I found this hotel at 2 AM while sitting in a nearby cafe, after three unsuccessful attempts to find a place during the day in different districts. Those other three hotels changed their terms after I had already paid and only informed me of the real conditions upon check-in. It was one of the toughest days of my life, so I was incredibly surprised and grateful that this hotel let me check in so late! Even at that hour, the staff was so welcoming and friendly 🫠😍 The room was clean and bright - exactly like the pictures. No insects, ants, or bugs at all; just spotless and perfect. I loved everything and finally got some great rest. Since I travel constantly and change hotels every few days to see more of Saigon, I had to move to another district. Publicly, though, I am sure I will come back very soon. I highly recommend this place to my fellow travelers as a warm, cozy, and safe spot to stay and enjoy the city! 🌆
Mở cửa 24/24 vị trí tốt sạch sẽ, nhân viẻn nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ khách hàng nhiều việc, nội thất mới, đảm bảo an ninh tốt, yên tĩnh
Rien
L’alarme incendie en plein milieu de la nuit alors qu’on était au 11 ieme étage et une chambre sans fenêtre
location is good surround by local street foods and coffee shops , quiet
a bit trouble with communication and the reception is at the top floor, housekeeper not make up the room daily , no window room,
Clean nice room with everything you need.
La habitación muy pequeña

This was an okay hotel. The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful and spoke almost flawless English. However the bed was very hard, laundry was rather expensive and they didn’t separate the whites from the colours, they didn’t clean my room everyday even though it says daily housekeeping, and it was a little out of the way. I actually checked out nine days early and stayed somewhere else. Overall a decent hotel for a few nights.
Room service don’t clean your sheets Rooms have no windows Bruh someone tried getting in my bag
Too noisy
Good budget hotel
Pillow cover smell sweat from previous person, hair on the bed.
I very happy with everything
This rating is based price/value. Get he balcony room. The street noise is a bit loud for a few hours here and there, but it's standard city buzz. Some nice walkable food options, but anything touristy or fancy is a short taxi away.
Staff were friendly and helpful. It was noisy at the street level, but it was quiet inside the hotel.
Nothing
Everything especially staff
Hotel is clean, but the Lady owner and staff zero 🌟
Hotel was fine, but customer services should be improved. I think the hotel is family owned and the owner wasn't too happy.
We booked a room with a bathtub and the bath didn’t work. And this was the only reason we opted for early check in. I asked for a new room because it was obvious the bathtub wouldn’t work but the female manager didn’t want to help us. Instead she demanded we pay the full night stay for the previous night because we checked in at 6am. I told her we are not paying for anything extra especially since we paid extra for a room with a bath tub. Eventually they gave us a new room but it was so much unnecessary havoc. Then before check out she made my husband take a photo of her to write a google review. They kept offering us free drinks and water to make up for what happened but it was just a bit annoying. Regardless the room was clean, they had a moped for hire, and we got new towels everyday. If you’re looking for a back room in hcmc then this is great.
Perfect
Entrance to the hotel lobby is down the parkade ramp to the basement, then elevator to the 11th floor lobby. Staff was friendly but spoke very limited English. Room was cool, clean and tidy. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was adequate.
the owner and the manager aren’t professional. Unstable price. Service was really bad. Never go back
We loved our stay👍
Great location easy walk into city and far enough out to avoid noise
No negatives
Property is clean.
Clean and good price
Not sure what it was, but I felt a bit of an uncomfortable atmosphere like it wasn't welcoming. They seemed to charge for everything and anything, the only place where we've not had a free bottle of water for example. We did book the budget room which may explain this.
Reasonably priced, pretty central, walking distance to the main sites.
Peculiar entrance arrangement. The hot water was minimal. The shower over the bath was hard to use without flooding the bathroom, a shower curtain may have helped. The provision of one key which you need to use the elevator is a pain. But the bed is way too hard for a good nights sleep
Average hotel where they offered meals at much higher price for a bowl of soup, but we took it to save time. Good friendly staff.
Security is good
Its a nice centrally located in Dist. 3. Walkable to downtown venues. Surrounded by various eateries of both restaurants and street foods which Vietnam is known for. Staff was extremely helpful. If you need anything, all you do is ask. They will give you the support needed. Will return to this location again.
Nothing else to say
I stayed due to a meeting at my embassy and although I stayed in my room preparing documents the day before the meeting, the staff checked in to see if I needed clean towels, to take out the garbage, to give me more water, etc. They were very attentive.
The location of this hotel is great. One can walk to the city center. The stuff members were also quite friendly. However, one of the reviews here was correct: there was no bed sheet for the blanket! Like zero. Not even when I asked for one. There’s sheet on the mattress, but nothing covering the duvet. I didn’t like it. Also the bathroom wasn’t clean - there were used towels and floor was wet. Also the room was super small.
To enter the hotel one needs to go down a steep ramp to the basement then elevator to the reception on 11th floor, a weird arrangement. The night staff set the rule that NO visitor is allowed in the room after 9pm. This rule is kept by the night staff, not posted in the room. Must avoid this hotel !! Terrible experience
I wil refer my friend to stay here
There were cigarette butts on the balcony when we arrived and when we left, never cleaned. The room was not clean. The bathtub with shower was unsafe, really no flat bottom to stand and very high sides. No hot water.
The hotel is located on a very busy street in the center of District 3, so it is always noisy both day and night. I am staying in a city-view room, so the noise comes through the window, and you can hear the traffic sounds in the room. The hotel staff is friendly and hospitable. However, some facilities in the room are not provided, such as a full-length mirror. I told the hotel manager to add this small item because it is very uncomfortable for both of us to use the same mirror in the restroom.
Nice hotel in Saigon
Location not so bad. Executive apartment rather good. The real problem is the mattress on the main bed. It is still covered in plastic foil making it very squeaky, slippery and uncomfortable. We asked at the reception to look into it but nothing happened.
Awesome Place. Close to everything
Loved the place
Thiên Tài Hotel's location was fantastic! It was just a 5-minute walk from where we needed to be, saving us time and hassle. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Despite not having a window, the air conditioning worked well, and the room felt well-ventilated. Both the single and double beds were comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep on the mattress. The bathroom had a reasonable size, and basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo were provided.
Check-in was a bit of a challenge due to a language barrier with the staff. Access to the parking level via the elevator required a room card, which wasn't clearly communicated, causing me inconvenience when trying to leave early. The check-out process was also a bit abrupt; we received a phone call asking if we were checking out, which ended abruptly after we confirmed our 12:00 PM departure. More professional communication would be beneficial.
Good in the hood
Location
Hotel rooms from floors 4 to 9. Reception desk at 11th. floor. Staff was very nice and helpful. Electric outlets were not conveniently installed. No bed sheets!!!
The check in floor is 11th, there is a stiff ramp going down before you get to elevator. If you have luggage, it'll hard to get down or up. This hotel will be okay for younger peoples. Not recommend for someone has a lot of luggage . No water in the room unless you go to 11 floor and ask for. Room with the balcony kind of noisy, otherwise room is clean and big.
Location, staff, cleanliness
No conditioner and no shower curtain in bath. Reception located on 11th floor. Mattress so hard. Not meet international standards. Management harassed for 5 star rating. No sound insulation between rooms
Great location. Clean room and facilities.
convenient to my office
There were no hot water, no windows, noise at night on the floor ( probably washing machine was working all night and people talking), and no good entrance to the hotel. I had to enter through the garage with no clear indication where to go
Great value for the money. Close to the center and restaurant around the corner.
Really easy check in, just head down the ramp and one of the lovely security guards will show you up to reception. Super friendly staff, great room and a fantastic location (especially for the price!)
Service of staffs are fantasic, cant fault them. The only down side is the balcony is shared and can access by different levels.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition.
Nice place, good price
Good
All good
This is a 3 Star Hotel but performs well above. Great ppl, very clean and brand new feel. Area not great for walking and not so quiet, but lots of breakfast and coffee options. Price to Quality ratio very high!
The best Hotel in Saigon.
We had a good 5 days of stay. It is located at the city center so it’s easy to roam around. I enjoyed walking around the hotel vicinity too. So far it was a lovely experience. They keep our room maintained too by changing the beddings, towels, etc.
Privacy respecting
I am from England so we have a very high standard. hotel was very clean. and cleaning staff was always there to clean rooms. and rooms are a good size and bed was always change I think this hotel was good value for money. staff was also good if and when I come again I would not hesitate to come back
Good location
Reception can’t speak English
The staff was great, bed very comfortable, room perfectly clean, and there anre even dining options in the hotel. Would stay again.
