Hotel and Villa B52 Gili Air

We booked the villa which i highly recommend, offers privacy, wonderful pool view and the interior is so beautiful, especially the bathroom. Special thanks to Jeremy who speaks exceptional English and his service was top notch.

Pas super propre, le logement pas totalement fermé sur l’extérieur donc bruyant, beaucoup de lumière.

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wasserdruck in der Dusche war stark. Die Unterkunft ist 5 Minuten vom Hafen zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Ich empfehle Ihnen Ohrstöpsel zu benutzen und eigenes Gerät gegen Mücken zu kaufen.

the room we were given was in an unacceptable and severely deteriorated condition. There were clear signs of dampness, mould and poor maintenance, and the actual room was very different from what we expected based on the listing. The advertised “garden view” was also very misleading. What we actually received was a small enclosed area surrounded by walls, which was nothing like what we expected from the listing. When we complained about the condition of the room, the property told us that if we were not happy, we should leave and cancel our reservation ourselves and find another accommodation. Please be very careful if you are ever told to do this. Do not cancel your Booking.com reservation yourself before contacting Booking.com Customer Service, as you may risk losing your money. We were put in a situation where we had to leave and arrange another accommodation ourselves. We eventually moved to Gili Matiki, and honestly, we are so happy that we did. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip, and we were much happier there. We only booked this place because we had no choice after leaving this accommodation. What started as a terrible experience here ended up leading us to a much better place elsewhere. I would definitely not recommend this accommodation. If you encounter a similar problem, contact Booking.com directly and let them handle the situation rather than cancelling the reservation yourself.

吉利A岛B52酒店位置很不错，从码头步行大约十分钟就能抵达。前台戴眼镜的印尼小哥人特别友善。房间出门就是泳池，无线网络信号稳定，入住体验好。

The location was great - room had a tv and fridge which was nice. Didn’t use the pool as it was constantly in the shade.

The shower pressure was not very good and it flooded the bathroom as it didn’t drain well at all.

Tuvimos problemas con un avispero en la habitación y no nos querían cambiar de habitación yuy a regañadientes al final nos ofrecieron el cambio, pero nos querían cobrar por ello inicialmente

L’accueil et le personnel quasi inexistant. Ne faite pas l’erreur d’arriver un peu plus tôt ils ne vous laisseront pas. Probablement l’un des hôtel le moins agréable de tout notre séjour de 2 semaines à lombok

Correcto, estuvimos en la villa, la cabañita es muy vieja, hay poca higiene del mobiliario. La cama y la higiene de sábanas y toallas bien. Entraba luz y se escuchaba ruido.

The location was great

Unfortunately, the pool in our villa didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned, so we weren’t really able to enjoy it. The overall maintenance was also poor, and in our opinion, the hotel did not meet the standards expected of a four-star property. Although this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, our experience was also affected by a group of guests who completely took over the shared outdoor area and left their belongings everywhere, as though they had rented the entire place. Their children were screaming from around 6 a.m. and even tried to open the doors of other villas. We also saw several other guests complaining about the situation. It’s a shame, as we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the pool and outdoor space.

Very nice, modern, central hotel

Walls are paper thin. So you hear guests in other rooms. I had to tell some guests talking loudly on their balcony at 3am to be quiet... its basically a flash hostel I'd say.

Locatie. Vriendelijk personeel en kan fietsen huren.

Uit de douch kwam en niet aangenamer geur. Dit kan ook de lucht van de riolering zijn, dat weet ik niet. Maar hierdoor rook ik deze geur soms als ik in bed lag.

Era muy cómoda la habitación y estaba en pleno centro (donde están todos los comercios), y a solo 2 minutos a pie del puerto. Podías alquilar la bicicleta en el mismo hotel. El personal muy amable.

Había bastantes hormigas en la habitación y el agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba demasiado bien.

We had a wonderful stay in Gili Air. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The accommodation had a lovely atmosphere, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

De locatie is heel prettig en makkelijk te bereiken

De hygeïne in onze kamer en vooral de badkamer was afschuwelijk. Verschrikkelijke schimmel bij de douche met lekkage. Het gordijn ging niet helemaal dicht van onze kamer. Ze hebben 24/7 fel licht bij het zwembad waardoor we enorm slecht geslapen hadden en totaal geen privacy voelde.

Emplacement idéal à proximité de tout. Nous logions côté villas c'était très tranquille et confortable.

Je n'ai aucune critique à faire sur cet établissement, bon je dirais que le linge de lit manquait un peu de netteté mais c'était très bien.

La camera non era pulita: abbiamo trovato numerose ragnatele, lenzuola macchiate (che sono state sostituite dopo averlo richiesto) e persino una blatta enorme in bagno. Il problema più grande, però, è stato il rumore. Si sentivano chiaramente i rumori degli altri ospiti e, durante la notte, anche i canti provenienti dalla moschea, talmente forti da sembrare all’interno della nostra stanza. Inoltre, le tende non erano per nulla oscuranti: appena sorgeva il sole, la stanza diventava completamente illuminata. Struttura piuttosto datata, non è da considerare un 4 stelle. In sintesi, purtroppo non siamo riusciti a riposarci affatto. Tra rumore, luce, scarsa pulizia e poca accoglienza, l’esperienza è stata decisamente deludente.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage, des tortues, de l’embarcadère et des plages de l’Ouest pour le coucher de soleil. Beaucoup de commerce, café et restaurant à proximité.

It was close to everything

El aire acondicionado , en el día no alcanza hace mucho calor x q es de madera la cabaña. Con techos altos

Muy cerca del puerto y facilidad para recorrer la isla a pie. La piscina es un acierto, la habitación tiene aire acondicionado y por el precio que tiene en comparación con otros alojamientos de Gili Air repetiría.

El baño es abierto por lo que pueden entrar insectos. Se escucha ruido de las habitaciones contiguas pero si no os tocan vecinos molestos se puede descansar bien.

The location is really excellent. Turn the corner and you are near the restaurants and harbour. The rooms are sparkling clean and there is a lovely pool that offers shade from early afternoon. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

No breakfast included. There are so many options nearby.

Great location, nice and quiet. Bathroom was huge and we had hot water 99% of the time. WiFi was fantastic and never cut out. The pool was cool and always clean. Bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. We had an excellent stay here and would stay again.

Considering the price was excellent. Rooms nice and clean and beds comfy. A little far from main beach area but only 10-15 min walk not the end of the world

Locatie was heel goed en het personeel was vriendelijk. We hadden 2 kamers naast elkaar gevraagd en dit gekregen wat wij enorm aprecieeren!

De lakens waren echt heel vuil, badkamer is heel verouderd, de schuifdeur sluit ook helemaal niet gped.

It was very noisy, you could literally hear everything. The doors had gaps in them so bugs and mosquitoes could easily come inside, the bathroom had an awfull sewer smell and small flies came out of the drain and overall the room was just completely worn down.

The low at ion is perfect. So close to the Main Street and harbour and easy ride or walk to the beach and port. The staff are sensational. Very friendly, very responsive to messages and requests. The value for money exceptional. The perfect place to explore the island. Very importantly comfortable bed too. 🙏

Vi forventet frokost, for på siden til booking står det utmerket frokost. Men hotellet hadde sluttet med frokost.

Hotellet så bedre ut på bildene. Bassenget var lite, og beliggenheten av bassenget var ikke bra.

Location of the hotel was great - not fair at all from the pier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We lost water on our last morning and they were super quick to get this sorted. You could also smell that the room had been recently cleaned along with the bedding.

We stayed in room 214 and the mattress is in desperate need of replacing. Also the TV doesn’t work even after asking for new batteries

Very noisy. Thin walls. Could hear very clearly people’s conversations around the hotel. Disappointed on asking for a recommendation for scooter hire, they couldn’t help. Chat gpt did lol. Mr A if your interested. Great scooters and great price

Super centraal en dicht bij de haven. Super aardig personeel! Kamer is schoon en airco werkt top. Net in zijstraatje van hoofdstraat. Super goede prijs.

Super good location, easy check in from early time and pool was great. Bed and room was comfortable. A/C was great and they helped fix it when it started leaking. Hot shower and good water pressure. Tv was good too.

Found a couple worms from the bathroom getting in. Not really an issue for the money and easy to remove.
