A La Carte Ha Long Bay Managed by TASECO

Ja osobiście kocham takie molochy. Wszystko czego potrzebujesz jest na miejscu. W pokoju szlafroczki i klapki w szafie. Czajniczek herbatki kubki i woda. W łazience to samo, wszystko tak jak zawsze chciałeś by było zapewnione (nawet zestaw do mycia zębów). Ja osobiście lubię duże prysznice ze słuchawką i deszczownicą. Szampon i mydło pod ręką. Oczywiście było. Nawet wepchali wannę pod wielkie okno między pokojem a łazienką. Oczywiście nie zapomnieli o zasłonie jak ktoś lubi prywatność. No i gwóźdź programu. Widok z okna na zatokę. Ja mieszkałem na 38 więc był wyk....isty. Cała końcowa ściana w szkle. Można sobie przenieść materac i obudzić z tym widokiem. Zasłony oczywiści na pilota. Śniadania super. Jak zwykle na ciężki poranek trzy zupy Pho i przepyszne jogurciki. Dla mnie to układ idealny. Baseny na górze zimne ale oszałamiające. Są też solidne baseny na III piętrze z wielkimi jakuzzi. Siłownia skromna jest też bilard. Na dole sklepik (taka żabka) ze wszystkim czego potrzebujesz. Świetny podjazd dla taksówek z dachem i dwa kroki do plaży. Ja nie wiem czy to nie jest najlepszy hotel w jakim byłem.

Żona mówi, że zabrakło odżywki pod prysznicem (twierdzi, że dla kobiet to ważne). Jak jesteś podróżnikiem z plecaczkiem i w sandałach (czasami też tak lubię podróżować) który chce wtopić się w lokalną społeczność i spróbować miejscowych specjałów to raczej nie jest miejsce dla Ciebie. Dookoła same drogie restaurację, nowobudowane hotele i pensjonaty. Do starego wietnamskiego świata trzeba dojechać Grab'em.

Neubau, aber in toller Lage. Schönes Strandareal. Tolles Frühstück. Poolanlage innen und außen sehr groß und schön. Unglaublicher Blick über die Halongbucht.

Etwas laut. Viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Aber ok. In den Zimmern war es sehr ruhig.

Phòng đẹp, rộng, bố trí nội thất hợp lý, đáng giá tiền. Có nhiều tiện nghi, vị trí không quá xa các khu vui chơi.

Hôm tôi đi có tổ chức sự kiện và bị chặn đường vào hầm gửi xe, không có nhân viên đứng hướng dẫn, khách phải tự tìm chỗ đỗ xe.

Service war Top! Der Infinity Pool ist natürlich das absolute Highlight. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet war super.

Es ist etwas außerhalb, wenn man Abends etwas essen gehen möchte muss man ein Grab nehmen, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. In der Küche ging die Mikrowelle und der Herd nicht. Warum? Wenn diese vorhanden ist.

L’hôtel est très bien pour y passer une nuit avant une croisière dans la baie. La chambre était grande et confortable. La piscine sur le toit est magnifique et offre une vue incroyable.

Nous avons été réveillé à 6h du matin à cause des répétitions pour un concours de miss à côté de l’hôtel: musique à fond ! Le personnel est gentil mais il est très difficile de communiquer avec eux en anglais. L’hôtel est très grand, il y a certains clients bruyants et envahissants.

The room was large, modern and clean. The pools were amazing and so was the kids playroom.

There was a kitchenette in our unit, but no plates, bowls or cutlery to eat anything with.

La disposition et la privatisation des 2 chambres avec leurs salles de bains chacune = parfait ! Accueil et attente dans les canapés très confortables pour monter en chambre. Ascenseurs ultra rapides et réactifs. Piscine époustouflante au 40 ème étage avec vue sur Halong Bay. J'en ai vu des Sky Pools mais celle-là est hors concours ! Piscine couverte avec 3 jacuzis très pratique en cas d'intempéries. Boulangerie au rez de chaussée. Mini market au rez de chaussée. Plage juste devant l'immeuble. Quartier résidentiel assez chic.

trop de monde et certains touristes très mal éduqués et accros aux selfies. Prix des repas et boulangerie trop élevés. Plage relativement sale.

Hôtel idéalement bien placé, propre.

Cet hôtel est assez impersonnel et aseptisé. Il y a une quarantaine d étages.

Das Personal war manchmal etwas unaufmerksam und langsam

El apartamento es fantástico, con buenas vistas, grande y cómodo. La piscina infinita es increíble, con vistas a la bahía de Halong. También tiene piscina cubierta con jacuzzi y gimnasio. Y en el edificio hay varios restaurantes y supermercado.

La habitación y especialmente los baños no estaban del todo límpios.

Excellent hotel! Exactly as described. The rooftop pool is incredible.

The only major knock that we would have would be the sheer amount of people. The hotel is incredible, but there are so many hundreds of people at the rooftop pool, at the beach going up and soaking the slow elevators, it put some brakes on our enjoyment of this fascinating place. Nothing specific that the hotel can do about it, but figured it would be worth mentioning. This is us traveling off-season in July.

Super schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war top. Der Ausblick (unser Zimmer war auf der 36 Etage) war traumhaft.

Das Empfangs-Personal war nicht wirklich aufmerksam und auch besonders hilfsreich. Bei Fragen hat man kaum unterstützung bekommen. Beim Checkin hat man sich nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Das sollte auf jeden Fall nachgebessert werden.

Newish fancy super high hotel. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable indeed and the view was amazing. Breakfast was ok for the small part we had. Theres a little mart right at the bottom and down the street there’s more. We were recovering from food poisoning we got from Hanoi so all our excursions were cancelled cause we basically couldn’t leave the room. Super disappointing but that’s the chance you take in the nam.

The elevators are SUPER slow and when you do actually get in or out , half of China tries to stampede in before you even move. A vacuum truck was parked out the front both the days we were there pumping an ungodly vile stench cloud everywhere . Not fun. No one there speaks English so after check in you are on your own help wise. Note. Not a positive or negative but this hotel caters for basically 100% Chinese people and it is PACKED .There are no westerners. Breakfast time was an absolute screaming match zoo so wait till at least 9:30 before going there if you value your ears and your sanity. Was glad to leave to be honest.

¡Impresionante! Las vistas a la Bahía de Ha Long desde nuestra habitación en el piso 29 fueron algo de otro planeta. Y darse un baño en la piscina en el piso 40.. alucinante! La zona de juegos para niños en le tercer piso nos impresionó. Enorme y bien cuidada. La playa debajo del hotel fue increíble. Muy buen desayuno.

El personal podría ser un poco más amable

Gute Lage, sehr modern eingerichtet, große und saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Vietnam und auch zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel.

Nice location, right next to the beach. Stunning view over the Bay from both our rooms and balcony. Restaurant is good selection and the staff even help to make me a hot Latte for our breakfast. The most impressed me is the infinity pool. We stayed in hotel not resident zone so we can enjoy the pool unlimited time for both pool. It’s definitely one of the best place to stay in Halong. Should try the 40th floor Pub

das Zimmer war großartig - sehr groß, neu und modern. das Bett war such extrem bequem.

Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht gut ab. es gibt 2 Restaurants (eigentlich), wobei das eine sehr schlechte Bewertungen hat, daher wollten wir zum anderen, welches aber während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes geschlossen war. Mangels Alternative gingen wir in das mit den schlechten Bewertungen und können diese leider nur bestätigen. Haben 2 Pizzen bestellt, dies waren eindeutig Tiefkühlpizzen mit sehr billiger Qualität. Auch das Frühstück war in diesem Restaurant eher mangelhaft - es war viel leer und hat ewig gedauert, bis etwas nachgefüllt wurde. Die Gegend ist leider sehr ausgestorben und die wenigen Restaurants in der Umgebung waren geschlossen oder hatten ebenfalls kaum oder schlechte Bewertungen. Das Personal spricht außerdem sehr schlecht englisch. Verbesserungspunkt: besserer Haarföhn

Lovely spacious accomodations (we got a view of the beach which was a bonus). An outstanding breakfast buffet and stunning infinity pool on top floor (also the indoor pool was a bonus after 10pm when infinity pool shuts ;-)! We stayed one night before heading out on our overnight Cruise, then returned for a one more night before heading to Ninh Binh. We did this so we could leave luggage there while we cruised Ha Long Bay, and ... to visit Dragon Park on the Friday afternoon for 4 hours (PS: Dragon Park is well worth it for any rollercoaster fanatics!) Can't fault the A La Carte thou. Staff were good, helpful with transport bookings and laundry. It's pretty much a stand alone hotel situation (with nothing much around it - ie: you don't have to leave!) There is a convenience store on ground floor, a restaurant and a bar. So if that is your thing, it's a good option for you. We needed a few easy/spacious nights without having to make decisions as we were half way through our Vietnam adventure, and it worked out perfectly for us!

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Pool. Er ist nicht beheizt, also super zum Abkühlen. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber mit dem Taxi ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ums Hotel wird fleißig gebaut, hat uns Anett nicht gestört. Man hört nichts.

Die Restaurants machen abends auch mal Party. Das lässt sich nicht vermeiden. Frühstück ist von der Auswahl ok, aber kaum Abwechslung über die Tage. Da geht für 5 Sterne noch mehr.

Es war alles sehr neuwertig.

Am Strand die Wasserqualität und beim reinlaufen ins Meer war der Untergrund schlammig!

It's actually a mix building Condo and hotel. The one managed by TASECO provides the full hotel services, that includes access to the 2 marvelous swimming pool (outdoor and indoor) and 3 jaccuzzi. Breakfast was generous and lot of choices, but mostly asian specialities. The 2 bedrooms executive suite is quite impressive, the view is fabulous. We were with grand parents and 2 kids and it was perfect.

Breakfasts were same during the 3 days of stay so pretty boring at the last day and I observed that most of occidental people doesn't even know how to eat each asian speciality as some are provided with separate ingredients and guests have to pick up the correct match. It would be nicer with a small instructions for each. Location is a new area and a bit far from the center, so not a lot of dining options around.

Couldn’t smoke on the balcony. The staff at the restaurant near the pool was rude and tried to overcharge us.

The location wasn’t good, construction all around us. The swimming pool outside was too cold to swim.

Near new hotel! Very comfortable rooms, swimming pools indoor and outdoor are very generous size . Staff is very helpful and accommodating. I had booked only one night and decided to book an extra night prior arrival. The room booked was not available for the extra night requested so they kindly upgraded us to a better room without extra payment.
