The restaurant food apart from breakfast was lousy

Have breakfast with the good view, it was perfect. Also, the staff whom pick me up from the airport very profesional. I'll not hesitate to come back stay in Ibis YIA for the next trip.

Awareness to small thing. Unfortunately, the was problem with the coffee machine. I mean, just makesure everything are proper before start the operational.

離機場很近，早上趕飛機很方便，請善用預約接駁車服務，不然雖然飯店距離機場很近，但grab司機在機場會被當地政府另外收稅，會比在市區叫車價格多出數倍。入住期間ibis（三星）正在整修，因此被安排到隔壁的旅館，似乎是升等了（四星）入住飯店期間，工作人員服務友善。

The hotel is close to the airport, and shuttle service is provided. Super comfy beds in a spacious room. Everything has a modern feel to it. There are local eateries available if you take a short walk outside the service.

I booked for ibis because cheaper. But ibis under maintenance so they upgraded to next door Novotel. Big spacious room. I didn’t book breakfast because saw some negative reviews. Wanted to see first. SUPER breakfast. Very diverse. Complete. Recommend.

I have been here before. Bathroom only two big towels. No hand towels. Toilet paper one mini roll. Not full roll and no spare. Last time I had to call for extra.

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Yogyakarta International Airport. The hotel’s modern facilities, convenient location from the airport (there is shuttle), and quiet atmosphere made it ideal for remote work. The experience was both productive and memorable, combining comfort with efficiency. Best places to stay even we can go to the town by Airport Train from YIA to Tugu Yogyakarta.

The Restaurant: Pastry are excellent, salad bar and kids bar are so varied. Indonesian cuisine are quite complete from noodles to rice. The Room: very comfortable. the ambience are well set, with mountain view add to that. The service are excellent. can't complain. Best experience visit Yogyakarta.

The breakfast is to expensive for us to be honest .we when to sugo restaurant instead.

Had a nice stay overall! The staff at the lobby and restaurant — especially Mr Rizal and Ms. Novita — were super friendly and responsive, which really made us feel welcome. The view was definitely a highlight — lush green rice fields with a backdrop of mountains. Very relaxing! The room was generally comfortable and well-equipped, though the Wi-Fi was quite slow, and the cleanliness could be improved — we noticed quite a bit of hair on the floor in several areas. Breakfast had a decent variety of food, but it would’ve been even better if the food refills were a bit quicker Thank you

The hotel was closed when I arrived. I didn't receive any notification from hotel or Booking.com. Very disappointed

We got upgraded to Novotel next to Ibis as Ibis was having refurbishment thus, I can't comment much on Ibis. The location was indeed strategically located within 5 mins drive to the airport and complimentary shuttle service was provided

We ate at the lunch in ibis kitchen. It was excellent, great service, friendly people, especially Adam was great, thanks Adam!! I liked the food variety, dishes, dessert, great location, and good beverage, we were all very very happy, will come again

Restaurant and its food is good. The restaurant name is ibis kitchen, i have lunch and Adam help me in restaurant with the food and beverage. Adam is so friendly and easy to approach. Best lunch I have in Yogyakarta. Thank you for good hospitality

Great stay near the airport

Its one of the recomended hotel to stay overnight when you’re choose the hotel near airport. Its new building with nice view of menoreh’s mountain. But…Unfortunately i just only get the room with ricefield’s view 😌. But its doesnt matter. Some notice from the hotel: - The room mostly narrow. Not enough space for pray. - Breakfast menu mostly limited. I think the resto must add more varies. - The resto have best outdoor design. You can breakfast with enjoying around mount view & nice pool. - All staff be kindness

The room is clean and the breakfast is a great value! There are various food to choose from and it's tasty! It's an ideal place to stay near the airport!The best thing is that there is a free shuttle bus to the airport😊

Close to the airport.

The food from the A La Carte menu at the restaurant was the worse we’ve had in Indonesia in over a year. The presentation and taste was that of microwave food. Totally unacceptable for a 3-star international hotel chain. The “Margarita” pizza - in the photo, looked like it was prepared by a 5 year old & nothing close to a Margarita pizza. This was just one of 5 disappointing dishes. One of which was sent back because it was basically a chunk of stewed beef in a bun, no salad or sauce and called a “Giant Beef Burger”. In hopes of better food we went to the sister hotel next door - Novotel, and had the same experience. A “Chicken baguette Sandwich” which was two small slices of a loaf with about a tablespoon of chicken mixed with mayonnaise. The “bread” served with the pasta was a mix of broken pieces which most likely was left from the breakfast.

Before checked-in I already called the hotel to request that I need connecting room. The staff who picked up the phone said if I want connecting room it's available in Twin and Double Room (I booked 2 double rooms) then I said it's okay 1 room is twin and the others is double just make sure I got connecting room the staff said Okay she will take a note. When I checked-in the FO staff said there's nothing notes on my booking and said that the connecting room is fully booked and she will gave me rooms on the same floor. When I came into the room what I found is dirty rooms. Dirty bed sheet and duvet, dirty towel, and I found leftover box under the sofa. Really bad experince👎 i will not come back to this hotel.

The bfast were good. Lots of variety n taste nice. The staff are very helpful n friendly. Free airport transfer was great.

The rooms are very small. Realy hard to pack n unpack n arrange our luggage. The floor was not clean properly. I can fell it when I'm not using the sandal given. Too basic for the price.

Really enjoy staying in Ibis YIA hotel as the room is really clean. Hotel staffs are great and helpful especially the reception team. The hotel is so kind to allow early check-in at 1pm which greatly help travellers arrive early. Will come back to this hotel again in my next trip.

It's simple, comfortable, and clean, and we can get all we need for our business trip. The hotel is also close to the YIA train station, which makes it very easy and handy to go to the center of Yogyakarta or to depart from YIA to other cities. One more thing, the hotel provides a reliable shuttle service to the airport for free, and I can see it's handled by a professional driver. I will be back at this hotel for sure, for business or personal trips. It is a very recommended hotel.

all facilities and services are okay. the downside is there are some things I left in the room when checking out such as a uniqlo jacket and 2 bottles of goat yogurt in the refrigerator were not informed. even though they contacted me to ask for this review. semua fasilitas dan pelayanan oke. minusnya ada beberapa barang saya ketinggalan di kamar ketika check out berupa jaket uniqlo dan 2 botol yogurt kambing di dalam kulkas tidak diberitau. padahal mereka menghubungi saya untuk meminta review ini.

Absolutely gorgeous views all around the property. Staff is kind and attentive. Room a little small but doable. Property looks new. Very well maintained. We didn’t have much luck with the food but it may be because our taste buds are different. If you are here do get a massage. It was the best massage I had outside of Thailand. My neck pain is gone and I’m happy.

The employee english is terrible

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. I don’t know if it was a party or a bar but music banged on until well after 23:00 making it difficult to go to sleep. When we came to the lobby at 4:45 am music was bumping loudly there still.

Hotel does not check messages via booking.com, had to call them by landline to arrange airport pickup. Rooms are small.-

Location is close to the airport, there is mini supermarket next to the hotel, so very convenient. I forgot to bring my face mask and quite surprised that the mini market has it . So happy. The staff were friendly too .

We went to the restaurant for dinner, and only have fried rice and soups. So I decided to order what they have . Fried rice and soups. I was so excited that will Have hot steaming soup in a bowl and fried rice . But when the food comes out, like ???? What the heck, the soup was in a plate and cold. And was so disappointing. The taste was good just not steamy hot .

We checked in late and checked out early. Nothing much to say but we enjoyed the short stay here. Room is comfortable and clean.

I asked the onlineservice for pickup service at the airport and told them several times (also the day before) that I won't have internet/whatsapp later. I sent them a picture of my backpack that they can recognize me at the meeting point and I got the okay from them. - At the meeting point it was annoying that noone made a step into my direction and I had to ask a pedestrian if he could give me internet after 15 minutes. And what did I see,the driver contacted me via internet/whatsapp that he arrived. The hotel car was near but parked sideways so I couldn't see the name of the hotel. If someone doesn't undertand what the guest asks for please double-check instead of saying yes all the time.The driver seemed he had no idea about this although he saw me walking up and down. But the service to the airport in the early morning was great.
