Be's Beach House An Bang

Close to the beach, wonderful treatment, perfect communication and recommendations. We relaxed, enjoyed the food, the weather and all what Hoi An offers every single time.

Location to the beach and bars and restaurants was perfect, well maintained property and gardens and the air con was an absolute dream.... 2 spacious bedrooms, lovely beds and each has a massive ensuite showeroom Also has fully equipped kitchen, including a really handy washing machine. If I ever visit An Bang beach again, i wouldn't hesitate to book this place.

There is nothing to dislike, we loved it. I imagine alot of families maybe put off by not having a pool but the beach is 15m away and there's also a lovely beach club about 100m up the beach with has a great pool to use

Fantastic beach side stay, with an excellent friendly family looking after us. Close to all amenities, quite and very comfortable for a relaxing family holiday.

Tres belle plage à 2 pas, le petit village, la maison tres bien équipé avec tout le matériel pour la terrasse (ventilos canapés, douche extérieure, lave-linge et cuisine) et les conseil de l’hote pour trouver les meilleurs restaurants, les meilleurs tailleurs de Hoi An... Et pour finir le service sur la plage à prix extrêmement compétitif, ils nous ont même organisé un super BBQ pour 8 sur la plage pour le dîner qui etait excellent et tres bien pourvu!

Location is fantastic, very close to the beach and an easy Grab taxi ride into Hoi An. Our host, Sandy, was wonderful she arranged transfers for the airport and private car for independent visits to Dragon bridge ( breaths fire & water at weekend) and to Golden bridge

Sandy and her family are very welcoming and helpful. They always gave us fresh mangoes. The house is in a great location, just steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants. It's very peaceful and quiet. The garden is beautiful, and we had breakfast outside every day. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We felt very much at home and will definitely come back again.

Tout a été parfait.

Skvělá lokalita, pár kroků k pláži. Klid - mimo silnici, nelze slyšet auta. Velmi pohodlná postel, hezká zahrádka, vše čisté. Majitelé nám zařídili efektivní noční letištní transfer. Personál byl velmi milý a nápomocný, jen trochu narušovali soukromí, když sami přicházeli na pozemek apartmánu, ale nic hrozného, komunikovali hezky a se vším nám pomohli.

Perfect for our family. So welcoming and friendly. The property is very clean and modern, the beds are super comfy. Very close to the beach and a lovely local market and restaurants and spas!

It was beautiful, elegant and perfect for a beach stay. Everything we needed was there and the beds were so comfy. Sandy was so helpful and it was so useful being able to check out late so that we could stay until our evening train. The breakfast brought to our home was delicious!

We stayed in the one bedroom smaller unit. Next door is the larger 2 bedroom rental. The two units are separated from each other by a fence. The actual unit is exactly like the photos. The staff were very friendly including Hannah who checked us in and Thuy & an older lady who helped clean and tend to the garden while we were there. We arranged transportation for pick-up and to our next destination through them. Bed is comfortable, and A/C works well. Lots of towels provided, and I liked the mint scent shampoo. Lovely garden. Quick access to the beach. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. I didn't use the outdoor kitchen, but it seems good for longer stays especially with a local morning market a 5 minute walk away.

It might be different for the unit next door, but the unit I rented did not get a lot of ocean breeze during my stay in late May. In general An Bang is really hot during the summer! The outdoor ceiling fans did a good job to circulate the air though and help cool it down a bit. Otherwise, no other comments. It was a nice stay.

Amazing location, super clean, very comfortable, has everything you need. Staff were very friendly and really helpful, kitchen well equipped (though we didn't use it, it was very functional for longer stays). Shower was lovely, strong water pressure and all really clean. Lovely outdoor garden area to relax. Super safe area close to lots of restaurants and mini marts and not even 2 minutes from the beach.

The house is fabulous. We are out most of the time but the fridge is big enough for food and drinks. Comfy beds, clean, lovely garden and two mins walk from the beach and the Main Street which is full of spas, bars, restaurants etc. it was the perfect base for our family. At the end of the road when you come to the beach there’s a lovely man with sunbeds, drinks, food and we based ourselves there every day. Hoi An is a ten min taxi ride away so it’s a perfect base. We loved it!!

Cooking facilities basic but we are out all the time. We used the gas hob for lighting mozzie coils if we sat out in the evenings.

We stayed here for one month and we couldn’t be happier with our choice or accommodation. The location is perfect, down a lovely alley, superclose to the best part of the beach. Honestly this place was probably the best value for money-place we ever stayed at. The house is in perfect condition, very well maintained. The daily cleaning is 5-star hotel quality. But best of all was the incredible attentive and lovely hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Every little thing we asked for or had any problem with was fixed immediately. Both the house and the area was great for young children. Couldn’t recommend enough!

There was nothing we did not like.

We enjoyed the outdoor patio and kitchen surrounded by beautiful plants. It was very close and walkable to many restaurants and the beach. The host and assistants were so kind and helpful.

The bungalow was down an alleyway but felt very safe and secure. There were two clean and spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a lovely covered outdoor kitchen which was well-equipped with dining table, stove top, fridge and washing machine. Lots of small touches made our stay comfortable eg garden shower for when we came back from the beach. Aircon in the bungalow was good and there were fans in the kitchen / dining area. The location was great- two minutes to a beautiful sandy beach (we sat on the beach chairs at the end of the path, which were not charged if you ordered food or drinks) at one end of the alleyway, and a minute or two to a street of restaurants, shops, bakeries and small supermarkets at the other end of the alleyway. The hosts could not have been more helpful, providing us with q beach float and even taking a pair of shorts to a tailor to be mended for us. A problem with the air-conditioning was fixed immediately and the bungalow was cleaned each day while we were out. It was easy to order a Grab taxi to get into the centre of Hoi An, but there were plenty of restaurants near us which meant we didn't need to travel into the centre every day. At the start of our stay, our host ordered a taxi from Danang for us then met us from the taxi with the keys. Breakfast was not provided, but the host said she could organise this for us if we wanted. However, we walked to a nearby bakery each day to get our own pastries, baguettes etc. Grab Eats (similar to Uber Eats) also delivered food directly to the front gate of the bungalow from local restaurants on the nights when we did not want to go out.

It wasn't a problem for us as a family, but all noises could be heard between the two bathrooms and bedrooms.

We loved the privacy of a well equipped cottage. The bedroom and bathroom were inside with AC and everything else outside with ceiling fans. Very comfortable with big day beds. The tropical garden and outdoor shower were a great plus. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby.

Wonderful hosts, great location, comfortable home. We travelled as a family of four (kids 12 &9). This house worked great for us. The space was comfortable and the location was steps from the beach. The hosts were also wonderful as they provided service more akin to a 4 star hotel. They helped with transportation, food, laundry, show tickets, and everything we could need to have an enjoyable time. We highly recommend staying at Be's Beach House.

Everything was great.

We had a wonderful time staying in An Bang! It was the perfect location to stay with a family: near the beach and plenty of restaurants. The place was very comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Definitely surpassed our expectations! It was also very nice to have daily cleaning :)

Everything was great! The host made sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed. They even offer room service if you want!

We loved staying here. The house is easy to hang out and cook. The location is so close to the beach. Lovely having a garden and the big day bed. Even though it rained the whole time we still enjoyed this lovely little oasis. We will definitely be back x

The only little thing is that the walls don’t go all the way up to the roof in the bathroom which some groups may struggle with from a privacy perspective when using the toilet. This didn’t bother us as we are a family but could be embarrassing for others.

This beach house was such a nice home away from home. The garden and veranda give a spacious feel to the house and with 2 adults and 2 young kids the place was perfect. Only 50m walk to the beach where we spend a lot of our time. In the garden is an outside shower so that you can wash away all the sand before entering the house. The various lounge areas are great for reading book, playing some games, and for all the meals we had at home. We even ordered food from the restaurants outside and had it delivered. Super convenient! Communication with the owners was great and also the interaction at location was good. Friendly owners and well maintained place. It is a gem!

I did not like the renovation at a neighbor's premises opposite the house. It was not super annoying but for a next time I would always check in advance with the owners if any neighbors are doing renovations. It often happens in Vietnam...

Having stayed at An Bang Beach 14 times over the years, Be's Beach House is by far the best Homestay Property we have ever stayed in. We were 2 minutes walk to the beach and 4 minutes to mini marts and restaurants. The property is private, secure, and 'yes' it has survalence cameras, which do not invade any privacy. Rather, they ensure that your possessions are secure when you are not at the property. I noticed a negative review regarding the camera's and advised Kym, who offered to turn the camera's off if my husband and I wanted. The service offered by Kym went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced regardless of where I have travelled. My husband had a heart 'minor' heart attack (he had never suffered anything like this before). Not being a medical professional any more than my husband who initially thought he had bad intagestion. I went to a local restaurant suggested by Kym the following night, knowing in my mind something was very wrong and now worried sick about my hubby. "I needed a strong drink" and something to eat before I went back to Be's to insist my hubby go to DaNang Hospital! Which he refused to do the previous day (yep time to put my bug girl pants on!!) Noooo, I had time to order, have a Mojito, and site with my back to everyone crying my eyes out. It was only a matter of minutes before Kym arrived. Her friends in the very traditional restaurant packed my food up and took me straight back to the Villa. Kym tried to get my hubby to DaNang Hospital, and again, he refused. Kym saw the concern in my eyes and took all our passport, visa, and medical insurance documents and forwarded them to DaNang Hospital, where they remained on standby. Kym then moved a security guard into the villa next to us for me to contact in the event that things got worse during the night.

I was unable to personally contact Kym to notify her of my husbands health status personally, and I hope she reads this.

Beautiful house steps from the beach!

Be’s Beach House is a very well appointed 2 bedroom bungalow with double glazing, a nice little kitchen and breakfast bar, an outside seating area and a beautiful well-maintained little garden. The beds are super comfortable and large enough for 2. Room service is provided everyday - you just send a WhatsApp message and the lady comes at an agreed time. You can also message (in English) for anything else you need help with. The location is 100m from a beautiful quiet section of beach and there are a dozen little restaurants and bars within a 2-3 minute walk. They don’t serve breakfast on site but at their restaurant a few hundred metres away, it is not free and the system is somewhat complicated. Grab Food delivery works well and we ordered breakfasts from a variety of different restaurants. We really did feel it was our home for 5 days and highly recommend it.

Only a couple of things stop it scoring a 10. There was some noise from neighbours barking dogs and these could be rather intimidating as you walk down the narrow soi although they weren’t really aggressive. The gardener comes in at 5:30am to water the garden which can wake you up if you’re a light sleeper. The location is 200-300m from the main road and cars/taxis cannot drive down the soi so it may not suit people with restricted mobility.

Extremely clean, close to the beach. The owner and host were very helpful and made sure our trip was enjoyable. Best hospitality in Vietnam. We will be back.

Super clean, beautiful house, nice host, good location

Amazing location, service and setting. I stayed in the 1 bedroom house which was extremely clean and had all the amenities you could want and more (including a fully stocked fridge with water, sodas and beers). The outside area was beautiful with a comfy hammock and day bed and a helpful kitchen area and washing machine. You are a 1 minute walk from the beach and close by to many great cafes, restaurants and spas in An Bang. Thuy was an excellent host with the warmest welcome. You can order excellent food to the house or to the beach via Thuy and she even helped arrange a beach bbq for me and my friends. I will definitely be back and have already recommended to many friends.

This is a fantastic place to enjoy village life not far from busy Hoi An’s old town. The house has everything you need and it looks better than in the photo. Wifi works great. The beach was just a few meters away and not overcrowded, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, so you can hear the sea in the evening. Especially I liked the garden. It's nice and gives you privacy and serenity. The host was generous with hospitality and ready to help with any questions I had. I enjoyed my time in this beautiful location and had a memorable experience.

We loved our night stay at Be's Beach Homestay An Bang. The facilities/rooms are of a high standard and clean. The room was cleaned include towels, bottles of water. What really makes the place is the staff thought - super ling and accommodation. They really made us feel at home for duration of our stay
