Perfect location and service, clean apartments

広く清掃もしっかりされていて、洗濯機、乾燥機、大型冷蔵庫もあります。そして地味ですが、扇風機がありエアコンの温度を下げなくても快適に過ごせました。 また、フロントデスクでペットボトルのお水をいただけるので、連日暑かったので大変助かりました。

強いて言えば、電子レンジがあれば完璧です。

Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi từ máy giặt sấy đến khu bếp, anh chị chủ ở đây rất thân thiện, nước uống được sử dụng thoải mái hết có thể xuống lấy thêm, phòng decor gỗ rất đẹp mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The apartment was cosy and spotless. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the space. Clean bed linen, towels and a very comfortable bed. Had a great couple of nights here. The washer/dryer was a real bonus for a traveller on the move! Thank you 😊

電化製品がほとんど揃っていました。なかったのは電子レンジくらい。暮らすように泊まることができます。洗濯乾燥機が部屋にあるので、コインランドリーに行く必要もないです。冷蔵庫も縦型で家のようでした！ また、食事用のテーブルと作業机2つもあり、椅子も3脚。ベッドも大きい。テレビもストリーミング系みれます。 風呂やトイレは日本製で安心しました。 コンパクトなのにかなり充実したお部屋です。

特にないのですが。 強いて言えば電子レンジがあるともっと最高でした。 隣の建物が日本人男性向けスナックで、週末は夜中にカラオケの声が思いっきり響いてきました。

The studio was thoughtfully designed with comfort and calm in mind. Wooden details made it feel warm, and the view from the windows was green and relaxing. There was even a little kitchen, table, and fan for quick cooling. So cozy!

The studio is well facilitated. The location is great, where I can find numerous restaurants and markets around it. The staff are very kind and helpful. Shall you have a short or long-term trip in Hanoi, this studio will be your best option.

Great studio on quiet road. Lovely bath and could do laundry etc. Reception was super helpful, ordered car to airport drop off for a good price. Free bottles of water in reception.

I absolutely loved my stay at Myrcella Urban Studio. The room itself was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was extremely handy. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay! The experience was great from start to finish. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

Modern and clean

スタッフの対応は、問題点はあるものの好感が持てる。案内された部屋では私は安眠できなかった。絶えない会話音と連日出てくる害虫は長期滞在の敵。

The room was nice, very well equipped.

Location is a bit far from the center

Room, large bed and bathroom are totally new and high quality. The bath is large and the Japanse toilet is a bonus. They have daily room cleaning, even for studio’s. The studio is in a quite street in the middle of the authentic Japanese quarter, there are plenty of very nice Japanese restaurants around. We had the best price/quality experience at Izakaya “yen”, almost next to the studio

I came 6 times to Hanoï, this was by far my best experience. I can say nothing wrong

It was a cute comfortable and quiet space. We liked it the most because of how clean everything was kept.

Very big room and big bed, lots of windows and a nice balcony

It came with cups and a kettle but no teabags/coffee. Also we booked a room with a bath specifically and didn’t receive a room with a bath. It doesn’t look as nice as the photos

Studio with kitchen

A guest upfloor started cloth washing in very early morning, which was very noisy. Other points were perfect.

The room was spotless and equipment in perfect condition. We have been very well taken care off and all our requests were extremely well satisfied. Definitely a place to stay without worries

良かった点 ※全体的にきれいだった。 ※洗濯機・乾燥機が部屋の中にあったこと。 ※エレベーターあり。 悪かった点や記載と異なる点 ※日本語対応は無かった。 ※フロントデスクは24時間対応ではない。 ※シャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、 　洗濯用洗剤、食器用洗剤などは前の住人もしくは 　宿泊者が残していったようなものしかなかった。 　気になる人は使えないレベル。 ※電子レンジは無い。 ※WiFiのみ。有線接続は無い。ただ、WiFiは30Mbpsは 　出ていた。速度に不満はない。プリンターも無い。 ※建築から2年程度しか経過していないようで、 　部屋の内装はまだキレイだった。 ※フロントは常駐しているのかどうかわからない 　くらいの状態で、チェックアウトの際も人影すら 　無く、荷物を預かってもらうために最終的には 　清掃担当の従業員を捕まえ、お願いする羽目に 　なった。 ※日本人にとっては電子レンジは必須かと思うが、 　（公式HPには記載があった）通常は設置されて 　いない。現地駐在等の長期滞在者には 　レンタルすることもできるらしいが、 　（フロントにいたお兄さんに聞いた） 　旅行者はダメらしい。　 ※ATM、新聞サービスは無い。 ※キッチン・電子レンジ・洗濯機設備を目的に、 　この施設を選んだが、メリットは、日本人エリアの 　中にあることと、ロッテセンターのすぐそばなこと。 　滞在が1週間未満の純粋な旅行者には向いていない。 　ベトナムリピーターで、日本食が欠かせない人向け。

Great hotel that’s quiet and comfortable. There’s only 2 rooms on each floor so it’s also nice and private. The staff are friendly and routinely clean the room. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Overall a fantastic stay!

Comfortable and convinient apartment to stay long time in hanoi.

The apartment is not large but enough for personal long stay and the room is clean. on thing you should note is it is better to stay upper floor because lower floor is bit noizy with karaoke at the building beside.

This hotel is suitable for long stays as it has a washing machine.

What kind of detergent do you have there? It smells really good

Honestly this was our favorite place we stayed in Hanoi on our 2 month trip to Vietnam. We came to Hanoi many times and struggled finding a good place, but this place was perfect! So happy we found it. And it’s just a short grab into the old quarter. I really enjoyed the area

The images much more better vs reality. Its was not clean, not cozy. It says terrace but there is no terrace at all. Basic room is really overpriced for this quality.

The location was great as it was near my workshop location. It is also near some restaurants and it was spacious. The ownerds were super nice and could be contacted on whatsapp. The room had a washer and dryer which was great. Also you could grab water daily.

It could get noisy because I was on the second floor and they would clean early. Luckily I had to be up at 7 am anyways. I also could hear traffic because door downstairs left open. There were also little gnats in the room because they leave the windows open when cleaning the room and there are no screens. Also front door left open so bugs travel up. If I kept windows shut then no issues except the occasional one when opening room door. Also the shower curtain was moldy.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean. A washing machine and a dryer were new. We had everything we needed for light cooking. The staff provided free bottles of water and cleaning. The staff was friendly and did their best to make our stay great. We communicated using Google Translate, though, but it wasn't an issue at all. There was just one person who spoke English. The wi-fi was good. We had Netflix as well. The bed was very comfy.

It was noisy sometimes at night. Once, someone closed a metal door very loudly at 3 am. Another time, there was music till 2 am from the neighbouring building.

Clean & beautiful

The studio was very cozy and had everything we needed. It's a small room but worked fine for us. The washing and dry machine were a big plus to our stay.

There are was everything necessary in the room, even including washing machine and drying one, location of hotel also really good, not so far from city center, easily to get by grab taxi or bike and also really huge lotter store is near👍🏻 The owners and employees of this hotel incredibly polite and friendly, always trying to help you with any requirements 💖

Super comfortable and clean studio equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay (including kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent...). Offers free water refill/water bottles. Staff were really sweet, especially Dũng who welcomed me on my first day.

The place next door blasted EDM music until the early hours but it happened once in my two-night stay, so it may have been only a once-off/not a regular occurrence. The Japanese toilet water pressure was weak or just didn't work well.

Location was great - there were a lot of really good cafes and restaurants. Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and worth the money! There is also a washer and dryer which was extremely convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! It was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful. Everything felt brand new, and the spaciousness was a pleasant surprise. They even provided extra services, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect

Nice staff, it’s also very nice place for if you’re working remotely. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Our room feels like a cosy little airbnb with a sizeable kitchen, washing machine and a dryer! The tv is also connected to Netflix and there existing accounts that we could use to watch our shows at night. Not to mention there was also a nice little bathtub and a bidet spray with completes our wonderful stay. ☺️ The hotel is also located in a nice area with bars, cafes and mini marts within walking distance!
