We stayed here 1 night as we had an early flight the next day. Hotel was comfortable with a good pool and restaurant.

The dinner was on the menu but not available so what we had was plain…however the Club sandwich next day was yummy. Long Island Tea was also fine. Staff very helpful & amiable, always. Very much appreciated upgrade to Jun. Suite. Comfy big bed bed & big wall mounted TV with all channels working, especially live Aussie ABC & NETFLIX 👏🙏🏽

Lots of meals unavailable on the dinner menu.

Assolutamente non in linea con lo standard Novotel, colazione con prodotti prevalentemente locali (vicino ad uno scalo internazionale???) e che non sembravano freschi, ristorante lentissimo nel servizio e personale con evidenti difficoltà con l’inglese

Location to the YIA and the friendliness of the staffs.

The location near the airport and free drop off is excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. Lovely pool.

The restaurant and bar were not as good as you would expect. Cocktails and lunch were poor. Breakfast was much better and good value for money.

El Transfer es cada hora, elegimos este hotel por el transporte gratuito pero al final tuvimos que pedir un grab. Deberían especificarlo para que los futuros clientes pudieran saberlo antes de reservar.

Comfortabele kamers met vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten. We hadden het zwembad voor ons alleen, dus dat was genieten! Je hoort niets van de luchthaven of geluiden op de gang, dus wij kwamen zeker tot rust. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en staat je graag te woord bij vragen over de lokale gerechten. Als het had gekund, waren we zeker langer gebleven!

Er zit een screen aan de binnenzijde van de douche, dat vonden we een beetje vreemd. De ramen zijn zeer dun waardoor de warmte er snel doorkomt als je de gordijnen open laat, maar de airco stelt de temperatuur wel snel bij.

Extremely clean hotel. Shuttle service is reliable and only minutes to the airport. Lovely views with very friendly and helpful staff. Wish I had stayed longer ride through the rice fields on the hotel bikes. Did get time to have a swim in the pool. Had a traditional Javanese massage which was really therapeutic I had very sore muscles before the massage but felt great the next day. The massage was pretty firm she didn’t warn me that it was a strong massage but that is what I wanted.

Novotel Kulon Progo always makes my stay pleasant. They often upgrade my room and provide excellent service, including thoughtful compliments. The Wi-Fi connection has also improved compared to two months ago. Just one small note: when I forgot my key inside the room, instead of issuing another key, the staff accompanied me to the room. It felt a little uncomfortable, but overall, I truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The room is very spcious n nice. The reception was very poor. Understaffed, so i to wait fot sometime to check in and also for the bell captain to deliver my luggages. The hotel was not ready for many guests coming atvthe same time. The breakfast food is also poor: taste

The property was great. It was clean and comfortable with large rooms. It worked great for us and was right near the airport. It is a bit outside of town but for us, we weren’t doing things in town so it wasn’t an issue.

The Novotel in Kulon Progo shines brightly in many regards, this is my third stay overall and i have chosen to review because i believe good work should be rewarded. The rooms and services are top tier, but the most outstanding feature is the delicious breakfast buffet served on the highest floor - with seating on the balcony giving an amazing view over the region. The staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy their job alot. Thank you!

Bring your own milk - and go downstairs after 4 unanswered calls to get wifi code. Philip remarked "no milk is served" in the room.

The staff was great. Excellent receptionist and very helpful staff in the restaurant.

Room on 9th floor had ants. The room was too warm, when we came in. The AC is switched off when one leaves the room and the glass facade makes it like a greenhouse. There were no hooks for used towels in the bathroom. The light switches are on the wrong side of the room and master switch does not switch off all lights.

My stay at Novotel YIA Kulon Progo was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and I had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent with many options. The shuttle service to the airport was a huge plus, making our flight much more convenient. Highly recommended!

L’offre de restauration

Staff were very courteous and explained various hotel features. Their website indicates shuttle service between the hotel and airport is provided but was unable to reach hotel before my trip to arrange for this. Not a big deal since the hotel is close tp YIA airport, but the kicker was that the reception said hotel shuttle is provided to all guests, but if they don't provide instructions or answer the call this could turn off some guests.

La struttura si trova vicinissimo all’aeroporto; molto comoda per chi arriva tardi oppure per chi ha un volo presto. All’ultimo piano dell’albergo si trova un ristorante curato nei dettagli e con portate molto buone.

La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación era muy cómoda, nueva y moderna. El personal super amable. Piscina grande y sin gente. Servicio de traslado al aeropuerto gratuito. Restaurante con comidas variadas a buen precio. Restu, el camarero, fue muy simpático y servicial. Pasamos dos días fantásticos.

Don’t come here for the swimming pool if you are a serious swimmer. It’s a good depth 1.2 m but it’s difficult to do laps because of thei shape. Most hotel pools have this problem.The architects who designed them are clearly not swimmers. Also, it’s in the shade Which means you can’t get a tan if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a good pool for kids, however, which is the most important thing.

Good hotel with kind staff. Facilities was okay, aesthetic interior, good ambiance. The food was disappointed, breakfast menu not good at all. But ala carte menu better. A good choice to stay near YIA airport with great staff and calm ambience.

You can get the beautiful view of menoreh hills across the room. The view was amazing. Hotel offer large room, comfy bed & pillow. The best is, they could arrange my special request despite the last minute booking i made. But they make the best out of it. Thank you Novotel YIA

Nice hotel with excellent service, you can do everything like go to the gym, do massage, or even pool especially with the staff is very friendly ( Novita ) Also coffeeshop just next the hotel.
