Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Super breakfast - nice choise of Indonesian and Western food. Dinner was also very good. Very cheerful and friendly staff. Lots of hellos and smiles! - The reception was exceptional. I was in Lombok to look for an old friend, and the staff went out of their way to help me find transportation and locate his village, incl. a very friendly debrief when I came back from my "expedition". I really liked the hotel!
Wish there was a village or some local life around the hotel. It is quite close to the airport - convenient - but a little "in the middle of nowhere", which is not the hotel's fault.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Close to the airport, but too far for walking. The Hotel offers a free shuttle after 8am, if you must go earlier, you pay 60.000 Rupiah. They have a pool, if the cold water does not scare you. The breakfast is ok.
You hear the noise from the road, better use earplugs. If you want to use the hotel after landing at the airport, the taxi charges you 100.000 Rupiah. There is nothing in walking distance around the Hotel.

Inoltre, la comodità principale deriva dalla vicinanza all’aeroporto che permette di soggiornare in caso di partenze mattutine o arrivi notturni. Il ristorante presenta un’ampia scelta e la qualità è abbastanza buona. Lenzuola, camera e bagno molto puliti e dotati di kit da viaggio molto utili.
L’unica nota negativa è riscontrabile nell’assenza di frigobar in camera. Ciò nonostante, la struttura dispone di dispenser d’acqua in ogni piano. Tuttavia, l’acqua che viene messa a disposizione da questo dispositivo è calda, quindi non c’è possibilità di bere acqua fresca (tranne se non viene acquistata)

I specifically requested for a clean and quiet room as we just hiked Mt Rinjani for 4 days and we Really needed to clean up and take Rest . It was great As a we’re Tired , we requested for Room Service and it was great . We are vegetarian and they managed it very very well .

Le bruit du groupe de froid a côté de la chambre. Le module intérieur de la clim qui n avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps. La propreté de la piscine à revoir. L absence de navette gratuite pour l aéroport ( il s agit d un hôtel de l aéroport de Lombok...); les prix demandés pour un taxi à l accueil sont des ordres de grandeur plus grands que n importe quelle appli de taxi.... En indonesie j ai toujours été positivement surpris par la qualité de l offre des hotel des petits aux grands... sauf pour cet hôtel. Je deconseille

- necesita una actualización - fuimos a cenar en el restaurante (no hay otra opcion) y demoraron muchísimo en traer la comida. - Trajeron la comida de dos personas y el de la tercera llegó cuando estaban terminando de comer. - si dejas buena review te dan helado gratis jajaja

Vi el servicio de spa y pedí un masaje. Mal. La persona que vino claramente no tenía ningunas ganas de estar ahí. Iba haciendo el masaje como a medias y cuando me doy cuenta veo que esta mirando el teléfono de tanto en tanto. Mal. Se lo digo y a partir de ahí estuvo mejor el masaje pero yo no lo pude disfrutar. No se lo recomendaría a nadie. Cuando lo comenté en recepción, no tuvieron ninguna respuesta ni comentario al respecto. Mal. Si desde el hotel no cuidan estas cosas, que no ofrezcan el servicio.

Le restaurant !! j’ai été servi 35 min avant ma femme et l’entrée est arrivée après nos deux plats. Une très longue attente en général. Le taxi de l’hôtel à l’aéroport est cher par rapport à un Grab (1/2 prix)

Do not stay for more than one night. We only stayed here as we needed to get a flight the next day and everything else nearby had terrible ratings. The hotel felt very depressing and had very little to do. The food was also awful and had to constantly look for staff so that we could order food. Felt like a ghost town and everyone else that we saw in the hotel looked miserable too.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Heel dicht bij de luchthaven. Goed als je slechts verblijft voor je transfer naar de luchthaven. Ik zou er niet langer verblijven dan 1 nacht. Prijs zeker ok.
Transfer luchthaven is slechts gratis tussen bepaalde uren. Wij vertrokken vroeg, dus moesten wel betalen. Ongezellige verlichting in de eetzaal. Het ontbijt was niet lekker. Avondeten was redelijk. Geen bar met zonneterras of uitzicht voor als je nog een laatste keer van Lombok wil genieten.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Emplacement à 5’ de l’aéroport : c’est son principal atout. Notre avion a été avancé et nous avons dû partir à 6 h au lieu de 6 h 45 et le staff a bien voulu ouvrir plus tôt pour le petit déjeuner qui était bien achalandé. Mise à disposition d’une fontaine d’eau minérale.
Pas de restaurant à proximité et des notes très basses pour celui de l’hôtel, avec des prix plutôt élevés. Il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre. Piscine très bruyante car très proche de la route (2x3 voies) : pas vraiment possible de bien se détendre.

I chose this as it was a mere 5min drive to the Lombok airport (and they were able to coordinate a driver for 60k rupiah as we needed to leave at 4:45am for a 6:10am flight). For this purpose, the hotel worked well. Bathroom shower has a tiny 2-feet wide glass enclosure, which doesn't really prevent the rest of the room from getting wet. And the neon-colored green and yellow shampoo and body wash gels don't inspire much confidence either. F&B amenities include 2 packs of istant coffee, 1 of tea, and an empty water jug with instructions to use the dispenser out in the hall. We ate dinner at the Swiss Bistro, which does offer a variety of Indonesia dishes. Prices are very reasonable (50-100k) for a hotel, and they have beer and cocktails. However food takes forever to come out, like everywhere else in Indonesia.
Despite booking a "Suite," the room felt like a standard sized hotel room to me - I'm not even sure it was 355sqft as advertised. Inside, the furniture was very Ikea-like, with plenty of particle board. The bed was a king size at least, though a bit on the hard side as it had no mattress cover. Cleanliness seems mixed - while the bed and sink looked clean, the soap dispenser bottles in the shower have obvious soap scum and dirt, and hasn't been wiped for some time. Room corners are dusty, and i found a small perfume vial on the floor left by the previous guest that was missed during housekeeping. Be aware that the immediate area is really desolate, and requires 4-5m walk to get to any other restaurant or stores, and feels much further in the dark of the night than what Google Maps would suggest
