Good hotel, great location, and the staff were okay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were big but very old and could use a renovation.

One small note for housekeeping: the pillow I received had some mould.

Mooi en net hotel met ruime kamers en heerlijke bedden! Vriendelijk personeel. Fijn dat er een zwembad is met handdoeken. Je kan er gratis poolen en tafelvoetbal spelen.

The room was very nice and clean, facilities new

Breakfast and cooking in general (I did not find the food so fresh). The receptionist was not able to explain us the available tours. Not very well located since it is far from the best restaurants in town

The hotel look quite small from outside, but it made me quite surprise when steppe inside. There are a lot of rooms, and each room is large. Although our room is no room, but still acceptable. There is a piano in the lobby and my father enjoy his time to play it while waiting the group. There is not many type of food in buffet breakfast, but so far, still quite okay. The hotel provides tea break in the afternoon, free swimming pool, gyms too - all services included in the price alr. It's nice.

The room in the newer part of the building was clean and comfortable.

This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in! Was woken up at 4:30 AM by people moving loudly in the halls, staff talking loudly on walkie-talkies at 6:30 AM, super loud parties and events, loud advertisements in the elevator, and even though I got moved to a ‘quieter’ room, it was still loud!

We have been in Vietnam multiple times. And this time for 3 weeks. And this place hands down is the best place we have stayed. It is incredible. Welcoming and helpful staff. Secure underground parking. Clean spacious interior. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and lovely. Breakfast was great and served up all the regular Vietnamese foods you might want. My favorite part of all was the rooftop. It was awesome. Billiards and game room, full rock climbing wall, infinity pool, sauna and steam rooms( although we didnt get to use the sauna area so don't know if they work) and lastly a lovely rooftop cocktail bar to watch the sunset.

Modern, clean, lovely staff. Complementary Mid afternoon snacks was a very nice touch. Delicious breakfast.

Whilst satisfactory, the gym equipment was very basic.

Snídaně trochu slabší pro Evropana. Bazen trochu studený.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer groß und funktional, gute Matratzen, zuvorkommendes Personal, alles sauber, Pool am Dach, gerne wieder!

Hilfe beim Bus buchen. FRÜHSTÜCK war ok.

Sehr schlechte Englischkenntnisse, Lage weder im Zentrum noch bei Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Kaffeemuseum. In der Rooftop Bar, wo nie jemand war, gab es nur teure Cocktails, keinen Saft, kein Bier, kein Wein, wirklich nur Cocktails. Der Pool war eiskalt, die Tür zur Sauna war kaputt.

Breakfast was very good and consistent. My girlfriend really appreciated the parking.

First room had lots of construction noise which started at 7am and would go all day.

The pool area and bar was lovely and the room delicious and very spacious. It was a very pleasant stay and the staff was very helpful.

Die Klima machte lärme und tropfte Wasser. Badetücher nicht sauber Haaren in Bett und und die Dusche Das Frühstück war nicht das beste Kein Toaster und das normale Brot war alt. Geschrieben war Ultra schnelles Internet Man könnte nicht mal fliessend YouTube schauen.

Grosses Zimmer und ruhig. Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich verglichen mit anderen Frühstückslokalen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Leider hat es im Bad Schimmel. So schade.
