Nice staff, grand location - just outside the hustle and bustle.

I must say that stay in this hotel was really nice. The location is convinient and area also really nice. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Workers at the reception were also so kind and helpful, especially anh Long. In my next trip to Vietnam i will definitely book this hotel again.

The space was great and just what we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool was also very nice, but no towels, they had all been used and nobody there to replace them.

There were no plates, only bowls and no knives. But it was not such a big problem for us.

I rumori degli aerei sono limitati e non sono un problema, le camere sono ben pulite ogni giorno passano a riordinare. E' vero la struttura è un decentrata. Io sono stato una notte in un' appartamento nel centro, rumore, confusione poca tranquillità e tutto più caro. Serve un mezzo se si ha una patenye internazionale girare in scooter è fantastico, la città non è pericolosa, altrimenti senza patente si può optare per uno scooter elettrico o per un 50cc in alternativa c'è Grab che funziona benissimo. struttura qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato.

Le confort des lits laissait vraiment à désirer. Des petits matelas, des couettes pas assez grandes et surtout pas confortable du tout. C’est sensé être la base de leur prestation…

The place was fantastic! Had everything needed. I got put in a room that the bed was much to hard for me and they went out of their way to switch it with an entirely different mattress that was much softer and to my needs! Having daily housekeeping was really nice as well.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, it was still very nice, but I'd maybe suggest having the pool cleaned a bit more often.

Das Dachgeschoss mit dem Pool ist schon sehr schön angelegt. Leider war der Pool nicht sehr sauber und wir konnten ihnen am ersten Tag auch gar nicht nutzen, da erst noch gereinigt werden musste. Es ist sehr schade, weil das ganze Ambiente sehr schön ist. Man könnte es viel besser nutzen und mehr daraus machen. Die Bar ist mit Pflanzen belegt, das ist sehr schade.

Leider gibt es in der Umgebung nicht allzu viel Möglichkeiten um zu essen. Man sollte sich also einen Roller mieten. Der elektroroller Verleih denen das Hotel anbietet ist ganz nett, allerdings kommt man mit dem Akku nicht ganz so weit. Das sollte man bedenken! Er wird aber vor Ort vom Hotel kostenlos aufgeladen bzw. Man kann der derweilren auf ein anderes Fahrzeug um switchen.

This property is very close to the Da Nang airport which saves time to reach quickly. Rooms are very clean and we received warm welcome from the Reception along with refreshing drinks. Room cleaning persons are excellent too. They changed towels on daily basis and clean the room. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment and so having option to cook our own food. All necessary amenities are there in the kitchen to support it along with the dish cleaning liquid. Both bedrooms and kitchen-dinning area are having ACs. There are 2 balconies in my apartment; one is attached to the master bedroom. Complementary drinking water bottles are there on daily basis with tea and coffee pouches. They provided sleepers to use in the bathroom. Sandals were provided too to go out. Gym and swimming pool is available in the 7th floor and accessible for all guests. TV is set in the dinning room. Internet was fast enough to support video conferencing call and can work remotely hassle-free. Both room and elevator can only be used by access card which is great.

There are white small ants in the room; specially in the kitchen. This issue I found in my Airbnb apartment in Hanoi also. It could be due to the tropical climatic region. But would be great if management takes a preventive measure for this and do some pest-control.

Without doubt the best hotel/apartment experience I had in 3 months travelling through South East Asia. Everything in this place was perfect. Fantastic rooftop pool, amazing staff who went above and beyond in terms of their service and help, lovely comfortable apartment with all amenities, super gym. Added bonus of an exceptional coffee shop on the ground floor (special mention to the two baristas who worked here and served me superb coffee twice a day!). I loved it here so much so that I extended my stay multiple times and ended up staying for over 6 weeks. 10/10!

Title: Very disappointing experience I stayed at this hotel during a three-week trip to Vietnam. I accidentally left 2 pair of very expensive sneakers in the shoe cabinet outside my room which were not there when I leave.. The hotel never contacted me to let me know they had found them. When I contacted them, I was first told the shoes were no longer there and that they would need to check the cameras. Eventually, they told me they had actually found my sneakers. I was still in Vietnam at the time, so if they had informed me earlier, I could have easily arranged to collect them. I then asked if they could ship the sneakers to me in Réunion Island and offered to share the shipping costs. Since then, they have simply stopped responding to my messages. The most disappointing part is not forgetting my shoes, but the complete lack of communication and willingness to find a solution. These are expensive sneakers, and I am simply asking for a reasonable way to get them back. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

The facility is very cleaned and always check the inside what the customer needed.

Очень дружелюбный персонал, помогают с любым вопросом. На завтрак брали Фо Бо, его приносят прямо в номер. В номере есть небольшая кухня и столик. Номер чистый. В лобби есть небольшая библиотека на разных языках.

Холодильник был шумный, пришлось ночью выключать. Постельное белье из синтетики, не очень приятное, но чистое. Иногда слышно улицу

Man benötigt immer ein Taxi um in die Stadt zu kommen,was aber auch dafür sorgt dass es ruhiger auf der Straße ist

Warto jednak zaznaczyć, że obiekt znajduje się dość daleko od centrum i atrakcji.

Friendly staff, arranged extra pillows. We had a washing machine for clothes. Very nice rooftop pool. Comfortable bed and daily cleaning service. Free drinking water provided daily.

Air-conditioning could be better. Limited choice for Western breakfast, but it helped us test different local options.

I loved how kind and friendly the staff were. They always smiled, left notes and an apology letter for city construction that was taking place outside the front entrance. The pool was a nice way to spend rest days and the space in the room was amazing.

Not disliked, but some items to consider: beds were super firm, but they were adequate; The washer/dryer washes well, but needed a good cleaning. It doesnt dry well at all - but the drying rack provided worked just fine. The bathroom had mold issues, but not terribly so we just cleaned it up as best we could. It was a tad noisy outside, but nothing a sound machine cant muffle.

Nice clean spacious rooms, lovely roof top pool, watching the planes land from the roof top. A very safe place to stay. Friendly helpful staff most importantly.

Het was heel fijn dat ik in mijn kamer een wasmachine tot mijn beschikking had, het personeel was heel lief en de kamer en badkamer zien er verder keurig uit.

Het hotel zit verder van het centrum af dan verwacht, je hebt een grab nodig om te verplaatsen maar dat is oke. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant en soms was de douche een beetje koud.

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet street. Clean and the washing machine was a bonus. Good breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful.

Clean and comfy amenities, nice pool. Having a washing machine with detergent was really useful!

Breakfast was poor quality, though coffee was good. Staff didn’t bat an eye when we came to the lobby for breakfast as scheduled. Also asked for a late check out at time of booking, but was told they would confirm if there were other guests arriving - it was only when we asked upon check in that they confirmed that it wasn’t possible. That’s understandable, but better communication is required.

The best place we stayed during our Southeast Asia trip so far! We loved it so much that we came back after spending a week in Hoi An to stay for a few more nights before leaving Vietnam. Everything about Lam is amazing, from the rooms to the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the café is a real gem. I loved sitting there and enjoying their delicious drinks. It’s not in the heart of Da Nang, but it’s only about 15 minutes away by scooter or Grab. We actually preferred the location because it’s much quieter, and everything nearby is significantly cheaper and better value. I had amazing massages, visited the dentist, got my nails and hair done—all within walking distance. The quality was excellent, and unlike the city centre, the services weren’t overpriced for tourists. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Da Nang. Already missing it! :)

Отличный номер с раздельными спальнями и гостиной, балкон с видом на заходящие на посадку самолеты (вид на север и частично нп запад). Классная концепция с отдыхом на крыше - есть бассейн, шезлонг, зонты и даже 2 мангала (не пользовался, было мало времени), но со своим ужином приходили на крышу и там сидели. С завтраком немного не так как в других отелях - нужно заранее заказывать по меню, до 21-22 часа накануне. С парковкой для автомобиля тоже трудновато - своей нет, на улице перед отелем зоны парковки четные/нечетные дни - приходилось переставлять автомобиль заранее, но с этим персонал отеля помог. В номере есть полноценная кухня - плита, посуда, столовые приборы. Интересное оформление корридоров - на 6 этаже (заранее попросил повыше) стены украшения местными почтовыми марками в рамках, на 5м - картины.

В самом отеле не поужинать, но есть доставка через grab

There’s not many local restaurants around

Incredible staff! They are so helpful and assist in every single way to exceed expectations! Loved the pool and seating area on the rooftop, very relaxing after a day out exploring the city and amazing sunset views! Having a washing machine in the room was very convenient. Bus stops are 5 min walk either way for different routes or you can easily get a Grab within a few minutes to move around the city or hit the beach. Pharmacies, local bakeries, coffee shops, ATM's and convenient stores all available a few steps away.

I only wish there were a bit more international dining options around... plenty of local food stalls available tough.

Chỗ nghỉ trong khu dân cư địa phương, yên tĩnh và thoải mái tuy nhiên tới các điểm tham quan hơi xa chút nhưng ko sao gia đình mình thích. Hồ bơi trên sân thượng với view nhìn thành phố rất thích!

Phòng 2 giường ngủ có 1 phòng ngủ bên tường ngoài gắn 3 cục nóng máy lạnh nên ồn, ai mà khó ngủ là bất tiện . Giường nhỏ và hơi thấp

המקום הכי נוח, נקי, מאובזר, הצוות היה נהדר, הקפה בלובי מצויין. ניקו לנו בכל יום את הדירה. לקחנו שתי דירות של שני חדרי שינה בשביל שתי משפחות והיה מעולה, נעים ומרווח. הבריכה בגג נהדרת ועם בריזה נעימה.

מיקום לא וואו. מרוחק מאוד מהעיר העתיקה והמקומות התיירותיים וגם אין מסעדות ממש קרובות - צריך ללכת לחפש או להזמין גראב.

We had a lovely stay here! All of the staff were so lovely and so helpful they really made our stay here. Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable and the perfect place to relax. Perfect quiet area to relax with nice coffee shops nearby and only a short drive into the centre.
