Das Personal war zwar nett, allerdings war die Kommunikation auf Englisch nur sehr eingeschränkt bis gar nicht möglich. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht hatten, hatten wir kein Zimmer mit Fenster. Das Fenster (was im Zimmer war) hat nichts nach draußen gezeigt, sondern in den Flur oder so Ähnliches. Von daher eher ungünstig .

What can I say. I booked a Room at Thanh Thuy Hotel as I was traveling up to Buon Ma Thuot to look at the Durian Festival. Already the pre-arrival correspondence with the Hotel was handled very efficient & professionally. Once I arrived they guided me to my Car Parking Space and check-in was all smooth. The Room is very comfortable, spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities. Apart from the very reasonable price, central location, The Staff are The Heros at Thamh Thuy Hotel. Very helpful, always polite and professional. Yes, I will return. Oh, must mention the Cats, there's 3 lovely Cats (I suppose they belong to the Owner), they very Friendly and always love a scratch or cuddle

Clients of the next rooms make noise, hit the doors very late in the night and that wake up us for a while. They should be reminded by the staff.

This hotel is wonderfully clean, which is a nice surprise in Vietnam. The rooms look just like the photos, and everything feels brand new. I hope they keep it nice.

The bed is quite firm. It might feel too hard for some people, but it was fine for me. If your room faces the street, it gets quite loud from traffic, so bring earplugs. If you want a quiet stay, they have rooms with no windows or an inner window.

I liked all of it

Loved the location of this hotel, in a very central area with a choice of restaurants close by, as well as the local markets further along the street. There were also a number of glass fronted shops in this area. My room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the street, and it had a small balcony which was lovely to sit on and enjoy the late afternoon sun or at daybreak. I didn’t find it noisy at all. The room, although not overly big, was certainly adequate for my 4 days stay here, and received a lot of natural light. I was travelling solo. The room had everything I needed and was cleaned every day. Tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge, good air-conditioning, bedside tables, charging point near the bed, a desk, plus a separate cubicle for the shower. Always love having a bidet too. There is also a lift. I was on the 4th floor. The tariff was reasonable and reception staff were welcoming. There are 2 beautiful cats who live on the property too.

KS nằm ở trung tâm, thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển thăm quan. Phòng ngủ nhỏ không có cửa sổ nhưng mới và sạch sẽ. Phù hợp với giá tiền

Nous avons aimé la localisation centrale de l'hôtel. Location de scooter également proposée par la réception à un prix avantageux (nous savons désormais conduire comme les vietnamiens :D) Le personnel est très arrangeant, notamment le réceptionniste a commandé le taxi pour nous jusqu'à l'aéroport. Bref tout était top ! Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le seul petit bémol est peut être le fait que seul un membre du personnel est anglophone mais honnêtement, on arrive à se débrouiller avec Google traduction.

Frühstück gab es keines aber um das Hotel herum gibt es viele Optionen das man nicht verhungert ;-) Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Marktes und es war schön früh morgens dort zu bummeln. Das World Coffee Museum ist den Eintrittspreis wert und vom Hotel bequem zu fuß zu erreichen, ebenso das Dak Lak Museum. Ich würde hier sofort wieder übernachten

1. The air-con pours cold air directly on the bed. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. 2. When I asked to check out at 1PM - one hour extra - because I went out in the morning and might not be able to make it back in time for the check out, the receptionist refused in a very unfriendly way. So it's a good hotel, but definitely not a friendly home-away-from-home.

Tôi đặt 2 phòng để nghỉ qua đêm, check-in lúc 9h tối, nhưng cả 2 phòng đều chưa được dọn nhưng lễ tân vẫn cho khách lên. Nhân viên lễ tân nam thái độ không thân thiện, khách vào đến nơi nhưng không hề chào hỏi khách 1 tiếng. Khi khách complain về phòng chưa được dọn, nhân viên lễ tân thái độ rất dửng dưng và nói phòng đó chưa dọn, sau đó cho chúng tôi qua phòng khác.

Sạch sẽ và riêng tư. Vị trí thuận lợi đi lại và ăn uống. Phòng ốc rộng và tiện nghi.

Chưa có bố trí xà bông rửa tay riêng nơi bồn rửa tay. Cách âm chưa tốt lắm. Tiếng đóng cửa khá lớn.

Phòng k cách âm, rất ồn ào, ks k nói rõ làm bẩn khăn sẽ phải trả tiền đến khi trả phòng bẩn 1 khăn mặt 1 ít bắt đóng tiền, rất bực mình

I was charged 100000 VND for towels that were supposedly dirty. The towels got dirty in the Bathroom from dirty floors. Check your towels before use and if you see the slightest stain, complain. If you don't, you'll end up paying. In over 40 years of international travel I have never been charged for dirty towels. So beware when you check into this place.
