing the street, even after being so close to the Main Street room walls and windows have very good insulation and can’t hear and noise. Love the hand written post card that Diana left us during the check in. She was also able to get us and early check in..she’s the best!

Last night of our reservation some kept opening and closing the main entrance door of the building, I believe they were probably closing the restaurant which is in the same building

The location was central and we were abke to walk everywhere. It wasn't noisy despite the activity around. We loved having some wine in the park bar while watching the World Cup matches. The air conditioning worked well. Contact with our host was prompt and efficient. We checked in and out without issue.

A few extra towels and some conditioner would have been helpful with the very high heat.

I liked everything here! I made the penthouse reservation because it sounded fun and I LOVED it. It was adorable, overlooked the city square, with a lovely little park nearby, very central to everything, and conveniently located right by a frequently used pickup/bus stop especially if you're booking with guided tours. The inside was adorable, with a very fancy and well lit space especially to enjoy the evenings from the balconies before bed. Wonderful wonderful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great studio apartment, superb comfortable and filled with light. It had everything you need for a short stay. The location is great, just a 10 min walk to the train station and close to small tadcad and restaurants.

The check in process is not super straight forward, so make sure you read the instructions carefully.

We loved this location and the hotel. There were 7 of us in 4 different rooms. Each one was unique and all were spectacular. Very comfortable and quiet. We were allowed to check in a bit early and they held out luggage after check out so that we could spend the day touring the town. Communication with Diane was wonderful. They also own the bar/restaurant next door. We only had drinks, but heard that the food was great. The staff there was very helpful. We had spent 7 days hiking the Camino and this was one of our favorites.

Gharb studio’s liggen op een top locatie, mooi ingericht, schoon en schitterend uitzicht op plein. Kleinschalige accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien (lift, airco etc.). De communicatie met Diana liep voortreffelijk, heel behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar. Kortom echt een aanrader.

The penthouse apartment was wonderful, with great views on three sides of parks, a church plaza, and even Gaia. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, sipping the complimentary port that our generous hostess left for us. It was such a fun surprise. The kitchen was well-stocked, the apartment was updated, extremely tidy and clean, and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the location- breakfast was steps away, and it was an easy walk anywhere we wanted to go. It was close to great restaurants and shopping, and really allowed us to explore Porto. Communication from our hostess, Diana, was great; she responded to questions very quickly, and her directions for check-in and check-out were clear. I HIGHLY recommend this great penthouse apartment!

Location is perfect and center to all tourist attractions, the famous tram starts right from the outside. The view I got is perfect, the host is super helpful, also got a tasty porto wine. There are many restaurants down. Very close to main railway station

The apartment was a great size for a short stay. It was beautifully decorated in simplicity with facilities for cooking your own food if needed. The host was excellent with he communication and her personal touch made me feel very welcome. The personal postcard welcome note and port taster were great touches. Being located in Ribiera in old town, the location was exceptional access down to the river without too many hills.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Room was reasonably priced and clean. Diana is very friendly and responsive.

Observations rather than dislikes. The furnishing was a bit basic. Despite being a studio with a kitchenette there was no washing up liquid nor any kitchen clothes or tea towels provided. The room, while fairly sized, lacked any storage for clothes (just a free-standing rack with a few hangers). A couple of chairs would be welcome.

Vi åt frukost på caféet bredvid, den var mycket bra. Diana som var manager på hotellet löste alla problem och frågor som uppstod. Ett litet fint hotell som vi rekommenderar. Vi tog Hopon-Hopoff bussens alla turer, inkl båtturen. Sedan även spårvagnens hela tur. Båda fanns precis nära hotellet. Vi lyssnade på Fadomusik en kväll, det var fint.

Porto är en stad med stora nivåskillnader, mycket backar upp och ner….

Muy buena ubicación, justo al lado de la Torre de los Clérigos y cerca de los diferentes lugares de interés . Ibamos en grupo y ocupamos 5 estudios, todos con una bonita decoración, muy lluminosos y con vistas al exterior . Aunque no hay recepción , cabe destacar la amabilidad de Diana y la facilidad para comunicarnos con ella para realizar el check-in a pesar de la hora de llegada (medianoche) y su disponibilidad para resolver cualquier duda durante nuestra estancia. No teníamos el vuelo de regreso hasta la tarde y nos dejó ocupar un estudio para dejar las maletas hasta la hora de la recogida hacia el aeropuerto . Sin duda repetiríamos nuestra estancia.
