The Reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to plenty of good restaurants. Loved the town and friendly people. Breakfast was simple but good, just would have liked to see a better coffee. Also liked the big window in the room.

Nhân viên lễ tân & dọn phòng thân thiện vui vẻ lịch sự nhiệt tình. Thang máy an toàn và luôn sẵn sàng. Lần sau có dịp sẽ tiếp tục chọn ở đây.

Trên máy lạnh hay trần nhà có tiếng gì đi lạch cạch hơi ồn 1 tí. Đồ ăn sáng sơ sài, ko có nhân viên dọn dẹp bàn ăn thường xuyên nên ko có chỗ ngồi.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The main lobby area has a great lounge area to work from. The breakfast arrangement was really nice.

Good location and easy to get to places. With it not being directly in the centre made for a much better and peaceful sleep experience.

Some of the room decor bits need a refresh. Broken bin lids and shower trays that have seen better days need replacing.

Des chambres de très grande qualité et très propre au rapport du prix. Un petit déjeuner simple mais qui contient l'essentiel. Une laverie complète à disposition. Définitivement le meilleur rapport qualité prix de la région, on aimerait en voir plus dans cette gamme.

Modern hotel with a bit of a minimalistic style to it. The lobby area is great and the staff is super friendly and service minded. A breakfast that will satisfy most - both pho and egg/bacon is available.

Space is optimised in the rooms with an integrated bathroom and sink located outside the bathroom. It works though. The air condition is placed a bit wrong, as it blows wind over the bed - so you’ll get a draft if you sleep with a bit of cool air. Coffee could be better… after all, it is the coffee capital of Vietnam!

Breakfast buffet was great and the coffee. Unfortunately, we have to pay the coffee at counter. We were indicated that was part of the Breakfast buffet combo. We are fine paying it..not everyone at hotel wants the vietnamese coffee. Nothing wrong with Vietnamese coffee and it great but sometimes for European we prefer something a little bit settled of coffee.

The water temperature in the shower is not consistent and the a/c is blowing straight to the bed so it gets cold

L'emplacement proche du centre ville, calme. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien. Machine à laver et séche linge à disposition de la clientèle. Chambre spacieuse et très lumineuse.

Le décor original. L'ambiance, la propreté le réceptionniste Són toujours accueillant et 😃. Le personnel accueillant et agréable.

Hotel difficile à trouver, signalisation mal placée, le taxi a tourné longtemps..

Tôi nghĩ vị trí của khách sạn tương đối tốt, tôi đi bằng ô tô và chỗ đậu rất thoải mái. Phòng khách sạn hơi nhỏ, nhưng nệm tốt, tôi có giấc ngủ ngon ở đây

Bố trí nhà vệ sinh quá tệ, không có thông gió, bí bách, ẩm, tối…. Phòng vệ sính ở một khách sạn 4 sao mà giống một nhà vệ sinh lưu động ở những khu công cộng.

Невероятно милый персонал. Нам помогли с бронированием машины, с оплатой байков, для которых у нас не хватало местного банковского счёта. Номер уютный, с классной кроватью. Да, он маленький, но очень хорошо организован и продуман. На завтрак выбор небольшой, но всё вкусно и сытно

Иногда на завтраке слишком быстро кончался шведский стол и его не особо пополняли. Не скажу, что это было критично, просто отметила такой момент И ещё в номере не было ложки для обуви и даже возможности её купить на ресепшн( эх

The room is small in comparison to the other hotels in the same location of the same room rate.

The room rate is a bit too dear

The property is centrally located creating easy access to points of interest. The front desk / lobby is easily accessed on the second floor, with efficient elevator service. The property is well maintained and the 6 floors of rooms / rooms are immaculate.

Everything was at an exceptional standard. I have no negative comments or concerns.

La propreté et l’équipement de l’établissement étaient au niveau.

Le petit déjeuner : peu mieux faire. Le personnel était plus souvent sur leurs téléphones ou ordinateurs plutôt que d’essuyer les tables mais nous a bien aidé tout de même pour la laverie automatique.

We had a great stay at Tru Hotel. It is a very modern and fresh looking hotel of a kind that is not common in Vietnam. The rooms are small but very comfortable and well equipped. I especially enjoyed the soft comfortable bed, quite unusual in these parts of the world. Breakfast was simply but of good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful

Hotel is very good located and for the price very fair. They also recommended us a great driver that took us to the Yok Don national park to see the elephants and to the waterfalls around.

The TV in our room didn’t work. In the mornings if you come for breakfast later than 9 AM (breakfast time is 6-10 AM) there is a big chance food is gone and they don’t necessarily refill things. During our three day stay we had the feeling that what was gone in terms of food, was gone. So hurry up! Don’t wait too long to have your breakfast.

Mong khách sạn sẽ thay thế loại dép khác. Dép vải mang cảm giác bị nóng, bất tiện khi mang vào toilet. Dép vải mang vào toilet dễ trơn trượt

Central beliggenhed, gode senge, god aircon, der var mørklægningsgardiner, venligt personale, en okey simpel morgenmad med god pho og der var helt rent.

Trykket i bruseren var ret lavt.

Lækkert rent og nyt at se på. Værelserne er de bedste vi har været på. Store lyse vinduer der havde automatisk mørklægningsgardiner. Dog kunne morgenmaden godt klare noget opmærksomhed fx at der manglede juice og da forspurgte dette gik der 15 min hvor der manglede igen uden der blev fulgt op på dette.

We were 5 night in Dak Lak. Four nights were in a luxury hotel and had to shift here as no availability. Sojo came at half the price. However, though the property was small and with skeleton staff, we were surprised that facilities were minimal but perfect. Everything was clean, auto functional and staff friendly. Nice place to stay, especially when one is coming back to hotel for the night
