Minuset var stranden, dette var ikke hotellets feil, men den var en eneste stor byggeplass med bakgrunn i at stranden sklir ut i sjøen. Satser på at dette blir ordnet asap.

Отличное место! Очень приятный, вежливый и внимательный персонал! Мы жили здесь большой семьёй 10 дней и остались очень довольны! До старого города Хой Ан на такси 10 минут. Недалеко находится порт, откуда можно уплыть на Чамские острова. Также недалеко находится Vinpearl river safari. Рядом с отелем находится несколько хороших заведений, где можно очень вкусно покушать морепродукты, роллы или европейскую еду. На территории отеля есть бассейн с мини баром. Рядом с отелем есть небольшой магазинчик. Хотим выразить благодарность всему персоналу за ваше гостеприимство! Спасибо!

Staff were amazing, the front desk knew everyone by name and couldn't do enough to help you. Pool is warm and good. Massage at the spa was amazing - you get a 20%discount if you're staying there.

Location is a bit remote but overcome by shuttle bus to ancient town 4 time a day. They have bicycles too

Personale molto gentile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste, soprattutto Iris e Wendy. Posizione buona, An bang beach facilmente raggiungibile (3-4 min in motorino) mentre la vicina spiaggia Cua Dai era chiusa per lavori in corso (stanno rifacendo la spiaggia ex novo e se ne parla tra due mesi almeno). Camera spaziosa e con vista, come nelle foto. Sulla struttura in generale, rispetto alle foto, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più ma nel complesso approvato.

Colazione nella media e l'unico pranzo fatto a bordo piscina niente di speciale. Piscina bella ma piccola.

Personnel agréable. Petit dejeuner généreux et tres varié. Chambres confortables. Piscine sympa. Voiturette gratuite pour aller en centre ville tres appreciée. Il y a un petit restaurant / bar qui est tres bien et un mini mart juste à côté.

L'hotel longe une route. Les chambres sur piscine sont plus calmes que celles sur mer en raison de cette rue. Ca n est pas du tout genant pour profiter de la piscine. La plage est en travaux sur plusieurs centaines de mètres. Ca sera sans doute tres bien quand ca sera fini. En attendant, l hotel en bord de plage perd de son interet.

We had a great stay at JM Hoi An Beach Hotel, especially thanks to the excellent service and wonderful staff. Everyone was very attentive, friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The hotel has a modern design, a great swimming pool, and some nice extra facilities such as table tennis and billiards, which are perfect for relaxing and spending a few minutes between activities. We also tried a massage at the hotel spa, and it was absolutely amazing. The location is convenient, roughly halfway between An Bang Beach and Hoi An. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach or Grab is always readily available, even for larger groups. The ride takes only around 3 minutes and costs approximately €1. Breakfast was excellent, and the beds were particularly comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great service, comfortable rooms and a convenient location. We would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing stay. So much so, that we extended it for another 5 days. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bed was comfy. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and well presented. We also.made good use of the shuttlebus. That was a huge bonus for us.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Hotel molto carino e tranquillo, personale gentilissimo, spiaggia a 300 mt, molto comoda la navetta per Hoi An (15 minuti)

Schitterend hotel, mooie kamer, leuk zwembad met bar, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en super vriendelijk personeel. Alles konden ze en wilden ze voor je regelen. Iets buiten het oude centrum, dus lekker rustig, maar met een taxi was je er binnen 10 minuten. (Hotel had ook een gratis shuttle service) Strand op loopafstand. Waren nu werkzaamheden bij het strand, maar het hotel kon een shuttle regelen naar het nabijgelegen strand.

Un de nos meilleurs hôtels au Vietnam. Super petit déjeuner, équipe sympa, chambres très belles, navettes pour aller en ville, rizières pas très loin pour aller faire des belles promenades. Dommage que la plage à proximité soit en travaux.

The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great with a shop next door, close to nice cafes and restaurants on the beach which is a few minutes walk across a main road which is easy to cross. I also just got a Grab taxi to and from the Old Town. The restaurant offers a range of food and drinks and the breakfast has a very good variety to choose from. The pool is nice to chill out in with shade if you need it. I also took advantage of the spa and laundry service,which were also great.

The property does need a tiny bit of TLC but that doesn't take away from the experience.

The room was great, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functioned well and the balcony was a great spot to sit in the evening. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and swimming pool but the highlight was the staff. They were all wonderful and kind and always attentive and helpful.

We stayed for 5 nights and really did not have any issues. Staff were happy to help with whatever we needed and everything went smoothly.

Not much in the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Our room needed a vacuum before we arrived, floor was very dusty/dirty when we arrived and stayed the same during our stay. Shower and blind by the shower quite moudly, needs a good clean.

もちろんです。自然な日本語のレビューにすると、こんな感じです。 改善してほしい点： ホイアン旧市街までのシャトルバスを利用した際、ドライバーを見つけるのに苦労しました。事前に「ドライバーがホテル名の書かれたパネルを持っている」と聞いていましたが、実際にはパネルを持っていませんでした。 こちらからドライバーを探し、ホテル名と自分の名前を伝えましたが、「違う」と言われました。しかし、最終的にはその方が実際のドライバーでした。 ホテルとドライバーの間で、送迎に関する情報共有がうまくできていなかったのではないかと思います。ドライバーがホテル名のサインを持つことや、宿泊者情報を事前に共有するなど、もう少し連携を改善していただけると、いいと思いました。ホテルのバスが多数待機しているので、利用者には車種やナンバーを事前に知らせてもらえると、より安心して利用できると思います。

This was a fabulous hotel with lovely friendly staff, great food and great rooms. The location is close to nice beaches and there are some lovely nearby restaurants and convenience shops. The shuttle bus into Hoi An town is very handy and it is only a short walk to An Bang area. The breakfast is very varied and the omelettes are amazing. The pool area is lovely and chilled and the restaurant food was great. My husband has a massage at the spa and said that it was very good too. Overall I would 100% recommend this hotel if you want to be in a peaceful area close to everything An Bang and the local area offers.

Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and transport to the town was great. Great having pool table and pung pong table. We also enjoyed cycling around the country side.

The room was a little tired and the bikes provided need some repairs. Are daughter got hurt when riding due to the chain being slack and jumping off.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Hidden Beach ist fußläufig erreichbar. Man kann sich Handtücher für den Strand und Pool leihen. Der gratis Transfer in die Altstadt war hilfreich und wir haben ihn ein paar mal genutzt. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.

Wonderful stay with truly exceptional service We had a wonderful stay at JM Hoi An Beach Hotel. What we especially loved was the peaceful, small-scale atmosphere of the hotel. It never felt crowded or impersonal, and the location was perfect for us. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely willing to do everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. On our first night, I wasn’t completely happy with the location of our room. I am a very light sleeper and was woken early in the morning by the public loudspeakers at the front of the hotel. When I mentioned this, the hotel management immediately took it seriously. The very next day they arranged another room for us on the quieter side of the hotel. And as if that wasn’t enough, my husband and I were also offered a complimentary massage. Wow, that is what I call service! We were really impressed by the way the situation was handled. There was no discussion or hesitation; they simply wanted to make sure that we were happy and could fully enjoy our holiday. That attitude was typical of the staff throughout our stay. They are warm, helpful and incredibly attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, and the swimming pool area with sunbeds is a lovely place to relax. The hotel has everything you need, but without the busy atmosphere of a large resort. We felt very well looked after here and would absolutely recommend JM Hoi An Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed, friendly and personal place to stay in Hoi An. A big thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us. We would happily stay here again!

Great hotel!! Staff were fabulous, so attentive, kind and welcoming. When I arrived I was taken through the brochure why give you about must try food/tailors/beaches/activities in the area. I booked a junior suite and was upgraded to a premier king, nice big room, comfortable bed (not too hard for Vietnam!) huge bathroom, mini bar, robes, tv with channels and apps (you can log into your own Netflix / prime accounts). I stayed three nights and my room was cleaned and refreshed daily. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, it is starting to show its age, but for the price it’s exceptional. Breakfast had so many options and always stocked up which is great considering it’s a 3.5 hour window. The pool was always clean and cool, the loungers were great but do fill fast in the afternoon. Awesome location, just a short grab / bike ride to a bang (12 min walk) and cua dai beach. Nice to head into town on their free shuttle and then return to a quiet slice of paradise! Definitely NOT beach front.

Only small downside was that my bathroom didn’t have a shower box, it really only functioned as a handheld shower due to the power of the water as it would spray across the bathroom and everything would get soaked! The bath was great though.

The staff went above and beyond for us - so friendly, keen to help and assist. The hotel is spotless and rooms and facilities are great. Breakfast choice great. Food & drinks in general great and great room cleaners.

It isn't beachfront as advertised. 5 min walk to Hidden Beach and 12 min to An Bang. This is the only reason that I didn't score 10.

Приятным бонусом еще был трансфер до старого города . Если будем снова в Хояне, то обязательно вернемся в этот отель.🙂

Lovely hotel, room was great size and clean. Location was okay but first journey to beach took us to a building site but then we found the right way. Shuttle bus is great addition as 10-15 mins from the Old Town

Door to room didn’t lock, only realised after 2 days there but told staff and were very apologetic.

Libby at reception and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They arranged airport taxis and scooter rental for us which was very convenient. The hotel itself is clean and modern, our room was spacious and had a nice balcony where we could enjoy the sunset. The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and surrounding area where there are many restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Hoi An town centre plus free bicycles which is also very handy.

We were ended up spending more time in Hoi An than at the beach, so we should have booked an hotel in the city.

The staff are absolutely amazing and so accommodating! When you get here, you think it’s in the middle of nowhere but you’ll thank yourself for booking somewhere in a calmer area. You can walk 10 minutes to the little streets of A Bang with lots of cute cafes. Booked here to be close to the beach although just used the pool most of the time as it’s such a nice area to sit in and chill!

The rooms aren’t as sound proof so you can hear some noise.

The beds were super comfortable. We had a great view of Hoi An, the sea, mountains and up to Da Nang.

I thought the hotel was next to the beach. I should have paid more attention but it was a short walk away and an easy grab ride into the old quarter. It was a pity the hotel was stuck out on its own.

They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local places to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, the food is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, and the hotel is peaceful and quiet, allowing us to sleep very well. Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam.
