I keep coming back to Namika Villa since a few year now. Every time it is a great pleasure to relaxing at this little hotel. The room is clean and comfortable and the bathroom is big. The Villa is in the countryside but I drive my scooter so no problem to move around. I like the garden and the pool and the staff is very kind.

Everything was amazing, the staff was great, kind and polite. They were all very nice, ready to help and cooperative. The breakfast was very good, even when we went early in the morning for our activities, they prepared us breakfast boxes to go. Transfer from the airport and to the airport was on time and everything was very professional. I would definitely like to return back if we go back to Bali.

L'environnement, les rizières et les couchés de soleil sont magnifiques. Les chambres et les extérieurs sont très propres, avec une piscine à débordement au top. Le staff est aux petits soins et très discrets. Un endroit parfait pour la détente et visité les alentours. Location de scooter possible sur place.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! The villa is ideal for three couples – it is spacious, comfortable, and offers plenty of privacy for everyone, while still having beautiful common areas for spending time together. Everything was impeccably clean and maintained to a very high standard. The hosts truly deserve special praise – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. During our stay, we had an engagement, and they generously helped us organize everything at a nearby restaurant. They even specially decorated our room to make the moment even more beautiful and memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine desire to make our stay special truly touched us. The location is also excellent – there are several warungs nearby and everything you might need is close by, while still offering peace and privacy. If we return again, we would without hesitation choose this villa again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect accommodation with hosts who make you feel right at home! 🌿✨

Грязные и старые полотенца (с пятнами и оторванными нитками), Дорожки вокруг бассейна грязные и во мху/плесени, шатающаяся ванная, очень скользкая глянцевая плитка на полу в домиках (ребенок упал, взрослые поскальзывались- глянцевая плитка красивая, но абсолютно не практичная и скользкая), при выходе из домика не видно маленькую ступеньку (дети и взрослые спотыкаются), вода и стенки бассейна грязные, нету ёршика в туалете (как это возможно??), в двух домиках из трех не было ковриков при входе в домик, о которые вытереть ноги после дождя, крепление для туалетной бумаги расположено слишком далеко от унитаза (очень неудобно, далеко тянуться, поэтому крепление бессмысленно) Если снимать сразу три домика для большой компании, то не хватает общего стола + не хватает мостика через бассейн, чтобы удобнее переходить от одного домика к другому. Les odeurs de remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bain , un peu trop excentré d’Ubud scooter impératif, difficultés à communiquer via le numéro de tel indiqué sur booking. Une fois sur place nous avons eu un autre numéro d’une personne et tout était parfait.

It was a pleasure to come back to Namika villa. The quality of the accommodation is always great. It is the perfect place to relax in the middle of a rural area. Ubud center is about 15 minutes by scooter. The room is super clean and comfortable as well as the pool-garden area. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. I am looking forward to my next stay at Namika.

Lo que nos gustó fue la tranquilidad tanto del sitio como de las inmediaciones (es un placer alejarse de las zonas concurridas y ruidosas). Además, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y siempre limpias. Las villas cuentan con todo lo necesario. El personal muy atento y agradable. Ellos mismos tienen motos de alquiler en la propiedad, por lo que las puedes reservar de manera inmediata. Repetiríamos sin duda, no imaginábamos lo bien que se podía estar ahí.

Pool great Room clean

Staff get my clothes without my permision and send it to lundary. Door have much spave all round when is closed and lizards get into room and make noise during night and its not comfortable to sleep with them inside. Room is not soundproof becuase you can hear the rooster makes noises 24/7 and every other sound from outside. Breakfast is on time but really poor. Location is far from ubud places and every near stret is far 30 minutes. No markets and exchange near location.

The view is just mud, because rice was harvested. Hot water runs out too fast, impossible to take a bath, just shower.

The villa is in a fantastic location, especially if you're visiting the Ashtanga Yoga Bali Research Center—it's just a short walk away. Right next door is a wonderful restaurant by Chef Agung, offering delicious local and international cuisine. The service at the villa has been outstanding; the staff have gone above and beyond to meet all our needs and wishes.

A peaceful, beautiful stay just outside Ubud. The villa was modern, clean, and surrounded by rice fields. Amazing infinity pool, super friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Quiet, natural setting — perfect for relaxing. Very clean all around, and they can help you rent a scooter to drive around... I was very impressed by all of it! Would definitely come back!

It was extremely clean, cute pool, really nice bathroom and amazing staff!! It’s a bit further from Ubud which we loved, only took us 15-20 mins to get to Ubud so it’s not an issue but the villa is in a nice and quiet location. I would 100% recommend!

I Love everything about this Villa, well done! The atmosphere is friendly, and the people who take care of everything to make the customer feel comfortable. This beautiful and peaceful place is only 20 minutes away from Ubud and a few minutes walk from the waterfalls. There is no problem with transport at all.

The quietness of the villa gives you a feeling of peace. The bathroom is nice because it is spacious and bright due to the glass ceiling. The bedsheet is really good and soft. The strong wifi is highly appreciated as it is enough to support an online class run on zoom.

Lovely villa, gorgeous pool and good breakfast. It’s nice that there’s only three villas onsite, feels very peaceful. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor space where we saw some gorgeous sunsets!

Location is a little far out of Ubud but you can get grab/gojek/taxis fairly easily.

What I liked most was the peace,tranquility in the evenings and early mornings. Ubud is super busy and being able to have an accomodation where you can rest well for me was super important.

Nothing to mention. The only think I found myself sometimes disturbed was the construction area around,but this is Ubud nowdays,with a lot of constructions happening.

The location is a bit outskirts, which is far from main street, you can’t go to main street without calling grab, and the only option for dinner is grab food as well.

We loved the modern and clean villa. The villa has a large bathroom and faces the pool and rice field. The room had a new water cooler and heater for your personal use. The pool is fantastic, and you get your own area by the pool. Only three villas are on site, so you have plenty of privacy. The villa is also very affordable, with no noise from the road. We got to meet some people next to us, which was nice.

It doesn't show the construction nearby. The surrounding area is expanding, and the driveway is a bumpy dirt road. Because you are more in the country, you have a rooster in the morning and occasional dog barking, so bring earplugs in case you need them. Also a bit far from Ubud Center, there were few cafes and restaurants in the area.

This was not our first time at Namika and we enjoyed as usual and more. The Villa is well-designed and furnished, and very clean. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The garden is beautiful as well as the swimming pool. Location is nice and quite, and free of the Ubud traffic. By scooter it is possible to reach easily the many attraction in the area.

We loved the breakfast and the location was quiet.

Absolutely Beautiful place to stay in Ubud! Not in the center but very close. You are surrounded by rice terraces in the area! The villa was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool especially! We had a swim at morning, sunset and night and all equally beautiful sights! There are only 3 villas so far which meant that you are in the peace and quiet. Really recommend this Villa as all the staff are super friendly and helpful also! To say this place is excellent is an understatement. We would love to stay here again if we return to Bali.

The place is quiet, 15 minutes to Ubud by scooter (which can be rented upon arrival at the apartment). the houses are new, clean, beautiful. Breakfast is good, plentiful, tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in these apartments twice. I liked everything very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Namika Villas, one of the top experiences in Bali. Exeptionally clean, outstanding service. We travel very often and we can tell that Namika team does best job offering you clean, cosy ant welcoming enviroment. We really enjoyed big pool, nice garden, delicious breakfast. There is an amazing warung to eat lunch or dinner just a stone throw away. You can reach centre of Ubud in just 15-20 minute. We always gonna stay here when visiting Ubud.

Service is van ongekend niveau, niets is te veel gevraagd. De uitstappen werden in overleg uitstekend georganiseerd. Onze vaste gids Gusti was steeds stipt en nam ons mee in het dagelijks leven van de locale bevolking. We mochten ook meegenieten van een ceremonie met de familie waar ze ook voor de aangepaste kledij zorgden. Wij zijn nog steeds onze herinneringen aan het koesteren! Nogmaals bedankt voor deze wondermooie vakantie!

This is a fantastic accomodation to fully enjoy some time in (nearby) Ubud. The estate is brand new and very well designed, including the surroundings. The room is super comfortable and clean. The view on the rice field from the pool terrace astonishing. On top of that, the staff is genuinely super kind and helpfull to accomodate our needs. We arrived by scooter and we could easily explore Ubud (about 10 minutes drive) and the countryside nice landscape and warungs. The villa is also not far from Tirta Empul, with easy access to the main road to Kintamani (about 35 minutes far). Definitely recommended! ps we originally booked for 2 days, but when we arrived and saw the villa we added immediately 2 more days to our stay..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the privilege of staying at Namika and I cannot praise it enough! Tucked away from the city, this boutique gem with only 3 cottages offers an unparalleled sense of serenity. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exquisite swimming pool, providing the perfect respite. Inside the cottage, the bathtub was not only fantastic but also spacious enough to recline comfortably. The sunset views over the adjacent rice fields were simply mesmerizing, and staying to witness the emergence of fireflies added a touch of enchantment to the experience. If you're looking for a tranquil escape in Bali, Namika Villa is a true paradise. I eagerly anticipate my next visit for more of its natural beauty and peaceful ambiance. I highly recommend this haven!

Namika Ubud was the best. All the facilities were new. Thoug there are few ants, staff caught ants when I asked the staff. All the staff were kind and absolutely willing to help me. I can't believe they have great quality accommodation and breakfast at this price. It was little far from the Ubud center, but they provided scooter pickup service, so I went around comfortably. It takes about 20 minutes from the Ubud center.

This is true paradise. If you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of Ubud, stay here. It's quiet, beautiful, and you have the best staff around. We moved here last-minute since our location in Ubud was lacking in hygiene and facilities. The pool is amazing and the different seatings next to the pool are perfect. The bed is comfortable and the bath is very welcoming after a bunch of rain. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't say anything about that, we had breakfast delivered and that was really easy too. You can eat dinner at Damuh Kitchen, which is only a 2min walk. And also important: the wifi is perfect.

When you shower, everything gets wet. They clean every day, but it would be better to find another solution.

ALL OF IT! Absolutely LOVED our stay here. I'm an UBUD regular and this has been one of my favourite stays on the island. The Villa is brand new, very clean and extremely peaceful. The staff are so lovely, extremely helpful, and made us feel very welcome. If you're looking for a place close enough to access Ubud downtown, but want the peace and serenity that Ubud life calls for - this is your place. There isn't a huge amount within walking distance, so would recommend you have a scooter for ease and freedom to get around. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and let the staff help you out.

This place is simply wonderful and brand new. With only 3 villas and the pool, you get the feeling of complete privacy. The gardens are beautiful and so lush. The spaces are generous, the bed is comfy, and the bathtub is amazing. What really made our stay unforgettable is the warm and helpful staff. We spent over 2 weeks here and felt right at home. And it's worth noting that they provide a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook your meals just like at home. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this brand new Villa. Good location so peaceful, quiet and respectful place that’s why I chose it. The hosts and workers are incredibly efficient, very accommodating and kind. I felt safe and would highly recommend!! There’s and incredible pool and kitchenette to come simple things or nearby restaurants. Definitely a hidden gem.

This apartman is brand new. We were a bit sceptically as there weren't any reviews from previous visitors but we did a good decision that we gave a chance to nice looking apartmans in small village. We were very satisfied. Apartman had all what we needed. Daily cleaning service, new towels every day, fridge and very kind and helpfull staff. Relax in the swimming pool with a view to rice plants after long day exploring of Ubud together with sounds of nature was exactly what we wanted after few noisy nights in tourist's party towns. We would definetely come back again.
