The stove burner didn't work right, couldn't use the frying pan, they had no cutting knife and board, and not enough utensils for 2 people.

シャワーの一部が利用できなかったこと。扉無くオープンであったためにシャワーの飛び散りによって床が濡れてしまった

Phòng nghỉ chật hẹp, thiết bị hư hỏng không được thay thế, bảo dưỡng. Nhiều muỗi. Rò khí mê-tan rất khó chịu.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Keskeinen sijainti. Hiljaista, mukava vuode. Ikkunoista näki illan esitykset jotenkuten. Suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä sopivalla paineella.
Keittiössä oli paljon pieniä ötököitä. Majoitus piti maksaa käteisellä, kortti ei kelvannut.

Brak możliwości zapłaty kartą za pobyt. Nie doczytałem jak rezerwowałem, że tylko gotówka i miałem duży pronlem No i tala drobnostka z którą już się dawno nie spotkałem, przy zdwawaniu pokoju policzyli za pękniętą szklankę ( 40 000)

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. Reviewed Aug 15, 2024We had a delightful 2 night stay at Rova Hotel Phu Quoc, we were given an upgrade on arrival to a sea view room which was brilliant. Our room was very clean, modern and had all the amenities one would need for a memorable vacation in Sunset town. Restaurant also catered to vegetarians which was much appreciated.
We were awoken by very loud drilling and construction work occurring at 7am during our first morning which we were not made aware of. Luckily we were up early anyway that day so I did not raise it with the hotel.

- Сonstruction work in the next-door building all day long. - Very thin walls so you can hear each sound of the elevator call every time it goes up/down and that started first time about 6 a m and went through all day till late at night. Windows that don't close properly and we could hear roar of all motorbikes and cars passing by.
