Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The location was great and a short walk to the downtown area. The room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection where you could help yourself. Ample parking was available on site.
The wifi was a little slow at times when trying to stream a movie on Netflix (but normal browsing was fine).

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Room was a nice size. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Appreciated the complimentary water.
I look for a written not a barcode "Welcome to Our Hotel" that gives the basics about the amenities, etc. Bonus points if there's info about local events or recommendations for restaurants in the area. Negative - parking lot and spaces are awfully tight for a full size truck.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026It was clean and the staff were friendly.
I had booked two rooms with two queen beds and was given two rooms with a king bed and sofa bed. Had also asked for adjoining rooms. Which they said they would try and accommodate. At least we were side by side. Also the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently has been like that for weeks. It was colder than the pool.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Breakfast was excellent! Location was industrial. We were particularly bothered by ugly sites of commercial trucks besides our room. This was unacceptable to us. I do not blame the hotel. I blame Booking.com agents who booked us a wrong hotel. I requested the Holiday Inn across from the campus of the University of Saskatchewan. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN!
I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN. You had very inefficient agents who booked me at this Holiday Inn near the Industrial area. We requested the Holiday Inn near Circle Drive across from the University of Saskatchewan. I will rather pay more and choose a better location.
