We loved everything! I was really hesitant booking at first, but the staff showed kindness and even upgraded our room for free! other than that, the receptionists were all so informative and gentle at handling queries from us. They also packed a simple breakfast for us because our flight was too early and we wouldn't be able to eat at the free breakfast buffet. Kudos to all the receptionists, especially to William, Andrew, Ryan, and to the girl receptionist who accommodated us first (im sorry i wasnt able to get your name)! I hope we'll see you again soon <3

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thankyou Ruby for being so helpful on checkin, William for your advise on places to visit Sapa and Peter for always having a wonderful smile to welcome us back to the hotel. A wonderful start to our Vietnam visit.

Its location away from the noise of traffic & vibrant Hanoi while being in the Old Quarter was ideal. In addition, the washing machine was of great help when travelling light . It was also possible to leave our luggage when we went on a Halong Bay for a night at no extra charge. The apartment was spacious, well equipped & very clean . Best of all though was the staff- Ninh Ninh,Andrew & Ryan. Nothing was too much trouble & every time they went out of their way to assist us eg calling the pick-up driver.Thanks so much.

Plastic slippers could have been replaced by disposable cotton ones.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They all go out of their way to help out. Definitely recommend this place. Central location- walking distance to everything and comfortable rooms and stay.

Not much to complain about really. I guess the only thing is maybe message them to say you are doing delayed check in if your flight arrives late night etc otherwise you risk having your booking cancelled without notice.

El personal es excelente tanto el trato en recepción como vía WhatsApp cuando estás visitando la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y grandes.

From the moment we checked in, we had a very pleasant experience. The front office staff were lovely, welcoming and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. A special thanks to Mr Andrew for his kindness and excellent service throughout our stay. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, which was really appreciated. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, all maintained to a good standard. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The kitchen was also well equipped with all the basic amenities. Although we did not really use the kitchen for cooking, it was nice to have everything available. The fridge was spacious and more than big enough for a family. Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned properly every day, and everything was kept neat and tidy throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight. It was very good, with plenty of choices and a lovely variety of fresh fruits. It was a great way to start each morning. Do not miss out the Tom yum Soup. The location was also perfect for us. The hotel is right in the centre and within walking distance of many of the main attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. At the same time, what we particularly loved was how calm and peaceful the hotel felt despite being so centrally located. We were away from the noise of the crowds and traffic, which made our stay even more relaxing. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The combination of the comfortable room, excellent housekeeping, good breakfast, helpful staff and convenient yet peaceful location made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. We were looking for the room which fits 4 family members. The laundry machine in the room attracted me and I chose this hotel. There was a detergent on the laundry machine, so you don’t need to bring the washing detergent - very kind. My 5 years old kid threw up on a taxi, the machine helped to travel light and not to carry a dirty outfit to a coin laundry at the unfamiliar city. I didn’t want to make housekeepers to clean the room every day, but I wanted to request new bottles of mineral water, teas and some towels. I was thinking to go to the front desk to request the service, then guess what?! Two housekeepers knocked the doors in the late afternoon after we came back, bringing items we wanted! The front desk staff were kind and greeted with smiles each time!! The evening we were leaving to the airport, my phone battery was out. Mr. San at the desk provided the speed charger. We waited and waited but my phone didn’t work. Before I requested, he called a taxi using his app for us. We could arrive at the airport on time! Later at home, I searched to fix my phone and I realized I had to reboost my phone by pushing sound + sound - and power button. I truly appreciate Mr. San for his resourcefulness and kindness. Thank you all for your big smiles and kindness.

One hotel worker came to the room to request my passport after 8pm. It must be mandatory, but the front desk did the same when I checked in, and it was 10 pm back home (time zone) so it scared me to wake up kids. Also, a hotel worker and a lady who used this room yesterday ringed the door bell at 10 pm to check if there was a doll on the bed or around. I asked them to check the room keepers. It was midnight back home. I was wearing my pajamas and I didn’t want to wake up my kids. I would appreciate if the hotel worker can wait for a moment to ring the doorbell for the second time. The staff explained there will be 5 percent additional charges for the credit card payment when we checked in. I paid the extra charge, but you might want to bring enough cash for the payment.

This hotel has the nicest staff who go out of their way to help guests offering recommendations, maps etc of places to and eat. I cannot explain just how lovely all the staff are from reception to the breakfast staff and cleaners we travelled all over Vietnam and met all the nicest people in this hotel! The location is good and apartment was perfect for a base for a few days. Breakfast selection was very good and I would highly recommend for a no frills clean apartment in good location.

The staff are all very pleasant and helpful! They gave good restaurant recommendations, help with tour and car bookings. Hotel is located off the main street so its away from the chaos and yet near enough to walk to the major sights in the city. Breakfast was good and the staff were great there as well.

The apartment was very nice and spacious, with two large bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a washing machine, and two bathrooms. It was also very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, within walking distance of Train Street and many other sightseeing attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind, especially "William", who provided us with a lot of assistance throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

The only thing I was not satisfied with was the breakfast. Although there was a good variety of food, the cleanliness could be improved. There were many flying insects around the fruit and bakery items, as they were not properly covered.

Khách sạn nằm trong ngõ Hội Vũ khá nhỏ nhưng xe ô tô 7 chỗ có thể ra vào được. Từ đây đi bộ tầm 10 phút là ra tới Hồ Gươm. Kế bên khách sạn có nhiều quán ăn, quán cà phê, cửa hàng tiện lợi.

Chất lượng wifi lướt mạng thì ổn, nhưng chưa đủ để xem livestream hoặc chơi game.

The staff were respectful, professional and made the experience all the more amazing, always ready to help and a great chat. Especially NingNing and William at the front desk but also all the others we met and helped us out. Food was tasty and rooms were clean.

All Staff are very friendly and charming. They provide a map and details of nearby places. William and Ningning were very accommodating with our requests. Our cruise was cancelled due to typhoon and they allowed us to extend our booking. They also provided early check in the day we landed in Hanoi. The breakfast also has a decent spread, and the caterers are also friendly and smiling.

Everything was great. Only one bathroom had water dripping from the ceiling. It was raining continuously when we were there. No other issues

Very welcoming and Friendly staff! Clean large apartment in a great location! Have rated a 10 based on price, great value for your money. Good breakfast, buffet and made to order options with lovely staff. As a couple we had an Aroma Massage, much nicer than the ones off the street. No noise was heard from other rooms, just some minor noises from outside.

The couch is hard making it difficult to relax on. Slightly dated but expected from price point.

Excellent place to stay, rooms are clean n spacious, reception staff are very kind and helpful, we just loved them, they were ready for helping at all the moment. Breakfast was very tasty and staff at hotel were very cooperative, they loved to feed us and all guests at the restaurant. Superb place will love to visit again.

Staff were super friendly, William and Ning Ning were outstanding, gave excellent restaurant recommendations and were very organised with booking our Ha Long Bay cruise and our transfer to the airport. We even received packed breakfast as our flight departed so early. The apartment is in a super convenient location in the Hanoi old quarter, on the cutest little side road, with some local coffee shops and hairdressers. It was spacious, well equipped with a washing machine, perfect for a family of five.

Quality of food (breakfast) could be improved and the placemats on the breakfast tables looked rather unclean.

Hotel was so central just like it says in the name! Spotless clean, great breakfast and the staff were super friendly! Fantastic start to the holiday!

Hanoi Central Hotel and Residence is a fantastic hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – extremely convenient for exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. They are also very helpful in organizing day tours around the area. The rooms are very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also great and a wonderful start to the day.

The only thing I didn't like is that they charge an extra fee (5%) for card payments.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff treated us like family and were always friendly and helpful—special thanks to Andrew, William, and Ryan for their excellent service. The room was clean and spacious for 3–4 people, with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and washing machine. Free laundry detergent was a nice touch. The location is great, with many famous restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful. One young staff member even offered to pack food for me to take away when I was short on time. My family and I all loved this hotel.

The only minor issue was that the shower gel or conditioner provided in the bathroom were not very well-equipped.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und war für unseren Aufenthalt in Hanoi eine sehr gute Wahl. Besonders positiv fanden wir das freundliche, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Personal. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Herrn William, der uns sehr freundlich und persönlich beim Verpacken unserer Koffer geholfen hat. Der Service war insgesamt ausgezeichnet.

Es gab während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts Anfang August 2026 keine wesentlichen Dinge, die uns gestört haben. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Such a wonderful and genuine hotel, the service is incredible, above and beyond! We've never met such an intimate, kindhearted and hardworking group of staff. The receptionists, Tuyet, Andrew, and Ryan, and many others, were especially knowledgeable and communicative, so kind! They went out of their way to help us order food to the hotel from outside stores, connected with locals to give us insight on various stores or goods we wanted, and even helped us set up a tour to Hạ Long Bay. They are so helpful! Not to mention, they even walked us up to our room and helped us with luggage, without even asking! Each room feels like a personal apartment with your own complimentary essentials, and the A/C IS SO GOOD! Beautiful bathroom as well. Perfect for the summer heat. I can't express enough how incredible the staff were, they are extremely friendly and eager to help, they felt like friends. The breakfast in the morning is delicious, fresh, and the staff there are just as sweet and helpful. Every day has new dishes and sweet treats, and you can even order Phở and crepes. (We highly recommend trying the freshly made yogurt and passionfruit together. The juiceis even freshly made, passionfruit, mango, and watermelon. Felix especially was a very sweet worker, and we enjoyed our conversations with him. Every moment here felt so genuine and comfortable, even the cleaning staff are friendly. This hotel is especially tourist-friendly, highly recommend! It's also a simple walk to old street & many other hot spots. They have connections and are happy to help guide you! Even when we entered our room, they provided us with a map and list of activities, places, restaurants, and spa treatments.

There is nothing to dislike, the staff are extremely attentive 24/7 and they work especially hard, it's very admirable, thank you so much Hanoi Central Hotel! They even restock the breakfast extremely quickly! They will do their best to help you.

Spacious apartment unit even though it is a little dated it is very clean. We like the location of the hotel because although it is not central to the old quarter it has everything around it and away from the noise. I was able to shop the markets in the alley and walk to the lake easily. The staff is exceptionally helpful especially NingNing and Andrew. They are very respectful, courteous and helpful towards my husband who has a mobility disability. Breakfast has everything but the staff seems a little indifferent towards Asian guests and more friendly towards westerners in my opinion by greeting them and only acknowledging other Asian guests. . Except for one very respectful young male staff in the breakfast room whom I forgot to ask for the name. Over all I think the hotel setting fits our travel needs and I would recommend it.

Very good location, though it is quiet. our family room was great, very spacious. Good breakfast and so friendly staff! Andrew helped us in organising our transfer from airport and halong bay Cruise.

Cet hôtel était parfait ! Le personnel est adorable, toujours prêt à aider même pour nous trouver des excursions. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, il y a du salé, du sucré, type occidental et local (phô, banh cuon, nems,...) et on peut même commander des œufs et des crêpes faites sur le moment. Il est aussi très bien situé près de la Train street, du Lac Hoan Kiem, beaucoup de boutiques. Et les chambres sont confortables, grandes et la literie est très bien. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci à toute l'équipe :)

We had an excellent experience with Daisy throughout our Vietnam trip. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive from the moment we booked until the end of our journey. All our airport and hotel transfers were perfectly organized, with punctual drivers and comfortable vehicles. The Halong Bay cruise she arranged was outstanding—beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a truly memorable experience. Our private Ninh Binh tour was another highlight, with a well-planned itinerary that allowed us to explore the area's stunning landscapes comfortably and at our own pace as we had very short time span to cover Nin binh Daisy's attention to detail, prompt communication, and commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly made our trip completely stress-free. As part of a 7 days holiday in Vietnam, I arrived at Hanoi Central Hotel which is a sister hotel of Hotel Calista at the Old Quarter. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with tea coffee making facilities etc. Reception staff were extremely friendly and genuinely caring. Recommend this hotel as the location connects well for all the tours as well

Die Lage ist super zentral und ruhig zugleich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal extrem freundlich. Auch als unsere Tochter einen Spiegeltisch beschädigte unabsichtlich, mussten wir nichts bezahlen.

We loved the breakfast. We enjoyed the hotel and location. Thanks to the staff we got to have our rooms in the same building, which meant an upgrade on one of our rooms. Staff helped us with finding good restaurants and even tips for our trip to Sapa. They helped us get a nice shower after checkout, since we where leaving late on that day.

From the moment we checked in, the experience has been wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful and very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable , the location is in the Old Quarter which makes it easy to explore. All round a very pleasant experience.

Location on a quiet street just a minute off the main shopping area. So quiet for sleeping. We stayed in the family apartment with two bedrooms as we have different needs for air conditioning and it was perfect for comfort. Breakfast...eggs done any way, delicious pho soup, all the western foods plus tropical fruits, good coffee. Room very clean with towels etc new evey day. The staff are ALL fantastic in helping, friendly and welcoming, ordering taxi etc. Advised us good place to get money out of ATM at safe area bank nearby. FIVE STAR definitely.

A really nice hotel in a quiet lane, one street away from the fab, crazy bustle of the old quarter streets. Great location! Close to everything you need. We were given an upgrade on arrival and loved our rooms. It was a short stay in rainy, heatwave conditions and it was great to have a quiet, cool haven to retreat to. The staff are wonderful. They made us feel comfortable and welcome and gave us great advice on places to eat. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at this place. I would also to mention the amazing staff and the great service we have received. We have left to another hotel in Hanoi during our stay in a different area, and Andrew a staff member in Central Hotel called us to say there was a mistake in the SPA bill and we need to receive 765k vnd. He contacted the frondesk in the hotel and transfer them the money to return us. That amazing and show all the great service of the staff. Thank you all!

We had a lovely stay at Hanoi Central Hotel. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and rooms were spacious and clean. Highly recommend!!

Everything! Incredible value! We had a two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and it was really spacious. We were grateful for the washing machine and complimentary washing liquid ( such a nice touch). Even though this hotel is situated in the busy part of Hanoi, it is tucked away up a quaint, little side street which allows for a restful sleep. The staff are so kind and helpful with everything we needed. Shout out to the Manager Andrew who was interested in any feedback we could advise to makes this new business better… we had no suggestions! We really enjoyed staying here.
