Had a decent stay overall. The room was comfortable, everything worked as expected, and the staff were pleasant to deal with. No complaints, just a straightforward and enjoyable experience.

The parking setup here was a major plus for us. We were traveling with a semi-truck and trailer, and finding space was not an issue at all. The lot is wide and easy to maneuver in, which made arrival and departure stress-free. It’s not often you get this kind of convenience at this price range, so it really stood out during our stay. Overall, very practical and accommodating for larger vehicles.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Simple but fresh, with enough variety to start the day well. Coffee was good, and everything was kept stocked and clean. A convenient bonus for a budget stay.

I visited Saskatoon with my partner to attend an event. Stayed at this property and it was decent. Room was clean and spacious and they have a large parking space as we came by a truck as we had some stuff to pick up. Aircon was also working. They have limited food choices but there are take aways nearby to get your food. It was a comfortable stay for us

The room looked nothing like the pictures. Very misleading! The outside of the building is NOT in the pictures and If I would have seen that, I would have NOT booked there. From the bed to the washroom, not the same as in the pictures. The pictures of reception is NOT even the same reception, false advertising.

The damage deposit is DOUBLE what the room cost and for a horrible room like that, what a joke!!! The door looks like someone tried to shoot it open with very big dents in it. The bathroom roof had a water stain, the bathtub looked disgusting and I refused to shower. Bathtub paint started peeiling, most horrible tiles at the tub. Very unsanitary. The Coffee mashine was dirty. I was very disappointed and I will never believe pictures in this app again. Theres gas station washrooms better looking that this.

Visited Saskatoon for some work and I chosen to stay here as it was in my budget. The property is in large are and my room was clean as one can see in the image I have loaded. Overall a decent experience and will book again in future

Had a great stay at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in was quick, and the location was convenient. Excellent value for the price — I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travellers.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Overall room was clean and decent and I had no issues at all. They have basic packed breakfast and it was okay as I had a morning flight to catch so it was more like a grab and go which suited my requirement

I was a bit skeptical reading the bad reviews of the other guests, however I thought to give this a try and I booked the Standard Room. I connected with property before arriving and told them to ensure the room is clean and ready before my arrival. The reception staff was friendly and helped me with my luggage and basic facilities like connecting wifi etc. They also helped me with food options nearby as I took a take away returning from a meeting. Overall a decent hotel with good value for money and I got what I booked. I will be booking them again very soon.

The midtown Inn in Saskatoon was extremely dirty with terrible conditions both inside and out, the worst stay I’ve ever had on Booking.com, which I never expected from the platform. The fitted sheet was too small for the mattress, and the bedding smelled strong mold, and the shower tub looked like it had never been cleaned. The thin carpet is laid directly over cement and worn out, while the furniture pierced together from different sources and mismatched. Additionally, the windows don’t feel secure either, once you open them, they stay open with no screen or barrier, just a thin, ill-fitting curtain. Outside the building, many homeless people or drug addicts were hanging around which added to the unsafe feeling. Service was also poor, it took an unreasonable long time to check in just a few guests. On top of that, they charged a $400 security deposit for a three night stay, which is excessively high compared to other hotels.

We booked a room for 2 night. When we arrived room was looking complete different then on a pictures. Everything was dirty, our socks turned black from the floor, bedding and towels with stains. Receptionist show us 2 another rooms, but same thing. We ended up canceling and moving out. And try in a hurry find another place to stay.

The photos doesn’t match to the reality. The place is horrible, very dirty and dangerous. The sheets were dirty, feels like it wasn’t washed for a while. When I laid down on the bed, I started scratching my body, maybe there was bed bugs in there. Also I didn’t feel safe in there so I ran out of the place, I didn’t stay the two nights because I wasn’t safe. When I was coming back to the hotel an uber driver told me to be in the look out for my stuff because this place was not safe, so I checked out. Definitely I do not recommend to spend the night here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to access location 14 min drive to or from the airport. Budget friendly motel. Breakfast included.

I had an issue with the toilet which was not working properly. When you flush the toilet, the poo won't flush away. The management tried to fix it but they were unsuccessful but they offered to change my room. The new room I was given had many flaws: bathroom sink too low, shower curtain holder not fixed. No sofa to sit unlike in the previous room. Hard to manage the AC.

That the property is gated so it feels somewhat safer than many other hotels that don't provide that full scope of security. Especially when a person like myself has children with them.

The room felt so hot when I couldn't get the heat turned off to my room. My air conditioner wasn't working but hotel staff quickly had someone come replace it with a working one.

This place is a complete scam. Nothing looks like the photos shown on Booking. The entire property was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a terrible atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Service was extremely slow and unhelpful. The room felt disgusting and unhygienic, and we even saw cockroaches. Everything looked old, neglected, and unclean. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else. Very disappointing experience

La clé pour ouvrir la porte ne fonctionnait pas, le wi-fi non plus, les meubles étaient poussièreux, le plancher de la salle de bain était collant, on y est resté parce qu'on n'avait plus le choix, mais plus jamais. C'est absolument non recommandable. On devrait être remboursé.

The location was central, but the neighborhood was very sketchy. The staff was friendly.

No flat sheets on the bed. I am not sure that they change the bedding between guests. There was only a comforter. I don't know how many people slept in the bed before it was changed. I had to go to Walmart to get a flat sheet and pillow cases. Also, the heat didn't work, and the room was too cool.

I honestly liked the price. It was affordable.

We were checked into a room that was already occupied. Then moved to a room that the power kept going out. After the 3rd time the breaker went they finally moved us to a 3rd room. It was very inconvenient and frustrating. The staff however were very accommodating but still the annoyance was beyond my patience at that point.

It was very close to the conference I attended. The room was clean. The water was hot

The trashcan was overflowing at the reception desk. There was trash, cigarette butts outside some doors and in the parking lot. The rat bait boxes were everywhere, sitting with trash blown up against them. Instead of coffee, there were just crumpled up empty bags. They had not been checked or restocked. There was no bathmat.

The bedding was clean, as was the one set of towels. Too bad there was 2 of us. The rooms are sparsely furnished, a queen size bed and a small table with 2 chairs. No bedside tables, no desk, dresser, or wardrobe, a vanity in the bathroom area would have been nice. No pictures on the walls or carpet, not even a door mat.

The floor was washed, but it felt sticky. I'm guessing from too much cleaner.

There is nothing to like about this place.

Just avoid being there. The picture doesn’t show the reality. The place is dirty and the do not refund you when you see how bad the place is.

It was absolutely filthy. I sent a pic of my socks. The laminate looked clean but obviously it hadn’t been cleaned in months (maybe ever?). The white walls in the bathroom were filthy. There is a bad element of people in the area so lock your car and room door.

The room was dingy and dirty. There were food crumbs under the sheets. The thermostat was broken/missing and the room was unbearably hot, even with the AC running and window cracked open. Everything about this place looked and felt sketchy.

On check in, they could not find my reservation until I passed them my phone with the email and confirmation #. Check in completed, entered the room and it was not good, carpets dirty, bathroom was a mess (shower curtain had yellow stains, shower head leaked), one set of towels for two people (asked for another set and given a towel from a room (was not folded) and a hand towel off a shelf-it (was not folded, just handed to me). Found extra dirty linen under the bed.

The pictures are nothing to what the place was. Didn’t have the room booked, tried to give us another room with only one bed, were charging us more than what was quoted on original booking. Filthy, dark, dingy, ripped mattress, no pillow cases just some see thru paper covering and smelly. Didn’t even go to see the bathroom. Noticed when searching for a place at the end of the picture reel statement that the price will be lower if booked NOW. Did that and just got shafted. Beware. STAY AWAY from this place
