terrible hotel that turns off generators twice at hot part of day. no water for ablutions, air con. terrible grounds broken pathways no hot water service. rendang the toughest meat ever. order drinks and customers who come after you get served before you. dull and depressing grounds.

L'établissement est juste parfait, un cadre idyllique, le personnel au petit soin. Le restaurant de l'établissement est génial, très bon. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

I enjoyed the walk back to the hotel from dinner on the other side of the stairs. Comfortable kayaks for rent. The staff were quick to respond and help us with our inquiries.

Les chambres sont supers, je dirais juste que c’est dommage que les rideaux soient des stores pas hyper pratiques, mais une fois le coup de main pris ça va. On manquait aussi d’eau chaude qui était rarement plus que tiède mais vu les températures on s’y fait.

Geweldige accommodatie op een prachtig eiland. Het uitzicht vanuit de bungalow, het heerlijke grote bed, de badkamer; alles is in een woord prachtig. Het personeel wachtte ons op met waterschoenen om vanuit de boot aan land te komen. Je wordt echt welkom geheten en als een vorst behandeld. Een echte aanrader is de boottocht langs 5 Gili eilanden. We hebben tijdens het snorkelen meerdere schildpadden gezien en prachtige koralen. Ook leuk om te doen is een wandeling via de trap over de rots en langs de rots weer terug.

The staff were amazing and friendly, the villas were superb and the pool and vista were great. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Great to relax and no TV was a positive. Each villa had a great view so you could relax on your veranda.

Difficult to swim in the sea and snorkel from the venue. Minor points for a family villa but a 2nd mirror to make getting ready for a family of 4 easier, and the shower water pressure / drain could be the improved but appreciate hard on a small island. But these are minor points that are far outweighed by the positives.

L’endroit est très beau. Une belle plage déserte mais une arrivée et un départ rendu difficile par les coraux morts qui blessent facilement… belle ile dont on peut faire le tour facilement à pied.

J’ai pris une chambre avec piscine privée. Elle était difficilement inaccessible car pas au niveau du sol. Un chemin passait entre la piscine et la chambre, vive le caractère privé. La vue était plutôt sur les parties techniques sous la dalle de béton de la chambre. Les chemins ne sont pas terminés. Plusieurs accessoires manquants comme une jarre d’eau pour se rincer les pieds du sable alors qu’elle était présente dans d’autres chambres. La poignée de porte branlante, de la rouille au sol dans la salle de bain, un store déglingué. L’eau chaude intermittente et internet très faible débit. L’endroit est sympa et le personnel est très gentil. Mais les prix sont très élevés. En comparaison avec plusieurs hôtels de luxe à Bali et Lombok, celui ci est bcp trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. 307€ la nuit pour cela, c’est exorbitant.

Loved staying at Bleu Mathis. It is a beautiful, serene and stunning place with tasteful wooden interiors and a delicious menu. Loved the pool and the cocktails too. The view of the ocean from our balcony was stunning! The youthful staff were so accommodating and friendly. We were sorry to say goodbye! Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable. 🥰

Lack of shade for the sunbeds. Only one or two had the shade of a big tree. I think some of the sunbeds with wooden roofs could have a shade cloth over them. But it’s fine if you want lots of sun of course!

The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay much more pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness were definitely the highlight of the experience. That said, there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The facilities are showing their age and would really benefit from an upgrade to meet guests’ expectations. Unfortunately, the food was also quite disappointing, with both the quality and variety falling short. There were also a few small but important details that were overlooked. For example, there were no hand towels provided in the bathroom, and the room had an ant infestation, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, while the excellent staff left a positive impression, the hotel has significant room for improvement in its facilities, housekeeping, and dining experience. Addressing these issues would make a big difference and better match the level of service provided by the team.

The place is absolutely stunning, the staff goes above and beyond, food is good. Manager Jacky runs the place in a very pleasant way and him and his staff are a solid team; nice to see. The bungalows are gorgeous and the views stunning. It’s quiet, it’s peaceful and the pool is perfect. We stayed five nights with our baby and had a wonderful relaxing time and even managed to get some dives in. (recommend Oceanway dive center)

What’s with the luxaflex in the room?! They break and bent and do nothing to make the room dark to sleep. Let alone they give you an office feel and that is the last thing you want being in this gorgeous remote location. Get some proper curtains in to complement the beautiful bungalows

We had an exceptional stay at Bleu Mathis Gili Asahan. The location is truly unique, directly on a quiet beach with one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. The resort is small-scale, peaceful and beautifully designed, creating a very special atmosphere. The rooms were stylish, spotless and very comfortable, and the swimming pool was lovely. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant served delicious food. We especially enjoyed the romantic beachfront dinner with live music during sunset. Another major highlight was the wide range of activities that could be arranged directly from the resort, including snorkeling, diving, paddleboarding and island trips. Everything was very well organized.

There were honestly very few things to improve. If we had to mention one small point, it would be that a little more attention to the gardens and landscaping would make the resort even more beautiful. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations

le plus gros défaut : l accessibilité. Lorsque vous arriverez en bateau, à marée basse vous devrez marcher 50 mètres sur les débris de coraux, pour accéder à l hôtel avec des courants. La plage est remplie de débris de coraux ce qui la rend impraticable : prévoyez bien des chaussures On nous a déconseillé de faire du snorkeling devant l’hôtel, vous devrez vous rendre à 25/30 min de marche, et faire attention aux marées car à marée haute l hôtel est enclavé : vous serez bloqués. Le restaurant est cher et de qualité moyenne Certains bungalows ont une vue obstruée

There was little to no wifi on the property even though they promise high speed. I was unable to download anything including books on my kindle or any messages. The service wasn’t great and my food was cold on a few occasions. The bathroom smelled and the shower was cold during my entire duration. I thought my stay would be a slice of paradise but not really. It looked beautiful but didn’t live up to expectations

Un emplacement exceptionnel, l’impression d’être au bout du monde dans un endroit magique , tout en sérénité et en élégance. Une déco soignée , tant dans les espaces privés que communs, des vues magiques, un lieu paradisiaque avec un personnel charmant et aux petits soins. Snorkelling accessible à pied en face du lobby, massages sur place avec le ressac de l’eau en fond sonore , ballade à pied environ 2 h par la plage pour découvrir l’île … un rêve éveillé ! Un chef barman adorable qui prend le temps d’échanger pendant la dégustation de ses cocktails délicieux durant l’happy hour quotidien !

La nourriture : peu de saveurs pour les plats traditionnels, fades , et la cuisine des plats continentaux n’est pas maîtrisée. L’extra bed : facturé en plus, il se résume à un matelas au sol Le tarif : comme le resort est un peu isolé , on se sent un peu captif et les prix pratiqués sont vraiment déconnectés par rapport aux prix locaux. Même si on est dans le haut de gamme, on pourrait attendre des tarifs un peu plus raisonnables.

Prachtige, rustige locatie, mooie plek om zonsondergang te kijjen. Supermooie ruime kamers met heel fijn terras. Mooi zwembad met heerlijke bedjes en voldoende plekken om te relaxen. Lekker eten.

Hoewel het niet zo ver is kom je toch moeilijk op de rest vh eiland, je moet meestal (afhankelijk van het getij) over rotsen klauteren. Je kunt wel met de boot gebracht worden maar is toch minder vrij. De muziek stond vaak erg hard in het restaurant. Er is grond ipv zand/tegels rond het zwembad wat niet lekker loopt en ook niet zo hygienisch is. Leg tegels rond het zwembad zodat je met schone natte voeten van het bad naar een strandbedje kan lopen.

The rooms are amazing, very well maintained and clean. The location was also stunning with the sunset right out the front.

The food was quite bad and overprice given the hotel standards. Breakfast was also very limited. The staff were not very helpful / almost annoyed when we asked basics stuffs such as beach towels or tap water. Also the general state of the property isn't very well maintained, doggy stairs to go up the rooms, neglected garden...

Pool Anlage mit den Bungalows Schnorchelausflug zu den 5 Giliinseln war toll. Bett und Aussicht vom Bett aus toll Auswahl des Frühstücks sowie generell das Essen war gut kann man sagen. Nasi und Mie goreng empfehlenswert. Happy hour ist hervorzuheben, ansonsten sind die Coctails preislich eher hoch = gut 7€ + Mitarbeiter wirken sehr bemüht

Sauberkeit im Zimmer und auf Terasse nicht mega. Auch im Bad z.b grünliche Dekosteine Handtuchwechsel nicht automatisch Wlan im Bungalow 12 nicht sehr stabil Gartenanlage für meinen Geschmack zu wenig gepflegt bzw. im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften zu wenig im Grünen sprich kein Dschungelfeeling. Rund um den Pool ist man schnell mal mit den Füssen im Sand oder schmutzigen Pflastersteinen unterwegs. Meer zwar von aussen optisch nett aber im Detail nicht super zu baden, eher rechts weg um den Hügel dort ist es fein

Un hôtel et un lieu tout simplement incroyables — beaux, paradisiaques, paisibles, et parfaitement équipés pour une petite île. On trouve toutes les commodités nécessaires ainsi que plusieurs spots pour se poser et profiter. Le personnel est extrêmement disponible, réactif et d’une grande gentillesse — un vrai atout. Nous avons séjourné dans une villa front de mer avec piscine privative : immense, très propre, un vrai coup de folie dans un cadre idyllique. Les activités proposées et les transferts sont très appréciables et bien organisés. La nourriture est bonne et généreuse. Notre seul regret ? Ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps ! Une adresse exceptionnelle que nous recommandons sans réserve.

Havre de paix. Lodge très confortable avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons été surclassé dans un lodge avec piscine privée. Personnel adorable.

Les stores ne fonctionnaient pas donc beaucoup de lumière très tôt le matin Le restaurant n’était pas à notre goût et plutôt cher Les coupures d’électricité deux fois par jour tous les jours (10-12h puis 15-17h) dont nous n’avions pas été prévenu Une très belle excursion (une journée sur un bateau pour faire du snorkelling et voir les tortues) mais avec un guide qui ne parlait pas anglais donc nous n’avions aucune information (écosystème, tortues, poissons, coraux, etc.)

Het was wel erg licht in de kamer, de luxaflex sloten de ramen niet echt goed af.

We loved the tranquility, beachfront location and the way we were looked after. Irfan, in particular was exceptional. very professional, friendly, leaving us with very special memories of our stay.

Although we had a fantastic snorkelling experience on Nangu, the pollution in the water and on the beach was very dissapointing. We felt helpless to do anything about it but would support a campaign similar to the I love Bali", to pay extra in tax to help clean it up and sustain it.

La nourriture. Du breakfast au dîner tout était mauvais, insipide, on était obligé d’aller manger à l’écologie quand la marée nous le permettait. La plage et la mer impraticable a cause des coraux et la saleté de la plage Envahie de déchets !

Vi forventede nok lidt mere af overnatningsstedet. Så ift. beliggenhed: man kunne ikke rigtig bade lige ved hotellet. Der skulle du sejles om til en anden strand. Maden: de manglede fx glutenfri selvom de tilbyder, hvis man informerer inden arrival. Så jeg synes, det mere er 3-3,5 stjerner.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue, en general, una experiencia muy positiva, ideal si buscas paz y tranquilidad. Las instalaciones son de 10: todo está cuidado al detalle y no falta absolutamente nada. La playa es quizá el punto más débil, ya que no es muy apta para el baño debido a los corales y, además, suele estar algo sucia. Entendemos que esto no es responsabilidad del hotel, sino más bien una consecuencia del poco cuidado medioambiental en general. El hotel está algo alejado de otros, pero si exploras un poco los alrededores, puedes encontrar playas muy bonitas (dejando de lado el tema de la suciedad). El desayuno es excelente: puedes elegir entre varias opciones y todas incluyen fruta fresca y zumos recién hechos. Además, cuentan con happy hour con cócteles muy bien preparados. El personal es maravilloso, siempre atento y amable. Queremos destacar especialmente a Adrien, que incluso se esforzó por aprender varias palabras en español, lo cual hizo la experiencia aún más cercana. Disfrutamos también de una cena junto a la playa perfectamente organizada y con mucho detalle, un momento muy especial. El precio está dentro de los estándares que pagas en el hotel. Ofrecen servicio gratuito de recogida en barca hasta el hotel, aunque el traslado de vuelta es de pago. Al tratarse de una isla pequeña, no hay muchas opciones de restaurantes, por lo que la mayoría de comidas se realizan en el hotel. La comida es buena, bien elaborada, aunque el precio es algo elevado para Indonesia. Aun así, la relación calidad-precio es correcta. En resumen, un lugar muy recomendable para desconectar y disfrutar de un entorno tranquilo con un excelente servicio.

La suciedad de los alrededores pero repito que es algo que no puede controlar el hotel.

Das Zimmer inkl. Terrasse ist super hübsch und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Auch das Restaurant ist hübsch. Zum Entspannen und nichts tun ist man hier genau richtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Baden im Meer ist hier im Vergleich zu Lombok oder Gili Meno kein Highlight. Zum Schnorcheln war es relativ trüb und es gibt viele Algen zu Beginn. Dafür muss man dann eher die recht teuren Ausflüge machen. Auch die Preise für das Essen sind vergleichsweise hoch.

Me and my family stayed at Bleu Mathis Gili Asahan and had an excellent experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Friendly communication before arrival, smooth check‑in, and helpful local tips that made exploring the area easy. The location is intimate and peaceful with small touches (fresh coffee, toiletries, and local recommendations) made the stay feel personal. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the stay. But the highlight of the stay were the staff, friendly, very attentive,warm and accommodating. We will be back again soon.

Très belles villas dans un parc magnifique avec très belle piscine ,personnel adorable Bonne literie,belle terrasse devant la villa,de nombreux transats à disposition Très bonne restauration et petit déjeuner très bon (jus frais,plusieurs possibilités) Nous avons effectué des sorties en bateau avec un prestataire extérieur que nous avons rencontré lors d’une balade sur l’île (très bon rapport qualité prix)

Les stores ne sont pas occultants donc la lumière extérieure passe très facilement La restauration,les boissons sont 2 fois plus cher par rapport à Lombok mais nous sommes sur une île,ce qui s’explique.

I liked the view from my bangalore, the food and the caring atmosphere of the staff. The staff is the soul of the hotel. The guys work very hard to attend everyone. Snorkeling around Gilis is the best mental hygiene. They organise the boat trip and it is an amazing experience.

I don't like the path with high grass, from the restaurant to the bangalore, I feel unsafe when I step specially at night. The garden around the pool really need more maintenance.

The rooms were amazing and comfortable, very luxurious. The pool was lovely and staff as well!

The location is a bit ”remote” and the beach was not the best compared to other locations on the island as it was not fully cleaned from trash and snorkelling possibilities were poor (atleast during our stay in rainy season). The menu in the restaurant is nice but could have been more versatile.

Property had a great location.

- Since guests needs to eat all meals here, I think you should upgrade the level of food and dishes. Some of the meals were very swinging in quality, even if the dishes were the same. - maybe also upgrade the comfort in your restaurant. If you use pillows and they are white, stained with black moist: at least put a pillowcase. Chairs are uncomfortable. Since it’s the only place you can sit, you can eat etc. make it more comfortable and clean.

The resort was really nice, villas are amazing. The rooms are incredible, clean and looks surreal. The staff were very friendly, polite and great service. It is a very quite and relaxing place, we came because we wanted to experience this kind of relaxation.

The beach was super dirty.! l understand that it is a rainy season and that the sea brings a lot of garbage, but the staff did not put any effort in cleaning the beach for the 4 days that we were there, not even once. The other resort nearby (Eco Lodge) was cleaning their beach 2 times a day and we had to go there and enioy their beach every day, cause ours was just terrible and full of garbage. Such a pity. Another thing we did not like was the food choice in Bleu Mathis. The menu is just few pages and mostly carbs options, a little overpriced as wel. The taste of the food was inconsistent, depending on the shifts. Some cooks did a great job, while someother times I would get stomach acids even and completely different taste. Again, after few tries, we were "forced" to dine at the other resort - Eco Lodge. Which have an amazing ltalian restaurant with tons of choices and around 30-40% cheaper overall...

房间离沙滩很近，但是酒店沙滩实在无法下水，太多垃圾和碎珊瑚了。 餐厅里的每一位员工都很热情。

我们预订了两间房间，住了5天4晚。 1、在预订过程中邮件回复实在缓慢，每次邮件快则次日回复，慢则2-3天才回复。 2、两个房间热水都很不稳定，要么没有热水，要么热水很烫。 3、活动中心的男员工对于活动预订工作很冷漠，没有说真正意义在帮助客人完成其需求，只是在完成工作。这也导致最后一天海钓活动预订之后也没有人与我们沟通是否能够前往，最后导致活动流失。

La piscine est incroyable, vraiment bien pour les enfants et super grande, les personnes qui travail sur place sont gentil

Je n'ai pas apprécié la nourriture du restaurant, l'accès la la plage, pour se baigner, nous avons eu une réduction mais si vous vous attendez a un hôtel de luxe ce n'est pas le cas c’est très bien mais pas si luxueux que ce qui est annoncé

There was no internet dooring our visit se we had to leave the resort to another one to work. I also think for this price the cleaning should be higher level. Private pool was not so private and needed deep cleaning.
