Loved my long stay at this Villa. The family looking after the property were always kind and helpful when I needed. The room was very big and comfortable, and the pool was a lifesaver on those hot days. The location is 5min scooter away from town but I appreciated the quiet street away from the noise. They can also help organise tours, trips and laundry service. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Hoi A but stay in a quieter part of town.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett riesig, das Badezimmer total schön! Jeden Morgen den Blick ins Grüne durch ein großes Fenster! Die Familie die dort wohnt war sehr freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Highlight ist der Pool und die Lage! Anstatt in der überfüllten teuren Altstadt zu sein, ist die Villa ein paar Fahrradminuten davon entfernt und wir hatten unsere Ruhe! Tolle kleine günstige Cafés in der Nähe. Und Fahrräder konnten wir umsonst leihen!

L’hôtel est bien placé (15 minutes à pieds du centre ville, donc la rue est calme), la chambre est spacieuse et les lits confortables. La laundry est bien et pas chère. Point négatif, il y a des petites fourmis qui traînent dans la chambre.

Hosts: Amazing, very welcoming and helpful, and I guarantee the kids will put a big smile on your face no matter what type of day you've had! Location: It's in a quieter location, which is nice, but if you walk about 5 to 6 minutes, you're in a good spot with loads of cafes, places to eat, and so on. There's also a VERY good cafe on the end of the road, which is one of my favorites, and has a co-working space. And if you go just around the corner, there's a popular place to eat that's always rammed, and has amazing food and atmosphere. Room: My room felt like a small apartment, and it was really nice with a big window looking into the street. I really liked it, and it was very cleverly designed for storage, too. Bed: Very comfy, and big!

Everything here was great, I really couldn't find any fault with my stay. I'd say that if you're new to Hoi An, you may prefer being a bit closer to the action, but once you get your bearings, it's actually not as far out as you think.

Location. Spacious rooms. Some facilities. Cleaned the room whenever asked. Nice family who run it and tried to provide more kitchenware from their own kitchen when asked.

Beds and cupboards smelt fusty so the room smelled when you walked in. Needs a freshen up and walls painted. We stayed for 12 days and asked to have the room with the kitchen as shown in the photos. Not the same as the photos. No microwave. Not enough kitchenware to cook meals. No utensils. Tiny frying pan. Didn't provide basics like wash up liquid and cloth/scourer. The fridge didn't stay cold. The dining chairs are wood with no cushions. The shared terrace only had one big round table and two metal chairs. Not like in the photo. It could be so much better even if they charged more by providing basic starter facilities and enough cookware. Provide larger glass bottles to refill in reception rather than 2 small plastic ones on the first day. or a large bottle in the room. Also there was enough room for a sofa and TV. I would recommend they do this for that room and charge more.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Very nice place. Had the top room which is large with a large comfy bed. It does get a bit hot in the mornings with the sun coming through the glass but was fine with the fan on. You can borrow bikes or rent scooter to get into town easily. Close to some nice brunch places too.

The pool is nice, the location is not too bad, and there are free bikes available, which is very convenient. It’s a good place for a few nights.

We were disappointed by several things. We were woken up very early every morning, between 6 and 8 a.m., by the family or other guests of the hotel. Communication with the staff was difficult because they didn’t speak English. The room could have been cleaner, and it was already very bright early in the morning. After the fourth night, even though we had extended our stay in the same room, we were moved to a smaller one with an almost ineffective and very noisy air conditioner.

La piscine est agréable, l’emplacement n’est pas trop mal et il y a des vélos gratuits à disposition, ce qui est très pratique. L’endroit peut convenir pour quelques nuits.

Nous avons été déçus par plusieurs points. Nous avons été réveillés très tôt chaque matin, entre 6h et 8h, par la famille ou d’autres personnes de l’hôtel. La communication avec le personnel était compliquée car ils ne parlaient pas anglais. La chambre aurait pu être plus propre, et dès le matin, elle était très lumineuse. De plus, au bout de la quatrième nuit, alors que nous avions réservé des nuits supplémentaires dans la même chambre, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus petite, avec une climatisation presque inefficace et très bruyante.

The villa is beautiful and the staff and their children are very nice (specially the kids, always smiling). The room is spacious and it is well located. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. There are bike you can borrow to get around town. The swimming pool is gorgeous and a great way to stay fresh after a hot day in Hoi An.

The room was very hot due to the fact that it faced the sun almost all day long. I was under the impression the room had kitchenette and utensils to cook (from the pictures it looked like it had a microwave and other things). Since I booked for a longer period I thought I would be able to cook my own meals, but that's not a possibility.

Nice swimming pool, good location. The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable. At night is very comfortable, you can leave the balcony door open and it has a nice breeze coming in. The staff is nice and the property is actually the owners’ home. Their kids are cute and friendly. There are free bicycles to use, some are in better condition than others, but good enough to ride around town. The location is good, close enough to center and also quiet and local. The rice fields are pretty close and great for early mornings bicycles rides.

It was a room on the top floor, so it was very hot on the sunny days and the air con is not strong enough for the entire room during the day. There is no microwave in the room as some pictures show.

La struttura di per sè è carina: non è un albergo vero e proprio. È la casa dei proprietari adibita ad albergo. Non c’è una reception: si entra in cucina e bisogna farsi sentire. C’è un bagno, un tavolo grande e i porta scarpe. In questo albergo si va in giro scalzi, lasciando le scarpe all’ingresso. Sono disponibili le ciabatte. Le camere sono su diversi piani: sono ampie, spaziose, ma molto essenziali. Il nostro bagno non era cieco, ma era rovente. Faceva troppo caldo per usare il balcone, ma molto bello e carino. È collocato in una via molto tranquilla e silenziosa sia di giorno che di notte. Le camere sono insonorizzate bene. In camera avevamo un armadio, medio, due tavoli, due sedie, un comodino un frigorifero. Gli asciugamani erano grandi e puliti. In bagno c’era la prese di corrente per il phon, che era fornito. Il lavandino piuttosto grande, comodo anche come piano di appoggio. Lo specchio permetteva di vedersi quasi a figura intera. La camera è fornita del climatizzatore e del ventilatore: per avere una temperatura vivibile era necessario accenderli entrambi. Il letto comodo, rigido, con il topper. Due prese di corrente vicino al letto, così come anche gli interruttori centralizzati. Il servizio lavanderia molto efficiente: va a peso, ma se non ho capito male pesano i vestiti da bagnati. La doccia è spaziosa e ha tre rubinetti: un soffione, un doccino e un rubinetto come quello del lavandino. Ci sono diversi appendini. Nella nostra stanza c’era anche una pianta, carina. Al piano terra c’è un boccione per l’acqua minerale a disposizione di tutti i clienti. Il servizio biciclette è effettivamente comodo: ma dovrebbero essere tenute meglio. Alcune non avevano i freni funzionanti. Non è un albergo in senso proprio, ma non è nemmeno un affittacamere. È un po’ una via di mezzo.

Non corrisponde esattamente alle foto: la piscina è piccola e non molto pulita. Abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare le lezioni perché erano macchiate al nostro arrivo. Il frigorifero puzzava. Viene staccato dalla corrente quando la camera non è in uso: sembra pulito, ma il freezer è inavvicinabile. La pecca è che si stacca anche quando non si è in camera, dal momento che è legato al circuito generale che si accende e spegne inserendo la chiave magnetica. Non abbiamo usato la piscina per motivi di tempo: ma comunque non sembrava molto pulita. Dovrebbero tenere un pelo meglio le biciclette

Room was very big and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights here and loved it. Out of the main city meaning it was quiet. The pool was very nice after a long day in town.About a 15min walk to old town or you can hire bicycles.

Me and my friend stayed here in march and we absolutely loved it. The location is great, close to old town but also close to the rice fields. You can also use the bicycles for free which was nice. The rooms was clean and big. What we liked most with this place was the staff/owners. They were so lovely. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The place is amazing, located between the beach and the old town. (They lend bikes to go around, so easy). The place is also very quiet (street-wise, rooster-wise, AC-wise.) The only sound I could hear was birdsongs in the morning. The pool is a great +. The hosts are lovely.

One morning some guests were very noisy in the morning, at 7am… Maybe there should be some “rules” for the noise.

Was a nice place. What we didn’t like was that the room was smelling like mold and humidity on the ground floor room. And we couldn’t let the window open when we left since it was on the ground floor where everyone could enter. Probably the other rooms are better

Such a lovely homestay, with giant rooms and huge beds. The hosts were very attentive and friendly.

Great communication from the owner via whats app. Nice room and pool. The owners son and daughter were super cute. We did laundry and was cheap and quick. Free bike hire but we didnt use. The owner when we checked in said if anything is wrong or if we need anything let him know and I believe we would if we had somthing wrong he would of fixed it. :)

Could hear noises in the morning from the family and other guests but it was not early. We also understand its a homestay.

Very nice staff, they are a family business. Very responsive and helpful. Great location, we used the bikes for free. We did laundry and it was very good value for money, smelled amazing.

This Homestay is lovely. Their kids are really cute. Tours organised through them were amazing. Nice and calm area with good size rooms. Good bikes for free as it’s a bit far from town. The kitchen is available for use as no breakfast is included. Pool is cold so nice on a sunny day

Not a lot of space around the pool, only 1 sunbed. No daily or every other day room clean so no extra toilet paper or bin emptied unless you ask. For my weeks stay it was a little uncomfortable to keep asking.

Big spacious room, very friendly host, close to lots of cafes. Nice and quiet area 20 mins walk from the old town. It was refreshing to get away from the hustle and bustle and explore this area.

Extremely warm and welcoming host, value for money is absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend, it’s a short but very pleasant walk to the old town, comfy beds, good AC and moped/ bike hire.

Having an area for the pool was nice, good quiet location, nice rooms. Free access to push-bikes was nice. Nice balcony. Very friendly staff. They offered to help us check in and do our laundry (for a fee) even though it was New Years.

Shower walls were too transparent, lack of bathroom doors made for many awkward situations. Additionally no bathroom ventilation led to ongoing pungent stench following defecation. Pool was very cold, some heated jets would be nice.

It was fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, did our laundry and always had a smile on their faces. Highly recommend!

Great facilities, good value for money. There is a swimming pool, a kitchen, chill area, the street is rather calm and we had a large room with plenty of space. Also, the staff is adorable and offers plenty of services from free bikes, rental scooters, coconut boat tours, laundry and more

There was mold in our room, certainly due to the city's humidity It takes a few minutes for the warm water to arrive in the shower, but once it's there it doesn't run out

Free bicycles were great and the ones we used were in good condition. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were always very easy to reach through message on booking.com. The room was comfortable and a good price. The laundry price was cheap and fast too.

Very nice and clean place where to stay, quite neighbourhood and not far from the ancient town. During my stay I was dealing with Tung, really polite and helpful guy.
