A La Carte Ha Long Apartments by Kevin & Anna

Schönes Appartement, toller Ausblick, direkt am Strand. Infinity Pool im 40. Stock gegen Gebühr, aber das wir dafür extra bezahlen mussten, hat uns nicht gestört, denn Strandliegen muss man auch bezahlen. Kleiner Supermarkt gleich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Kevin ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hilft bei Fragen weiter.

Keine Restaurants in der Nähe, auch keine Möglichkeiten mal frühstücken zu gehen. Das fehlt in der Umgebung. Man kann zwar im anliegenden Café Kleinigkeiten zum Essen kaufen, aber für vietnamesische Verhältnisse sind die Preise sehr hoch und das vom a la carte Hotel angebotene Frühstück ist auch nicht gerade günstig.

Fantastic views, spacious, modern apartment. Rooftop pool with great views. Excellent host, always available to answer questions/ book excursions & taxis. Highly recommend 👌

You have to pay to the rooftop pool, but that is made clear in the booking.

Swimming pool need to pay, but it waaaaas crazy pool..!!!

Kevin was really friendly and supporting our requests. The view from the hotel was amazing. We stayed on the 38th floor.

We had to pay for the pool every time we wanted to go to the pool. This was a bet strange.

De infinity Pool waar we gebruik van mochten maken, tegen kleine betaling, was top! Kevin, de eigenaar van het hotel was erg behulpzaam. Hij heeft ons zelfs uitgenodigd voor een drankje samen met zijn lieve gezin! We hebben heerlijke eerste dagen gehad om uit te rusten van onze lange reis. Onze kids genoten enorm van het ligbad!

Alles was prima!

Owner was very good with communication. We had an issue with our transfer to ha long bay arriving very late in the night and he was very accommodating. Apartment itself was perfect and extremely clean.

The hotel was stunning! I liked that it was very clean, cheap and easy to navigate. We in particular loved the our view of the beach from our balcony and the children loved swimming pool. Thank you Kevin for taking care of us, he was very accommodating for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have no complaints about this place

Прекрасный вид из окна. Номер очень большой, огромный балкон. В номере есть всё для проживания ( немного посуды, холодильник, плита, стиральная/сушильная машинка, паровой утюг). Большая и удобная кровать. Ванная комната огромная с душевой кабиной и ванной. Кевин ( хозяин) приятный человек, сразу выслал всю информацию, быстро отвечал на вопросы. Всё понравилось. Рекомендую эти апартаменты.

Единственный маленький минус ( который вообще не зависит от хозяина апартаментов) - это то, что в этом районе мало хороших кафешек и ресторанов ( по моему субъективному мнению). Надо ехать минут 10-15 , чтоб найти что-то хорошее.

The location is very good, near to the beach, i got the room at the conner with sea view, it's so big and have a good sea view with a very big glass windows, we can see the water show in the night,

We had an excellent stay at the apartment! From the moment we arrived, we felt a very personal, warm, and attentive service – the host was always available, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is of a very high standard: clean, well-maintained, and spacious, with great facilities that made our stay comfortable and easy. The location is perfect – right by the sea, with beautiful views and convenient access to everything nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s ideal for families as well as any type of group. Highly recommended – we would definitely love to come back!

The only thing I think should be mentioned when you book for this apartment is the extra payment for hotel facilities such as pool and jacuzzi

Все понравилось, апартаменты лучше, чем на фото, чисто, просторно, прекрасный вид, удобное расположение. Отличная звукоизоляция, стиральная машина с сушкой. Охраняемая парковка с зарядками для электробайков (платная). Кевин прекрасно говорит на русском, всегда был на связи и помогал со всеми вопросами, большое спасибо еще раз!

Не к чему придраться

Хороший номер, отличный хозяин апартаментов, который очень помогал нам в течение всего отдыха, но особенно примечательна помощь в первый вечер, когда наш чемодан не приехал и Кевин помог нам поменять деньги, отвёз нас купить новый комплект одежды, накормил. Красивое место, виды шикарные. Пляж в шаговой доступности, хороший, чистый, однако купаться комфортно не всегда, а только во время прилива. Есть платный бассейн на 40 этаже, который работает до 19:00, так же есть кофейня на 1 этаже, где можно вкусно позавтракать и выпить кофе за хорошую цену. Кровать была большая с хорошим матрасом, большое одеяло (для нас это очень важно). Были многоразовые тапочки для гостей (хорошие пластиковые), по два полотенца каждому гостю, халатов не было, но нам они не очень нужны.

Отличные аппартаменты в новом здании,скоростные лифты,виды из номера,современная система входной двери.Гостеприимный хозяин,любые вопросы решались быстро.Отличное место для самостоятельного проживания.Хорошая звукоизоляция.

Căn hộ có view biển tuyệt vời, phòng sạch sẽ và thoải mái, tiện nghi. Anh chủ căn hộ thân thiện, dịch vụ chu đáo!

Căn hộ rất tiện nghi và thoáng mát tầng trung view cực đẹp , đường xá thông thoáng , bước chân xuống sảnh là 1 bãi biển trắng xóa kéo dài. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện hỗ trợ khách bất cứ lúc nào 10đ cho sự nhiệt tình của chủ nhà. Nhất định lần sau gia đình mình sẽ quay lại.

Очень красивый вид из окна. Красивый город и бухта. Потрясающий бассейн. Цены адекватные. Хозяин квартиры очень вежливый и помогает решить всё что вам нужно. Обязательно вернулся бы в эти апартаменты ещё раз.

The unit is new and was very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has an amazing view of the bay and great to wake up to each morning. There’s a restaurant, cafe and convenience store in the building which is really handy. The beach is literally across the road and was nice to walk along after dinner each night. Kevin the host is a gentleman and very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and organised our cruise of Ha Long Bay and even drove us there himself and offered to pick us up after. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends travelling there and would stay again.

The only minor downside is that you have to pay per person to use the pool. For longer stays with a few people it could add up.

The apartment is so new and the landlord is very helpful and friendly. it's in a perfect location. It can't be more ideal with a million-dollar view, full of sunlight but not heat.

Our family had a lovely stay at a la carte. The apartment was beautiful and has a phenomenal view. Kevin looked after us very well, helping with bookings and drove us to the port for our cruise. Be aware that building facilities like the pool are lovely but come at an extra charge.

Apartment was beyond exceptional! Balcony with a fantastic view of the bay, and the apartment itself was so clean, modern and had so many amenities… we had just come from the Ha Giang loop motorbike tour and the washing machine in the apartment could not have been a better touch! The location is out a bit from the slightly larger hub of restaurants, however it is a stones throw from the beach and the complex itself had everything - supermarket, icecream parlour, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, restaurants, coffee shop etc.. not to even begin with the host Kevin - he was more than just a fantastic host, he was available for any questions or help we needed through WhatsApp and he pointed us to activities, transport, food in the area, thanks again!!

We had a wonderful stay at A La Carte apartment . The apartment was very clean, with an amazing view. The setting was beautiful, and the overall experience was excellent. Unfortunately, we stayed during Chinese New Year, so many places were closed, but that didn’t affect our stay. Thank you for hosting us—it was a fantastic experience!

We really liked the location. It's in an area that is in the development stages of a new building and it lacks nothing. Kevin, who is in charge of the apartment, was excellent. He answered and helped us with everything quickly. A great guy.

Use of the pool and spa facilities including the gym costs a separate fee. Although not that expensive, it should be noted in the booking notes.

Very modern, clean and spacious apartment with great views. Restaurant on ground floor had very tasty meals and there's a good Cafe and mart as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. Beach is very nice.

The host helped organise transport, which is very nice. Both Anna and Kevin are very nice and responsive.

I don’t think asking for additional security deposit is a good idea. No other apartments or facilities have this practice.

Kevin was super helpful. He recommended and organised a couple of trips for us. Definitely will come back here if we're ever passing through again. We'll highly recommend family and friends to this place

Nothing really

This beautiful apartment is facing the ocean on the 26th floor, everything I needed was available the magnificent sunrise in the morning and the view of the ocean. Fabulous, the water was warm to swim, and the beach was very clean and free of garbage.

I was very disappointed that the pool was closed as I do laps every day, it was due to the severe storm they had in November, I have a walking disabilities so a lot of the things are still being constructed, the restaurant was still closed from the storm, and it was a little bit away from things for me to reach

1. The host is a perfect example of providing a superior guest care. 2. Living in a spotless apartment on the 38th floor with a perfect view, where a huge beach is available, it is unbelievable!! Do not hesitate to live there!
