From the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel to the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff, we felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. I especially appreciated how Ms. Cara would personally send us a message to ask how we slept, whether the bed was comfortable, and if there was anything else they could assist us with. It may seem like a small gesture, but that kind of thoughtful and personalized service truly made us feel valued as guests.

They have an agreement with a spa 1 min walking and a great discount overthere. Cara was so kind and sweet and helped with everything we needed.

Sehr hellhörig. Z.t ab 5:30h poltern die Gäste die Treppe rauf und runter. Der Reinigungswagen steht gegenüber von der Zimmertür, auch da war leider immer eine Gewisse Lautstärke gegeben. Was wirklich sehr störend war, ständig bekam man über WhatsApp Nachrichten. Wo sind sie? Sollen wir ihnen etwas buchen? Wo fahren Sie hin? Sollen wir einen Transport organisieren..? ich hatte bereits am Anfang erwähnt, das ich nicht zum ersten Mal in vietnam bin und mich selber organisiere. Ich hatte nur erwähnt zu überlegen Richtung... zu gehen.. evtl. Nur wenig später kamen ungefragt / ungewollt zig Angebote über WhatsApp.

They had also noted when my Birthday was and surprised us with a lovely birthday cake on the day. It was genuinely one of the best stays we have had.

Se non si scelgono le camere con la finestra risultano molto buie e in due camere l’aria condizionata ha versato acqua, bagnando le valigie posizionate sotto. La receptionist è molto disponibile, ma un pò troppo insistente.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, taking care of even the smallest details and giving us a wonderful feeling of being at home. They went above and beyond to help with everything we needed, from arranging tours and transportation to recommendations and anything else we needed around the city. Their genuine care and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, especially while traveling with our children. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026We loved this hotel - it was a perfect choice from many aspects. Perfect location and we spent 4 very comfortable nights here. Pre-arrival and also during our stay the communication was excellent and the reception checked every day if we had any concerns. We had two rooms, one was on the 8th floor Executive suite. Loved the big room, the decore and the view from the balcony. The aircon worked very well, which was essential in the Hanoi heat. The room and bathroom was very spacious. We also had a twin room with balcony on the second floor for our daughters. Room was smaller, however still very spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was on top floor (9th - only accessible by stairs) and we loved the variety of food choices, good coffee. We also used the laundry service multiple times, which we found excellent and very affordable. The staff was very helpful, always ready to help and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return when back in Hanoi.

Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Cara pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son aide précieuse. Elle s’est occupée pour nous de plusieurs réservations pour la suite de notre séjour au Vietnam, ce qui nous a grandement facilité l’organisation. Une équipe aux petits soins et une très belle expérience. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Chambre très propre avec vue extérieure.Emplacement idéal pour faire le vieux quartier à pied et le marché de nuit. On se sent bien , je conseille vivement cet hôtel très agréable . Petit déjeuner très appréciable et varié avec les fruits de saison. Une immersion en toute simplicité. Parfait pour un court séjour à Hanoï

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The staff are fabulous and extremely welcoming and helpful ! The location could not be better ! The rooms are wonderful especially with the balcony which was spacious and the room without balcony was good enough. The breakfast was lovely.
Nothing - but since you’re in the old quarter expect some noise from the street in the morning.
