Zu sagen es war ein Traum ist nichts zu sagen. Es fühlte sich wie ein Paradies an. So fürsorgliche Mitarbeiter habe ich noch niergendswo in der Welt erlebt. Besonderes Dankeschön an Yunda und Wulan, die mein Geburtstag für mein ganzes Leben unvergesslich gemacht haben♥️ Ich habe nicht nur die fantastische Badewanne und den eigenen Pool mit Blick auf den Jungel genossen, sondern den unfassbaren Komfort und mit Liebe bedachtes jedes kleine Detail bei der Ausstattung des Zimmers. Das Essen und das Floating -Breakfast waren nicht nur unglaublich lecker, sondern haben Erinnerungen forever hinterlassen. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich gern 100 Sterne hier verleihen 🙏

Everything was flawless. The Jungle Room with its private pool and bathtub is a hidden gem — surrounded by dense jungle, completely private, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The property itself is stunning, nestled in the rice fields with beautiful gardens and lotus ponds. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout, both in the room and across the entire property. The staff deserve special mention: warm, professional and genuinely attentive, they made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. A wonderful place to stay in Ubud.

A truly peaceful place to stay in Ubud. The room opens directly onto the rice fields, and waking up to that view with the sound of the birds is something special. The grounds are beautifully kept — tropical gardens, lotus ponds, and a real sense of calm throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was fresh and generous. What stood out most was the team: friendly, discreet and always happy to help with anything we needed, including recommendations around Ubud. Excellent value for what you get.

Ho trascorso 5 giorni fantastici presso questa struttura e non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Il vero punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Fin dal primo momento mi hanno fatta sentire a casa, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La camera è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Ho apprezzato particolarmente anche la presenza di Alexa in camera, un piccolo dettaglio che ha reso la permanenza ancora più comoda e piacevole. Un’esperienza davvero positiva, che consiglio assolutamente e che spero di poter ripetere in futuro!

The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. The hotel room is beyond expectation, we love the bathtub with the free Netflix. The pool with the floating breakfast made our day too.

Convenient location, small but lovely property.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. From the check-in experience with a welcome dessert to the breakfast and daily check-ins.

There was construction next door, which is out of their hands, and I believe everywhere you go in Bali there is construction. I didn't mind it, nor did my partner. However, if you are a picky sleeper and do mind the sound around 7 ish AM have this in mind and choose somewhere further from the city centre.

The property once inside looks amazing. The only thing I’d improve is the initial exterior as you enter the complex, it looks a little run down compared to the interior.

Такое радушное отношение вы встретите не везде! Все наши пожелания исполнялись мнгновенно! Спасибо им огромное за такую доброжелательность! Расположение рядом с центром, удобно и быстро добраться на байке. На завтрак лучше выбирать панкейки)

Zeer rustgevende omgeving, hele goede hygiëne. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze stonden altijd voor je klaar. Er werd ons een complementair ontbijt in het zwembad aangeboden en een diner. Het romantisch diner in de avond dat we hadden geboekt was zeer goed prijs-kwaliteit. De service was uitstekend! Het is een hotel waarin je volledig tot rust komt. Zeker een aanrader!

Alles was in orde. Alleen jammer dat het ontbijt + uur de dag op voorrand moest worden doorgegeven. Kleine tip voor het hotel: voorzie wc-borstels

El hotel es increíblemente bonito, cuidan cada detalle, desde la limpieza hasta el olor de la habitación. Su personal es super simpático y amable, la chica de recepción Juwira fue súper atenta y amable conmigo, incluso me ayudó con las fotos de un desayuno flotante maravilloso que pude disfrutar (lo recomiendo muchísimo) Ha sido una estancia preciosa rodeada de un entorno verde en la naturaleza .

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were exceptional, especially Wulan and Juwita, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room exceeded all our expectations. It was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The view was breathtaking, and the bathtub overlooking the jungle was truly unforgettable – such a unique and relaxing experience. The breakfasts were delicious with a great selection of food, making every morning a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suara Alam. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The facilities were excellent beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional care the staff showed when I became unwell. They immediately helped by calling a doctor for me and made sure I was looked after every step of the way. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern meant so much to me during a difficult time. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the team at Suara Alam are some of the most attentive, caring, and helpful people I’ve ever met!! Juwita was so kind too. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. The only positive aspect of our stay was the polite and professional staff, who seemed to be doing their best to protect the reputation of the hotel.

This is not a five-star hotel. In my opinion, it is not even a four-star hotel. It is essentially a guesthouse with a presentation that creates expectations it cannot meet. The biggest problem is the huge gap between the advertised image, the rating, and the actual experience. Based on the current rating and reviews, we expected a high-quality hotel. What we found was completely different. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The swimming pool looked uninviting and appeared to receive very little use. There is virtually no territory or resort atmosphere. Construction activity nearby further affects the overall experience. Nothing about this property felt comparable to a genuine five-star hotel. Even three stars would be a more realistic classification. I strongly believe Booking.com should review both the property's classification and how it is presented to guests. The current rating does not reflect our experience at all. My advice to future guests: do not rush to book and prepay based solely on the score. Read the negative reviews carefully before making a decision. We wish we had paid more attention to them. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who remained polite and professional throughout and did their best to help despite the shortcomings of the property itself.

Hotel był przepiękny! Ale to o czym muszę wspomnieć to to jak wspaniała była obsługa! 🥰 Cały personel był kochany i pomocny. Zdecydowanie umilili nasz pobyt w Ubud. 💚 Piękne pokoje, które codziennie były sprzątane na życzenie gości i pyszne śniadania - codziennie można było wybrać inne. Zdecydowanie hotel warty pobytu, zwłaszcza dla widoków dżungli z hotelowych basenów. Jest to mały hotel, dzięki czemu naprawdę można się tam zrelaksować i na spokojnie mieć baseny tylko dla siebie. Korzystaliśmy również z opcji masażu i jak najbardziej możemy polecić. Jeżeli chodzi o lokalizację to uważam, że jest ona bardzo dobra - z dala od zgiełku ale na spokojnie można spacerem udać się do centrum. Dziękujemy całej obsłudze hotelu za wspaniałą opiekę. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy! 🤍

Besonders gefallen hat uns der direkte Blick auf die Palmen und die üppige Natur. Da wir bewusst ein Zimmer mit Jungle View gebucht hatten, wurden unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sehr schön war auch unser eigener Bereich mit dem kleinen Pool, den wir während unseres Aufenthalts praktisch für uns allein nutzen konnten. Hervorheben möchten wir außerdem das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal. Die Menschen in Indonesien sind generell sehr herzlich, doch in diesem Hotel war die Gastfreundschaft noch einmal besonders bemerkenswert. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, sodass wir uns jederzeit rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben.

Die Lage ist super. Man hat es nicht weit nach Ubud ins Zentrum und hat es so etwas ruhiger. Das Personal ist super lieb und geht auf jeden Wunsch direkt ein.

Neben der Unterkunft ist ein kleines Reisfeld, wo am Nachmittag/Abend Reste/Müll verbrennt. Das zieht direkt rüber und zieht bis ins Zimmer rein. Seit kurzer Zeit wird neben an gebaut wodurch es ab 6/7 Uhr morgens lauter wird.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Presenteert zich als 5 sterren maar dat is het zeker niet. Juwita en Yuanda proberen er alkes aan te doen om je welkom te laten voelen.

Ontbijt: dag van tevoren doorgeven inclusief hoe laat. Wat je krijgt is redelijk maar heel weinig. Filterkoffie.

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and inducted by the conceirge staff. And throughout our stay, they were prompt, friendly and helpful to every need. Any time we needed something, they delivered quickly. The villa is cosy, pretty and charming, and blends well into its natural environment. The breakfast and the pools are fantastic also. We felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend it to any travellers looking to stay in Ubud!

The room was excellent, very clean and well presented. The WhatsApp communication was a great touch should be implemented in more hotels across the world.

Breakfast had to be ordered the day before, which felt inconvenient. The on-site food was average, and on one the occasion the burger wasn’t unavailable. Service could also be improved, as plates were often left uncleared for some time after finishing. We attempted to settle the bill several times during our stay but were repeatedly told to pay later. On our final day, we were then asked to return before 10pm to settle the bill, despite having an early departure. Unfortunately, there was no one available to take card payments at the times we were leaving, which made the process frustrating and inconvenient, ultimately requiring us to withdraw cash from an ATM and leave payment in the room.

Personalet var så søde og vedkommende og var meget villige til at hjælpe med hvad end man havde af spørgsmål. Hotellet i sig selv var virkelig også pænt og velholdt og ikke mindst hyggeligt. Der var en god stemning. Værelset var også rigtigt fint og der var lige hvad man havde brug for.

Morgenmaden var rigtigt god, men kunne godt have brugt en appelsin juice til morgenmad:)

The design of the hotel is incredible, you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. The staff was super helpful!We were meant to stay 3nights and end up staying 5nights. Best if you have a scooter as it is not possible to walk to central Ubud.

The breakfast is by menu and more of a 4star hotel. There are occasional noises at night, the room could be better insonorized.
