L'hôtel est situé tout près du centre-ville à quelques minutes à pied. L'endroit est vraiment très beau (remis à neuf ce qu'on nous a dit), les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le personnel est très gentil et avenant. La nourriture est aussi très bonne.

It was a nice experience staying at Sri Ratih. The staff were pleasant and friendly, assisting with a smile always. The property looks nice and the landscaping is done well. It has a very serene atmosphere. You can walk to ubud centre from here, takes around 15mins. We requested for a late checkout and 1 of the rooms was available. The front office staff took the effort to check with housekeeping before confirming to us which is appreciated. Food :- The breakfast (not a buffet) which had to be ordered from their breakfast menu was good. We especially loved the vegetarian breakfast with all the different types of veggies. Gave a great start to the morning. My daughter preferred the french toast and said it was yummy. Rooms :- We had booked 2 rooms, 1 superior and 1 deluxe. Rooms were clean, the bathroom was bigger than the deluxe room! There was sufficient space for all our luggage in the room and also a generous clothes rack in the bathroom. They also provided us with a separate single bed for our daughter. Housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms everyday. They left a small story booklet every evening which was a nice gesture.The photos in this review are of the deluxe room. Spa :- We tried out the spa and it was a decent experience.

Food - We were disappointed with the dinner though. On the first night of stay since we were unfamiliar with the area we opted to have dinner at the hotel. They didn't have much options. They said they have run out of rice (yes, in Bali). So most of the local cuisine was not available. We chose pizza then and they said the oven was under repair. We finally ordered some pasta and soup. The soup tasted like some weird curry and did cause some digestive issues in the middle of the night. Rooms - Both rooms lacked a good/full length mirror  which was sorely missed. The only mirror available was over the sink and hardly the top half of my body was visible through it. The shower area of our deluxe room had a opening above which opens out to the stairwell. Thankfully the parapet wall was sufficiently high enough so that people can't peak in but it still made the shower experience an anxious one! Spa - They only have a couple of staff at any given time, so book early if you want a particular slot. I had to give up my 15mins of free massage (which came with the room booking) cause they didn't have staff to cover the 1hr and 15mins session. So I got only the paid 1hr session. The pressure was good. However they don't concentrate on the feet, barely touched my toes. I chose aromatherapy and to be honest, didn't quiet get any note of the sandal oil and only a vague hint of the orange oil. My husband did sustain an allergic swelling near his mouth when he was lying face down on the spa table. Maybe something from the towel that was put there. Looked like an insect bite. It subsided only the next morning.

Im Bad stinkte es nach Kanalisation. Das Frühstück-Buffet und das Afternoon Snack waren sehr mittelmäßig. Kein Programm, das Yoga, Meditation, etc. umfasste.

Gyönyörű környezetben egy kis nyugodt kertben vannak a szobák, a forgalmas utcák után nagyon kellemes és jóleső. A személyzet nagyon kedves, mindenben segítőkész, és nem tolakodó. A reggeli nagyon finom és elegendő, többször vacsoráztunk is az étteremben, az étel finom a kiszolgálás nagyszerű. Köszönjük ezt a remek élményt! :)

Amazing stay at a private pool villa. Sri Ratih Cottages was centrally located with excellent modern amenities and services. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay extremely pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and our villa was immaculately maintained and perfectly captured the modern Bali aesthetic. It was quiet and private but with all the services of a top class hotel. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was brilliant and five star quality-the staff inluding Sawitri,Febri ,Ayu and all the others were very helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with excellent housekeeping. The pool is very clean and very convenenient.The entire resort is a peaceful oasis in the centre oif Ubud, with a magnificent garden and koi pool. There are beautiful views of the surounding village from the breakfast area and the yoga and spa pavilions. The spa is five star ,luxurious and very clean and very excellent and experiened therapists Ayu and Budhi and others.

My daughter would have liked a Gym to exercise in .

La struttura si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Ubud, pur essendo in un ambiente molto naturale. Ricca vegetazione, tranquilla, bella piscina circondata da vegetazione, camera molto spaziosa, bagno enorme. Sempre pulita. Colazione abbondante, seppur non a buffet, ma a singolo piatto scelto dal menu. Ristorante ottimo. La consiglio.

Tout La chambre était juste magnifique avec piscine intérieure Très fonctionnelle. Aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. La nouvelle piscine est juste fabuleuse Les massages au top. Le personnel. parfait. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très bien également

The room design itself was beautiful. The resort seemed to be split into two, the old and and new. We were in the new part which was very well designed, the rooms were large and stylish and likable. Bed was super comfortable and room was kept very clean. We were at the back of the resort so did not hear the traffic.

The room had insufficient cooling and due to the bathroom being somewhat open air and the doors not sealed, this created quite uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Also the private pool had no heating and was just way too cold to enjoy the luxury. The location was simultanously excellent and not great. At the top of the hill to the main part of Ubud, meant some pretty sketchy climbs with traffic wizzing past.

Bellissima struttura nel verde a due passi dal centro di Ubud. Colazione ottima per scelta e qualità e staff gentilissimo. Abbiamo fatto due massaggi ed un trattamento nella spa e anche lì personale cortese, attento e gentile. La camera era spaziosa e comoda, molto pulita. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio lavanderia, che è stato molto utile! Le piscine tenute benissimo con servizio bar al lettino molto apprezzato! Direi un soggiorno da favola!!

Hotel itself is great, and well presented

Unfortunately I had cash taken. I made an error in leaving some items in my clothing when using the laundry service. My wallet was returned to me, but cash was missing.

We have stayed many times and like the location as walkable into main part of Ubud but still nice and quiet. Beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms.

I like most everything about Sri Ratih

While within the property it was calm and peaceful. The gardens were beautiful and the spa treatments were fabulous. The staff were incredibly friendly and great food and drink available poolside. We stayed in one of the new villas with our own pool but we were also very close to one of the main pools. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space and a fabulous layout with indoor/outdoor bathroom facilities. The bed was really comfortable.

We had a problem with our private pool turning green but staff were quick to come and fix the issue. The breakfast and restaurant food could have been better.

Wir hatten leider Zimmer Nr.1 und 2 ! Diesen waren direkt neben dem Speiseraum(Restaurant), der natürlich nach außen offen war und wir dadurch lediglich 4-5 Meter von diesem entfernt waren (sehr laut ab 07:30) ! Diese Zimmmer waren auch die, die sehr nahe an der Hauptstraße waren und durch den starken Verkehr und vor allem durch die modifizierten Auspuffe der Mopeds, es oft am Abend so bis 22:00-22:30 sehr laut war ! Wenn möglich bei der Buchung Zimmer 1 und 2 vermeiden ! Sonst TOP !

El hotel es maravilloso. Sus instalaciones y su comida son fantásticas, pero lo mejor el equipo de personas que trabajan en el. Son excepcionales. Es un hotel silencioso en el que se respira calma. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. La ubicación es maravillosa fuera del bullicio de Ubud pero a 15 minutos andando del centro

Room was large and clean. The pool was wonderful in full sun. The poolside bar was only open for afternoon tea but food and drinks could be ordered at anytime from the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing.

The hotel and the pool

Nos daban un masaje a las 8.30pm de la tarde, y supuestamente estaba agendado, llegamos a la hora y las pobres chicas masajistas ya estaban cerrando porque no sabían nada aunque al final nos dieron el masaje. También pedimos 2 desayunos to go, y al dia siguiente no sabían nada, rápidamente nos dieron una caja con un croissant, una magdalena y una botella de agua. En resumen, muy amables pero un poco desastres en la organización... Eso sí, nos han gestionado muy bien transportes al aeropuerto y excursiones.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They quickly and courteously responded to my concerns. The property has lush gardens and serves an excellent breakfast. It is also conveniently located near some great restaurants and down the street from an excellent yoga studio.

Unfortunately, I must have had an old room. Despite an additional humidifier brought in when I complained of the moldy odor, I could not stay in the room due to health and allergy concerns. The hotel management was very gracious but due to its fully booked status, they could not move me to a newer or better room. I have since learned that in Bali, moldy rooms, especially those on the first floor that do not get sun exposure, can suffer from mold issues and are thus a common issue. In addition, if having a large pool to swim in is important for you, this might not be your best choice. The setting is lovely for a dip but you really can't get any laps in and can feel crowded quickly. For those who have mobility issues, this might not be a good choice either given steps and narrow paths.

Amazing location and the place itself was so great ! Nice and clean rooms, bottled water every day in the rooms, nice and spacious bathroom. The stuff was exceptional. The cooking class was a fantastic experience. Massages and scrubs were excellent too. The kids loved the pool. The food was so delicious... We would love to be back!

Beautiful hotel, great location on the edge of town, away from the busy Main Street and a ten minute walk. Staff were so nice, and even offered us food from a staff celebration. Grounds around the pool and rooms are lovely and really make it feel like an intimate place to stay. Food is great and alacarte breakfast was very good. Staff really made the place.

La professionalità dello staff nella cura di ogni minimo dettaglio, la loro cordialità e la pulizia eccellente delle camere. La qualità della struttura, immersa nel verde e con finiture di pregio.

La posizione benché ottima e a pochi passi dalla principale strada di Ubud soffre un po' della scarsa illuminazione delle strade esterne ed è posta in una curva.

Buena ubicación, buen aislamiento acústico, muy buenos desayunos y cenas, cama cómoda, limpieza de la habitación muy rápida, los jabones del baño olían muy bien (gel, champú, acondicionador…), todos los días te dejan 4 botellas de agua, terraza amplia y jardines cuidados.

La presión de la ducha era muy baja, no hay espejo en la habitación, la nevera de la habitación hace mucho ruido, los enchufes iban muy mal (no se ajustaban y los cargadores se salían)… en general necesita una pequeña renovación.

De ligging, vlakbij yogastudio, rustig, 5 minuten met de scooter van het centrum van Ubud. Authentieke bouwstijl, gerund door vriendelijke Balinese familie. Goed restaurant, fijn zwembad, strijkservice, ruime kamers met grote veranda, geweldige spa met heel vriendelijk personeel. 15 minuten gratis welkomsmassage! Ik kom zeker terug!🌺🌺

Nada destacable. Es cierto que al estar en un entorno con un jardín enorme hay más posibilidades de encontrarte insectos o algún que otro compañero en la habitación. Igualmente el personal se encarga de minimizarlo.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, een zeer mooie tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. De kamers zijn ruim en het ontbijt is heerlijk. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Ubud.

All was nice and good.

Poolen och området runt poolen som var perfekt för oss. Rymliga rum, mycket vänlig personal som gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Hotellet ordnade upphämtning från flygplatsen. Lite ovant att beställa frukost från en meny men det gick ju utmärkt. Restaurangen på hotellet hade bra mat till middag också, samt även lunchmat.

Man ska vara medveten om att det är runt en 15 minuters promenad till centrala Ubud (exempelvis Ubud palace) och promenaden kan upplevas jobbig på grund av värmen och backar. Sen är trafiken tät och utmanande vilket vi inte är vana med från Sverige. Men läget gjorde också att hotellets omnejd är lite lugnare så det är ju bra. Att ta taxi till centrala Ubud är oftast ingen idé då trafiken gör att den resan tar längre tid.

Room was very spacious and clean, pool side was very relaxing. Laundry service was great, Staff were excellent and friendly. Coconut water was great to have daily. Fantastic place to stay, highly recommend and will come back here :-)

More vegetarian egg-free options for breakfast would have been good. Walking path to main street was very uneven and a little far - about 15mins++ one way.

The accommodation was really well located, being close to Yoga studios, great restaurants and easy walking distance from the main strip. The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. The grounds were beautiful and kept in excellent condition. The accommodation vibe was quiet and relaxed. The restaurant provided a good menu and food was well presented. The staff lovely and willing to assist at all times. Would definitely return.
