המלון במיקום ממש מרכזי, 4 דקות הליכה לרחוב הרכבת המפורסם. יש באזור הרבה חנויות והוא מאוד מואר ותוסס עד השעות המאוחרות של הלילה. המלון עצמו נקי, חדרים מרווחים, מיטות גדולות ומרווחות, מיני בר בחדר עם שתיה בתשלום, ובקבוקי מים קטנים בחינם, מיזוג אויר מעולה. הצוות במלון היה מ ה מ ם !! מסבירי פנים, נעימים, תמיד זמינים ותמיד מחייכים ועוזרים. אפשר לפנות אליהם בכל דבר והם פשוט עושים את כל הבירורים ועוזרים בהכל!

Il personale è stato eccezionale, incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile. La colazione era deliziosa e abbondante, e la posizione era semplicemente perfetta. La pulizia era meticolosa. Non abbiamo trovato nulla che non andasse, tanto che torneremo tra tre giorni, di passaggio per la prossima meta.

The hotel is located in Hanoi Old Quarters. It is close to Hoan Kiem lake, the market and train street. There's heaps of amazing cafes nearby. The staff were kind, friendly, accomodating and helpful. They are super organised and had a detailed list of safety measures for guests while travelling in and around Hanoi. The service was top notch which made my stay really comfortable. The room i stayed in was spacious and bright. It had wide windows overlooking the city. The room had comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel offered complementary breakfast which was amazing as well. To all the staff who looked after me and my friend during our time in Hanoi, a massive thank you! You guys went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Goed locatie in de oude stad. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het bed in de kamer was voor Vietnamese begrippen echt fantastisch.

Amazing location, amazing staff! Nothing was too much trouble! Staff were very knowledgeable about local eating places! We booked two room but got an upgrade so we could be near each other!

The hotel was great, starting with its very strategic location, which made it easy to explore the city, to the staff, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist.The services provided by the hotel were excellent, especially the transportation and the organisation of our 2-day trip to Ninh Binh, which made everything so easy and convenient.I’d also like to mention how kind and helpful the staff were in keeping our luggage safe while we travelled for four days around northern Vietnam. It was a great help and gave us peace of mind during our trip.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Bed: Very comfortable, large bed. Great sleep. Shower: Powerful and good temperature. Space: Spacious room and bathroom. Amenities: Free bottled water daily. Good WiFi. Breakfast included, not the biggest western selection but enough including eggs to order such as omelette. Rooms serviced and fresh towels daily. Staff: Very helpful and friendly. Local map and information provided on arrival including restaurant recommendations and where to get cash out. Quick service. Welcome drink and fruit on arrival. Location: In the Old Quarter, great to walk around although there are mopeds everywhere but that is part of being here. Noise: Faint noise from the streets such as beeping mopeds but this did not disturb us. Aircon: Aircon never quite got cold enough but it was okay. A fan was provided in the room which we used and that worked fine. Would I recommend: Yes

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they assisted with arranging a spa visit and a one-day Ha Long Bay tour, which was offered at a discounted rate. I also really appreciated the thoughtful birthday gift they gave me when I checked out after noticing that my birthday was coming up a few days later. It was a lovely personal touch.

We had a very pleasant stay at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a comfortable bed that gave us a great night’s sleep. One thing we really appreciated was the soundproofing. Even though the hotel is in a convenient and lively area, our room was quiet and peaceful. The location was excellent, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and other services all around, making everything very easy and convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a small but lovely buffet, with a nice selection and everything we needed to start the day. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at Salute for one night in Hanoi, and felt very well looked after throughout my stay. The attentive staff helped me with my luggage, facilitated an early check-in and even upgraded my room free of charge. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and is situated in a great location in Hanoi’s old quarter. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury in Hanoi.

Perfect location, amazing and king staff, really clean and the bed was really big and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location for the Old Quarter area, easy to get around. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was good, really enjoyed the beef pho as well as Western options. Rooms were spacious and AC was a godsend in the Hanoi heat.

Colazione non grande ma che offriva un pò tutte le possibili scelta: occidentale dolce/salato o quella locale. Ci hanno supportato bene anche nel nostro caso di celiachia. Posizione del vecchio quartiere ottima. Hotel pulito e staff molto gentile. Visto che eravamo stati 6 giorni ci hanno pure offerto una scatola di biscotti al cocco. Siamo andati via un giorno prima di quanto prenotato e anche se non hanno potuto toglierci dal costo la notte in più ci hanno scontato i costi di transazione pagando con carta (3%).

Hotel molt ben situat. L’estètica de la recepció es molt bonica. Personal molt atent i amb bona disposiciónper ajudar. Habitació molt agradable amb un llit ample i còmode. Bona relación qualitat-preu.

La amabilidad del personal del hotel es inmejorable, dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesites para facilitar la estancia. El desayuno recomendable.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti al Salute premium Hotel di Hanoi. In breve: ottima posizione per girare il quartiere vecchio a piedi, stanze pulite e molto confortevoli e personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. In particolare, a causa di un imprevisto abbiamo dovuto anticipare di un giorno il nostro arrivo ad Hanoi. Contattata la struttura, hanno trovato immediatamente una soluzione, offrendoci oltretutto un upgrade della camera gratuito.

L’accoglienza dello staff, gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La posizione è centralissima. Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione

La cama y el desayuno muy bueno.

Espacio muy reducido, el restaurante sólo se abre para el desayuno lo que te impedía tomar un café a la tarde . A la hora de reservar pedí dos camas y me dieron cama de matrimonio. No sé si es problema de booking o del hotel.

Ein sehr toller Empfang. .Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr professionell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage des Hotel war Zentral. Kommen gerne wieder.Frühstück war bis jetzt auf der Reise das Beste.

Pulitissimo posizione strategica personale molto accogliente

Mooi schoon hotel in de Old Quarter. Het is een net hotel, met een mooie lobby en fijne kamers. Bij aankomst krijg je een sapje met een handdoekje. Voor het ontbijt kon je kiezen uit ei gerechten a la carte en daarbij buffet voor andere gerechten. Fijn personeel wat je probeert te helpen, zo mochten wij na een vroege vlucht al eerder inchecken, heel fijn. Amper last gehad van het straatgeluid (terwijl we aan de straatkant lagen) Aan te raden.

Excellent séjour au Salute Hôtel. Très bien placé dans le quarier historique. Le personnel est très attentionné et professionnel. Un grand merci notamment à Chloé et Charlie. Je recommande les yeux fermés :)

Camere grande accogliente e pulita

The staff were welcoming, very helpful with local information, organizing tours, etc. The room was comfortable. On our return stay during our time in Vietnam, they offered us an upgrade to a lovely room. The street and the area is noisy and full of traffic but once inside the hotel and in the room, we had peace and quiet. We could really relax. The breakfast was varied, vegetarian friendly and good quality.

In our first room the bathroom seemed old and not functioning perfectly. Also no ventilation.
