Staff was absolutely amazing! So nice and helpful. The place was clean, cold and functional! I'd absolutely stay here again

It's just a preference, but I didn't like the shower set up.

Очень приветливый и заботливый персонал. Помогли с арендой мотобайков (нам их привезли сразу в отель) так же в отели для них была парковка а для электробайка зарядка. Искали отель с ванной по этому если вам это важно тут она присутствует. Так же если хотите забронировать отель планируйте бронь заранее так как места ограничены. Хотели продлить бронь но уже все номера были заняты. Арендовали 2 номера (себе с женой и отдельно сыну).

Facilities were clean and new. Beautiful photography throughout. Modern bathroom and kitchen with a bath tub in the ensuite. TV in each room where we could watch YouTube. It was quiet and a very comfortable stay. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. There was Nina Mart just a short distance away. We did like the daily breakfast options to snack on.

It's a little bit further out from the beach, but not a deal breaker.

The 3in1 coffee is definitely not the best option, my suggestion would be drip bag coffee, it's not expensive and easy to do with pour over hot water.

everything was nice inside the property

I was not bothered that much, but in the front of the hotel street you can expect rats. If you re not used to this( common in asia imo) you may have a bad experience. Staff have a difficult time communicating in english.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, the staff was very kind, they helped us with information and with renting a motorbike, the room was cleaned daily, clean towels, bottles of water every day, we also had breakfast included, every day we were offered snacks, soups, croisants or other kind of snacks. It also has parking if you rent a scooter, and the washing machine with dryer in the room was very useful and very silent. I highly recommend this hotel, Thank you again for your hospitality.

해변에서 멀지 않고 조용한 위치에 있습니다. 건물이 전반적으로 깨끗하게 관리되고 있습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절합니다. 조식은 호텔에서 준비한 간편식을 룸에서 섭취하는 방식인데 내가 편한 시간에 취향대로 먹는게 더 편한 느낌이었습니다.

초기 화면에 조식에 대한 설명을 정확하게 해주는것이 필요합니다. 기대치와 실망감은 반비례하니까.

The property was so clean and well maintained. Everthing was matched to the photos. Everything was available in the Kitchen and washrooms.

Snídaně v ceně chudá vše donesli na pokoj dvě vejce kaši nebo banán.Voda k pití.Tohle není snídaně ale pouze občerstvení kuchyně skskoro bez nádobí.Hrdý název snídaně v ceně.

It was clean and cozy, especially I liked the bathroom where you can relax in a hot tub. The staff were friendly, they cleaned our room every day, and brought breakfast and water. Accommodation is also good, close to the sea. I can recommend 🤍

朝食は、部屋で自分で作るタイプ。 油、塩、胡椒は、常備してくれたら、よかったかな。

War alles top vom Empfang bis hin zu den Zimmern. Wir bekamen bei Ankunft auch ein Zimmer upgrade um den selben Preis. Alles war sauber und die Betten waren auch weicher als in den meisten Unterkünften in Vietnam. Da wir ein Appartement hatten mussten wir uns das Frühstück selber machen aber das war auch ok.

朝食が置いてある変なカップラーメン、これは信じられない対応。こんなのいらないからその分安くしてもらいたい。

The staff are excellent and very helpful. They arranged for us to have fruit and yoghurt for breakfast as an alternative and gave us helpful information on places to eat and other things to see. The apartment is in a quieter residential area with lots of cafes and restaurants located a short distance away on the main street.

It’s definitely not located within less than 1km from My Khe beach or even the closer beach which is probably more than 1km away.

No negatives that I can think of.

This new apartment offers easy access to both the My Khe beach and the CBD. It was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were very friendly. Tran, in particular, was incredibly helpful in planning our trips and arranging transportation. Although breakfast was provided, we were too busy exploring Vietnamese cuisine. The area is relatively quiet, not as busy as My Khe Beach.

Clean with all the stuff necessary for an apartment, except lacking in a mug or a glass. Great for a young guy who works on computers and eats take away food

清潔で、自宅のように寛いで過ごせるので、何度かリピート。 立地もそれなりに良く、海とビンコンプラザの間にあり、両方とも少し歩くが徒歩圏内。 また、部屋の鍵が2つあり、外出中でも洗濯機を回しておける。 今回は一番広いお部屋だったが、バルコニーも大きく、ゆったり洗濯物を干せて良かった。バスタブや簡単な朝食も付いている。 スタッフは、車に乗った後も、最後までお見送りをしてくれた。

Super friendly staff, very clean and really good cleaning service and breakfast. Nicely located in a quiet street but close to the beach and many restaurants and cafes.

Only minor drawback was that the walls werent't property soundproof, as it was advertised. However still a very pleasant stay.

- They gave a clothes rack dryer - The desk is okay for working on a laptop - There is a microwave, washing machine, stove and refrigerator (small) - A bathtub - Quiet neighborhood - There is a tiny grocery store on the 1st floor that you can go to if, for example, you run out of drinking water at night

- Breakfast is small and monotonous: one sausage, noodles, one egg and one small bag of milk per person - Ants. They will come at the smell of "breakfast", they will crawl near the trash can. Small, but not uncomfortable - Narrow bed - Laundry detergent and dish sponge have to be bought by yourself. A kitchen spatula will also be helpful. - The gym is on the 1st floor and is one treadmill and one ellipsoid standing in public view

Clean apartment, friendly and helpful front office staff, generally a comfortable place to stay. Some well priced, local cuisine, small restaurants in nearby streets.

The location is a bit out of the main strip & walking there is via the highway over the bridge. The hotel is situated among many vacant blocks of land filled with rubbish. The walls between rooms are thin. We were woken up by a noisy 3 am arrival next door, then we heard ALL their nightly activities. Breakfast is make-it-yourself. Provided is a few processed products like packet noodles & tin of meat (something like spam). The only good thing were fresh eggs. A few cooking utensils supplied and nothing to wash them with (sorry to those staying after us, we used hand soap and wet tissues to wash the dishes with).

The staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The apartment is cleaned daily. The equipment is quite new and modern. Easy access to the beach and all the iconic attractions of Da Nang.

Friendly staff, the hotel is clean and is close to the beach and nearby attractions. Room is well-equipped, was able to make some dinner for the night right in the room as well as doing some laundry. Well-balanced between a hotel and an apartment. Definitely worth staying here.

It is in a quiet community, and you can see the lively streets when you walk out. The equipment in the room is quite new and clean. The washing machine has a drying function, which brings a lot of convenience to my journey. The staff at the counter are kind and courteous, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Very good hotel you get for not much money Clean bright room, washing machine with dry function will help you in that climate. Nice bathroom. 2 air conditioners in the room. Nice cheerful administrators were helpful and very pleasant, thank you! Everyday high quality cleaning. Have its own motorbike parking.

Some ugly people smoke in the nearby rooms( despite ist forbidden) so you can smell it No sponge for washing the dished( thanks cleaners for doing it instead of me while cleaning the room) Air conditioner dont work while you are not in the room so when you return its hot here.

The description said Wash and dry Machine. But the dryer doesn't dry the clothes. And also Breakfast was make your own breakfast with ingredients provided.

There is no regret with staying here. We had an amazing time. Especially these staffs are very lovely, kindly and having a good hospitality. Actually we extended our stay so we stayed here total 12 days. The room is clean(thank you very much for housekeeper). There is a big mall near here around 10mins by walk and also we can easily to get Bank too. we need cash in Vietnam so its very helpful. So super good location. Beach? soon. Do not worry. Anyway if you are looking for some hotel, just decide here. time is money, save your time, use your time for the adventure of DaNang !!! Hope you have an amazing time like us.

The shower got the bathroom wet. The breakfast was a package of noodles in our room. Towels too short, charged laundry soap. It seemed expensive for what it was-for the same price @Risemont a 5 Star with an amazing breakfast and two pools.

시설은 아주 깨끗합니다. 조식은 기대하면 안됩니다. 컵라면이 조식. 장봐서 해먹고나 사먹으세요. 방음이 취약해서 예민하신분들은 잠못잡니다. 밤새 피리부는 인간에 옆집 티비소리에 방문 여닫는소리 등등.
