Nice overlooking the river, walking distance to old town ( 15 min walk) Breakfast was good

Laluna Riverside hotel is in a great location, walking distance from everything. Rooms are comfortable and very tidy. The staff are marvellous and always check if everything is okay and if you need any help they are always there. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and would highly recommend it. Excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was great! She hotel is cozy and pretty, the rooms are great and clean, the pool and the bar are great and the staff are so friendly and helpful and will make sure that everything is to your satisfaction. Definitely recommend staying there.

From check in to check out we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving ideas and suggestions, arranging transport and general manners and attitude were great. The room was very nice and comfortable (river view next time ;)). Facilities were good, small pool but nice and relaxing.

The rain, but that could not be avoided :). There was nothing that we did not like, we only stayed two days.

Jamais on a vu un personnel aussi sympathique, avenant, souriant et à l’écoute, désireux de tjs vouloir améliorer les choses. Ils ont accepté de nous changer la chambre deux fois sans aucun problème.

Petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner : pour avoir un espressivo, cappuccino ou thé autre que noir il faut payer. Et l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas top. L’hôtel est à 5 min du centre mais c’est un avantage car bcp plus calme.

⭐ 1 STAR — CHECK EVERY CHARGE VERY CAREFULLY Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Throughout my trip in Vietnam, I experienced several situations where I felt that tourists were being taken advantage of financially, with unexpected extra charges or unclear additional fees. Unfortunately, I had exactly the same experience at this hotel. I had purchased a SPA package that clearly included a manicure with GEL COLOR. However, once I arrived, they first tried to charge me extra to remove the polish I already had on my nails, and then they wanted to charge me an additional fee simply because I chose a completely normal gel color. If the package clearly includes “gel color,” what exactly am I supposed to be paying extra for? When I questioned the charge, the staff member told me she would go and check. She left, never came back, and nobody gave me any explanation. The worst part happened at check-out. When I carefully reviewed my bill, I discovered that those extra charges had been added anyway, despite the fact that I had already clearly disputed them and said that I would not pay for something that was supposed to be included in my package. I had to personally ask for those charges to be removed from the bill. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated experience during my trip to Vietnam. It happened to me several times in different places, where I had to be extremely careful with prices, extra charges and final bills to make sure I was not being charged for things I had not agreed to. This was honestly one of the things I disliked the most about my trip and it left me with a very negative impression. My advice to anyone staying at this hotel, and more generally to anyone traveling in Vietnam, is to CHECK EVERYTHING carefully. Always ask for the price in advance, make sure you understand exactly what is included, and check every single item on your final bill before paying.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Lovely quiet hotel. The balcony overlooking the pool was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious.

Best breakfast we have enjoyed during our Vietnam holiday. Location was brilliant. Close to everything a tourist would want to see. Pool area isgreat and big...room was Deluxe.

The cleanliness and coziness. The staffs were very helpful, and I booked in a spa, and they supposed to close at 10pm, but they accommodated my schedule and my spa finished at 10:30pm.

The air conditioning might just off with no reason, just have to wait for a bit for it to reset. Overall it was a very pleasant stay

Amazing staff, helpful with everything : caring, trip recommendations, planning coconut boat visits, laundry, pool bar etc The view on the river from our Luxury room was great and the room was amazing. The bathroom is huge. The make up of the room everyday is excellent, like finding a new room again. Breakfast is good too with a lot of options.

Las habitaciones eran un poco justas, la ducha no funcionaba del todo bien y la habitación no era excesivamente grande, pero como solo dormíamos no nos importó en exceso y el precio era muy bueno calidad-precio. La limpieza por la zona de las habitaciones a veces era un poco regular, al lado nuestro durante muchas hora hubieron unas copas y vasos sucios en medio del pasillo de las habitaciones. Pero la limpieza de la habitación muy buena. Además, la zona donde nos tocó no había ascensor y hacía muchísimo calor.

Staff were excellent and friendly. The rooms were in good condition and very clean. The pool was awesome as was the pool bar and staff. The location was good just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An at night. The breakfast was good.

Love the location. Convenient to everthing by foot. Staff were warm and friendly. Always looking out to all guests making sure everyone is taken care. Room was perfect, ample size. Nice balcony to sit and chill with a coffee. Definitely will be back again

Best Hotel in Hoi An. The staff was super helpful and responsive, even before we arrived. We booked multiple transportations and tour with the hotel. We also got the big car for more room even if we were only 4 persons. Also did some massages which were great (therapy and thai). The massage worker has lot of experience. Breakfast was also good with many choices. Can fully recommend this hotel 🏨

Als erstes fiel uns die ausgesprochen freundliche und liebevolle Begrüßung im Hotel auf. Alle Bediensteten waren ständig bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm und schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie kümmerten sich sofort um Ausflüge, Taxis, Beauty-Anwendungen, Fahrradausleihe, schlugen Unternehmungen und Tipps für Hoi An vor … ein rundum perfekter Service, der schon beim Frühstück begann. Dieses war außergewöhnlich gut, vielfältig und mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an kontinentalem, aber auch vietnamesischen Köstlichkeiten. Diese wurden zudem sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, außerdem großzügig genug um sich darin wohl zu fühlen. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Größe und man konnte dort toll entspannen und schwimmen, vor allem am Morgen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt- unweit der Old Town, aber doch ein bisschen außerhalb des Rummels. Ein rundum tolles Hotel, bei dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig ist.

Hotel ya un poco anticuado a nivel mobiliario. Reservamos la habitación con vistas al río y desde la segunda planta las vistas apenas son disfrutables. Si el motivo de tu reserva son las vistas, buscaría otras opciones. Igual es un poco cara en relación calidad/precio.

L’hotel è molto bello, elegante, la camera spaziosa e luminosa. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal pieno centro. Lo staff è gentilissimo e a disposizione per ogni consiglio o richiesta. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Anche la colazione è buona e ricca.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and impressively spacious, giving me plenty of comfort throughout my visit. The staff were absolutely superb, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. A special highlight was the Vietnamese bamboo massage, which I can wholeheartedly recommend. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Overall, it was a perfect stay from start to finish and I would happily return anytime.

Lo staff è molto presente / pressante sia nel chiedere che nel proporre. La nostra stanza era inoltre a piano terra e vicino alla reception, quindi non particolarmente silenziosa.

You can’t fault this place or the staff. Location is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, facilities are great, the spa is reasonably priced and the food is Ok. The staff at this place all speak English and go out of their way to make your stay a 10/10. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hoi An.

super bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Jolie chambre confortable avec balcon et vue sur la rivière, qui garantie le calme dans une ville très animée. Le buffet petit déjeuner est extraordinaire. Nous avons également diné un soir au restaurant de l'hôtel, très bonne cuisine Vietnamienne pour un prix plus que raisonnable en comparaison des restaurants de la ville. Je conseille également de profiter d'un moment de détente avec les soins proposés au Spa, au top ! Merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme.
