Tolle Zimmer- ruhig (trotz Moscheen rundherum) - der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich! Der Shuttle zum Flughafen ist super! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben- wenn wir wieder in yogyarkata sind- dann hier!

Ottima posizione vicinissima all’aereoporto. stanza molto pulita. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’hotel e ci siamo trovate bene. Colazione a buffet internazionale e abbondante.

Lo staff al ristorante non parlava insglese e la comunicazione è stata difficile.

La struttura si trova abbastanza fuori dal centro città (circa 1 ora e 20 minuti) ma a 5 minuti dall’aeroporto, ottima posizione se si hanno dei voli in mattinata (come nel nostro caso). Camere spaziose e pulite, personale gentile e disponibile. Offre il servizio di lavanderia e di shuttle (gratuito) da/per l’aeroporto. Colazione a buffet molto varia e abbondante!

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, arranging transport from our hotel near Borobudur on the day of check-in at a very reasonable price. We could not make it for the complimentary shuttle to the airport (it runs every hour), and was planning to call Gojek, but the staff told us they could arrange for their shuttle at our convenience if we covered the airport parking fee (10,000 rupiah). We checked the price on Gojek, which was more than double their quote, so we were very grateful to the hotel staff. There were also small touches of hospitality, like the towel origami on our bed and the colourful message written on the mirror welcoming us. The black out curtains were surprisingly effective and even though there was a mosque just in front of our room, we didn't hear the prayers and slept well. We also managed to use the rooftop pool at sunset, before it closed at 6pm, which was nice.

I appreciated that the black out curtains were effective, but the light from the air con remote was a bit bright for me. The balcony door was difficult to close as the floor at the opening was not level. The hotel may also be a bit dated as we could see some black marks around the bathroom floor.

Het ontbijt was een puntje van verbetering. Waarschijnlijk omdat het niet zo druk was. Het is ook zonde natuurlijk om veel etenswaren klaar te zetten voor weinig mensen, maar we hebben op onze reis door indonesië wel uitgebreidere ontbijtjes gehad.

Room clean, comfortable and spacious. Location 5mins away from airport + free shuttle provided which was much appreciated. Didn't get to use either pool or gym unfortunately. 2 key cards provided on check-in.

Spa didn't open until 12 Noon. Reservation system confusing for facilities and staff struggled to clearly advise what opens, when. Poor communication around shuttle.

Beautiful hotel, large comfortable room with a balcony, excellent breakfast with lots of vegetarian options, charming large rooftop pool with terrific views of mountains and rice fields, very friendly staff, very convenient free shuttle to the airport. Highly recommended!

L’hôtel est sympa La piscine est superbe avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et les rizières. Le personne est sympa.

Je ne recommande pas le restaurant, le service est très lent et les plats ne sont pas exceptionnels. J’ai commandé une salade César qui était mauvaise, il n’y avait que des feuilles de salade et un œuf avec une tranche de pain. Pas de poulet, j’ai dû ajouter en supplément des crevettes et quand le plat est arrivé il y avait 5 minuscules crevettes. Les calamars frits étaient bon mais les portions trop petites. Autre point négatif, l’odeur forte d’humidité et de moisissures dans la chambre à cause de la climatisation mal entretenue. J’ai prévenu le personnel qui a réglé le problème mais l’hôtel devrait être plus vigilant sur l’entretien des aérations.

Nous avons bien aimé les personnelles qui sont tous très souriants, les chambres très agréable et jolie décorées. Le petit-déjeuner bien complet et délicieux. Tout était très bien et je vais retourner dans deux mois.

I loved the Nordic minimalism married to traditional Javanese interior and ambiance. And ai simply adored the wonderful personal. They made me feel welcomed and cared for. They literally walked the second mile for me. Last but not least the door that opened on a balcony was a VERY big winner.

The food and drinks were not great. I also had an unfortunate experience in that the real price of my mocktail differed from the price on the menu. According to the waiter this was because the menu was dated. It was not a lot of money, but it is, I think, still unacceptable

Very nice, new hotel close to the airport. We choose to stay here the night before our flight as travel from yogya to the airport can easily take 90mins. We spent the morning in the beautiful rooftop swiming pool at the hotel.

Location and friendly staff. Spa is good. Prompt and arranged the shuttle to drop off to the airport. Can make custom preparation for food for elders /vegetarians.

May be bit far from city and drivers suggest to book in city for initial few days and book here only on last day. Initially I booked all 3 nights here and had to change because drivers reluctance to pick up and drop off for another 2 hours to and from city. Otherwise I would have stayed all 3 nights here. Management can consider to advertise taxi services as part of booking so that tourists don’t get misguided by the drivers.

Hotel pulito e confortevole vicino all'aeroporto. Stanza ampia e con bellissima vista sui campi, le colline e la costa. Bellissima piscina all'ultimo piano. Molto comodo il servizio di transfer per l'aeroporto incluso nella tariffa della camera. Nella zona non ci sono ristoranti da raggiungere a piedi, ma l'hotel ha un ristorante e il cibo non è male.

La colazione non era di stampo occidentale, ma era comunque buona e varia.

The location is excellent! The front office--from the concierge to the reception staff provided excellent services as well. I had initially planned to go to the hotel on the airport train from Yogyakarta, so prior to my arrival at the hotel, I had requested the hotel to provide me with airport pickup. A concierge staffer by the name of Sandy personally reached out to me and told me he would be ready at the airport to pick me up, and asked me my ETA. I did appreciate it! I also used the hotel airport drop-off service; it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport so it was very convenient. As far as the room goes, I liked the room layout--it was not too big, not too small, it was perfect. They had assigned me a room on the 2nd floor; however, I preferred room on a higher floor, so they asked me to wait in the first room while they were searching for a new room and preparing it. I only took about 15 minutes to get a new room! The new room was perfect in every sense: from the unobstructed views of the mountains, the sunset, and the airport; to the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom; to the room amenities (slippers, toiletries, daily supply of 2 bottled waters), to the personalized welcome greetings on the TV monitor. I have to give 7 stars to the comfort of the bed and the pillows! I've traveled the world and stayed in many great hotels, but the bed and the pillows at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta so far have been the most comfortable of all! The Room Service menu offerings were excellent too. On the 2nd night, I ordered the Grilled Fish with Sambal Matah that was very flavorful, and the sambal matah was as authentic as the sambal matah you would have in Bali. The breakfast was good although they could have provided more fruit options. I also had a great massage at the Spa. Overall it was a great stay, and I would definitely consider Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta again for my next stay close to the Yogyakarta airport.

The lobby did not look enticing; the elevators are on the smaller side and were warm; the hallways were very warm.

Classy hotel close to the airport. Our room was big and well refurbished, the bathroom was impeccable. Bed was very comfortable. The room overall was quiet, which is essential if you have a long flight ahead. The restaurant is good with various options Breakfast was good and abundant, but I wish it had more international options.

I would have preferred more international options for breakfast.

Das Hotel lag in der Nähe vom Flughafen, was sehr praktisch war. Besonders gefallen hat mir der kostenlose Transfer zum Airport.

This is a safe option when I had an early flight in the next morning. The facilities here are very well-maintained. The bed was super comfy. I arrived at night so I didn't have a chance to try other amenities (such as the swimming pool, etc.) This is a very good hotel overall, combining Asian passion with Swiss professionalism. I got a free shuttle car in the morning to catch my flight, and the fact this hotel is like 5 mins away from the airport helps a lot.

Only downside is the water pressure was not that great when I'm at the high floor. I feel I need to wait for a few minutes to flush, or even the water pressure for my shower was not really great.

We stayed for 3 nights, looking for something close to the airport. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the gym. The restaurant was also good, particularly the local dishes. Staff was very friendly. There is a small gas station supermarket in walking distance, if you need small groceries. Another Plus: the hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the airport.

Not much to do nearby. But we purpousely just looked for a quiet place to relax, close to the airport. So nothing to complain about.

I had a pleasant stay over there. Staff were great, approachable, and helpful. Breakfast was good. I wish I could stay longer. Everything was perfect. Near the airport, if u had an early flight, better choose here. I would love to return here again.

So far, I hate the warm white because I prefer neutral or cool light. Its abit hard for me to put on makeup. Maybe they can mix the room light colour. It will help to brighten the room more.
