My family and I were very happy and satisfied with our stay at Eliana Premio Hotel in Hanoi. The communication with them weeks prior to check in and during our stay was superb. The room was clean and the breakfast was simple but good as well. Ruby, Quinn, Lily, and the rest of the staff made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the smiling reception tea with some drinks. The young lady from the reception was super sweet and attentive, she explained what we can visit in Hanoi, where we can eat etc. which was appreciated. Everything I asked the staff something they were more than happy to assist, they never seemed bothered. The staff si purely amazing ! The day we left Ivy assisted us with the check out process, offered us some water for the road and even waited with us the grab to make sure we get to the right airport terminal. The room was huge, the balcony was immense. We appreciated the bed, it was really big, super comfortable. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street we slept great. Breakfast was great as well, loads of salads, meats, yoghurt and we had an a la carte menu where we could order eggs, phó, banh mi, etc. The young lady from the breakfast section was super amazing and helpful as well. I couldn't recommend this place enough. No BS, no one insisted that I write this review. It was just great.

Just as a small improvement, some glasses would be appreciated in the room, instead the ceramic ones. For example some wine glasses 🤗

The staff were so friendly and lovely, staff members Link and Ivy were so helpful and let us leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out and have a hot bath when it had been raining all day. It was extremely kind of them

The hotel was amazing, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was excellent, especially thanks to the two wonderful staff members, Phuong and Giang. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is great with easy access to Hoan Kiem Lake, countless amazing restaurants and railway street. The staff were fantastic. They were always smiling and greeting us whenever we went out and came back, especially Sofia, who helped us so much with everything. She even helped us purchase tickets for the Water Puppet Show and was always happy to assist with anything else we needed. Ivy was also always smiling and kindly spoke Korean with us (my wife is Korean) which was lovely for a quick chat. We travel a lot and have stayed at quite a few hotels but the staff at this hotel were truly the best. They were amazing and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was also great. If we come back to Hanoi, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

I booked this trip on short notice and stayed here for a quick getaway. The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the breakfast was delicious. The information provided at check-in—including the "Train Street" schedule and recommendations for nearby Vietnamese restaurants—was incredibly helpful. Above all, the staff were courteous and welcoming, making for a very pleasant stay. Sophia, in particular, was attentive during check-in and even gifted me a bottle of water at check-out; her hospitality was outstanding.

It was a shame that the room on the first floor had no windows, but considering the value for money, it wasn't bad.

Incroyable séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et au petit soin, surtout Link et Ruby qui ont vraiment été adorable du début à la fin à toujours s’assure que tout allait bien de notre côté. Franchement je recommande ce séjour car tout était vraiment parfait.

Location was perfect. Sofia, Tom, ruby, ivy we all so helpful and gave us great advice on the city as first time visitors.

The rooms and the location were excellent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything. I would especially like to thank Link, Quin, Ivy, and Sofia for their kindness, helpfulness, and warm smiles. 😊 The breakfast might feel a little limited for a Turkish guest, but since we are abroad, I think this is completely normal and definitely not something that would make me lower my rating. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. My rating is definitely 10/10! I would happily stay here again if I visit Hanoi in the future.

The staff are the best, they cannot do enough for you!! This is my 2nd stay at the hotel and I was treated like one of the family...I love this hotel!! Breakfast is amazing and the greeting you receive when you enter and leave the hotel is fabulous!

There should be a variety of tea offered for breakfast. There is only 1 tea and 1 type of coffee..... I think this could be improved.

The hotel is located very central to everything. Ivy, Sofia and Quinn made our stay more memorable with the great service they provided, from check in all through heading to the airport. The breakfast had variety of food options, overall this hotel is great value for money.

I wished the hotel had more facilities like gym or swimming pool. I also wished the lift went straight to level 8 for breakfast, specially travelling with an elderly.

Lili y Link son las mejores; súper amables y educadas. Ayudándonos en todo para que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado y te dan zumos naturales que están muy ricos.

La ubicación es muy estresante, pero en el hotel no se escucha el ruido exterior.

Had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff, especially Link, were very attentive and friendly. The only downside was the frequent communication pushing for online reviews, but that seems to be the case many places in Vietnam. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Everything was fine until checkout, when the hotel accused us of staining a duvet and demanded US$20, even though their video did not prove the stain was caused by us; with our flight approaching, I had no choice but to pay 500,000 VND. They also offered a “50% discount” on our airport transfer for booking their Ninh Binh tour, but the discounted price was US$9 while Grab was around US$10, and they eventually told us to use Grab instead. This left us feeling the promotion was very misleading. Very disappointing way to end what had otherwise been a pleasant stay, and I would advise guests to document the room and clarify all charges before checkout.
