很不幸地我房間的電子鎖壞掉了，一下能鎖一下不能鎖 技術人員非常不專業，他抵達時剛好門鎖是可以鎖的，就不相信我鎖是壞掉的就想直接離開！！ 他要離開時鎖又不能鎖他才相信鎖有問題 這是第一次修理，人員告知已修理完畢後我回去查看還是壞掉的！ 我告知櫃檯後又花了將近一小時修理，浪費許多遊玩的時間！

Шикарный новый отель, с исключительно вкусными завтраками. Номер немного тесноват для большой семьи, но если переночевать несколько дней, то весьма комфортно. Качество завтраков и сервиса соответствует более премиальным отелям. Отдельно хотелось отметить что отель предоставляет пляжные полотенца бесплатно, а также в отеле очень высокий уровень звукоизоляции. Есть с чем сравнивать, так как в этой поездке мы жили по соседству в двух соседних гостиницах. Конкретно в этом отеле вообще была тишина несмотря на то что отель стоит на весьма оживленной трассе. За гостепреимство в отеле - мои глубочайщие признания девочкам с фронтдеска - Mia, Selena, Tracy & Ky.

Дорого для Дананга, около 250 долларов за ночь. Этой цены не стоит. Отель постаревший. Номера посредственные. Спа при отеле тоже очень дорогой, услуги слабые, но это не вина персонала.

The pool is too small and there are not enough spaces to sit around it, and even less shaded spots. There are not enough solutions for families more then 3 people.

Rooms needed frequent maintenance. We had an issue with clogged WC and had to change rooms. The carpet at the entrance of the room had chipped off and was fixed using duct tape. However the service recovery was splendid. Thomas was an absolute rockstar. He single handedly managed to fix all the issues

比較可惜的是，頂樓 Bar 晚上蚊子很多，可能因鄰近泳池，被叮了好幾個包。建議飯店加強防蚊措施。

The Concierge Supervisor is Henry. He made several arrangements on our behalf while there, and we really appreciated him taking those tasks off our plates! The rooftop bar and restaurant had a great vibe, and a daily happy hour

Cet hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons pris une suite au dernier étage , la vue est époustouflante . Le lever de soleil magique entre mer et montagne . Le personnel est très professionnel . Il y a aucun problème jamais , que des solutions. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable , de quantité et de qualité . La vue depuis la piscine débordante est whaou . Si vous voulez être bien placé entre la plage , les restaurants , magasins etc c’est parfait . Je me souviendrais toujours de cet hôtel 🤩

L'hôtel est face à la mer, super bien situé car plein de restaurant aux alentours, la vue depuis la chambre est magnifique. La piscine est dernier étage de l'hôtel est juste incroyable. La chambre est grande et super confortable, le petit déjeuner est royal, immense avec énormément de choix.

Si je dois trouver un petit truc négative, est que la salle de bain est immense et on l'a voit depuis toute la chambre car immense vitre, donc lorsqu'on est au toilette, peu d'intimiter.

Hotel was modern and clean, breakfast buffet was plentiful and regularly restocked. Family room with the bunk made good use of space and worked well for us (2A, 1C - 12yo)

The lift! Priorities are given to the higher floor so it zooms past your floor to go to the top and by the time it comes back down its full. We ended up using the stairs. Location was borderline on the edge - access to the beach was just across the road but about 800m-1k down the road would have been a better location and had a much better vibe.

Très bel hotel et très belle vue sur la ville. La chambre était grande et propre. La conciergerie a été d’une très grande aide pour nous conseiller et nous aider à organiser nos excursions. Très bon séjour !

The variety of breakfast was good. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Very freindly and couldn't have done anymore for us.

The breakfast was good, however was very busy and difficult to get to anything...we did go a little later that day so probably why. The lifts were a little slow at times, but no big deal. The property was probably a little further out than what we would have liked to make it closer to the main spot.

Nagyon kedves személyzet , gyönyörű kilátás a tető teraszról . Isteni finom ételek , kedves kiszolgálás. Nagy választék a reggelinél és az egyik legfinomabb volt reggel Chung avokado szendvicse . A masszázs szolgáltatás is kiváló volt pedig gondolkoztunk rajta, hogy igénybe vegyük -e hiszen kint sokkal olcsóbb ez a szolgáltatást de nem bántuk meg mert tényleg igazi spa élményben volt részünk és nagyon ügyes masszőrök dolgoznak . Az arc kezelés is amellett , hogy nagyon jó élmény volt és fantasztikus masszázs járt hozzá, nagyon jót tett a bőrömnek , érezhetően nagyon jó alapanyagokból dolgoznak . Nagyon szívesen vissza mennénk ebbe a szállodába máskor is ‘

Időnként a légkondícionálás kicsit hideg volt és kintről , főleg a strandról jövet ez volt , hogy nem esett jól de ezen kívül semmi olyan nem volt ami negatívum lett volna

It's clean and modern

The location is terrible. The denang you see in pictures is further down. We ended up coping a penalty to cut short our booking and book somewhere else. The are only a handful of deck chairs for a 20 something levels hotel.

الموظف Tyler لم يكن متعاون معنا من دخلنا قبل الكلام وهو ينظر لنا نظرات فيها استحقار بعدها قال بناء على طلبكم غرفتين في دور واحد غير متوفره تريدون انتظروا قلنا عادي طابقين مختلفين قال انتم طالبين غرفتين بسريرين كيار قلنا لا نريد غرفة بسريرين منفصله لأولادي قال سوف تنتظرون 4 ساعات علماً اننا وصلنا للفندق الساعة 2 .. اي غرفة في اي فندق في العالم لا تسلم الى الساعة 6 رضينا مجبرين ووضعنا شنطنا واضطرينا للخروج والعوده 6.. غير كذا الغرفة المطلة مزعجة بشكل غير طبيعي البايع الي في الشارع كانه في الغرفة من وضوح صوته وهو ينادي للشراء الاكل الخاص بهم عزل الغرفه سيء جداً خساره فيه 5 نجوم هناك فنادق افضل في المنطقه

الموقع ممتاز، فجميع الخدمات التي قد تحتاجها تقع على بُعد خطوات من الفندق. الغرفة واسعة ومريحة، وتناسب الإقامة العائلية. الإفطار جيد جدًا مقارنةً بمعظم الفنادق في فيتنام، ورغم أن الخيارات المناسبة للمسلمين محدودة كما هو معتاد، إلا أنه تتوفر بعض الأصناف المناسبة. البلكونة والإطلالة من أجمل ما يميز الفندق، وكانت تجربة الاستمتاع بالمنظر رائعة. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good compared to most other hotels in Vietnam. As is common in Vietnam, the selection of halal-friendly options is limited, but there were still a few suitable choices for Muslim guests. The balcony and the view are absolutely stunning.

تصميم الحمام غير عملي، وحتى المغاسل صعبة الاستخدام. رغم أن الغرفة مخصصة لشخصين وطفلين، إلا أن تصميم الحمام المفتوح لا يوفر أي خصوصية، مما يجعله غير مناسب للعائلات. التلفزيون يفتقر إلى التطبيقات الحديثة مثل Netflix وغيرها من منصات البث. عدد المصاعد غير كافٍ، وللأسف تأخرنا عن رحلتنا الجوية بسبب انتظارنا أكثر من 20 دقيقة حتى يصل حمالو الأمتعة إلى الغرفة، وذلك لعدم وجود مصعد مخصص للخدمات. السعر مرتفع نسبيًا مقارنةً بمستوى الخدمات والتجربة بشكل عام. The bathroom design is very poor. Even the sinks are awkward and inconvenient to use. Although the room is marketed as suitable for two adults and two children, the bathroom has an open layout, which offers very little privacy and is not suitable for families. The TV does not support modern streaming apps such as Netflix. There are not enough elevators. Unfortunately, we almost missed our flight because we had to wait more than 20 minutes for the luggage porters to reach our room. This happened because the hotel does not have a dedicated service elevator. The room rate is somewhat expensive for the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at voco Ma Belle. Our room had stunning views over the sea and it was very spacious. It is probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. The staff were kind and helpful and we were treated so well. A special mention to Men at breakfast who gave us many suggestions on what to do in town and what to eat, thank you. We also used the spa on two occasions and the treatments were so good.

The restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to the chef for preparing such wonderful meals. The quality, taste, and presentation were outstanding, making our dining experience truly enjoyable.

I had high expectations for Voco Ma, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was that I did not receive the sea view room that I had booked, which was very frustrating. When I checked in late in the evening, the receptionist was not welcoming and did not seem to understand or care about our situation, making the experience even more disappointing. Considering the high room rates, I expected a much better level of service and overall quality. The hotel itself is average and does not justify its price. Due to the poor customer service and the failure to provide the room I reserved, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Amazing ocean views, well located across the road from the beach and near many restaurants. Room was nice and bed was comfortable but bunk matresses were very hard.

Busy and touristy. Busy lobby and reception, busy breakfast, busy lifts, busy pool. If that's your thing, then it's great. I prefer more chilled environments so it was a bit overwhelming for me.

الفندق لا يرقى لفنادق الخمس نجوم اولاً الدور اللي كنت ساكن فيه كانت تعج فيه رائحة فاكهة الدوريان السيئة علاوة على ذلك كافندق خمس نجوم يفترض تلقى احد يستقبلك و يساعدك في الشناط ، للاسف حاتشيلها بنفسك عند الدخول و الخروج لا يوجد مناديل في الغرف الاثاث قديم تعامل الموظفين سيء جداً اتصل الاستقبال الساعة 12:07 يسال متى بتطلعون قلنا له خمس دقايق رجع اتصل 12:15 يقول عدت خمس دقايق متى بتنزلون ، كذا بالاسلوب هذا فندق سيء جداً لا يستحق حتى 3 نجوم

You could feel the happy vibe the minute you step in the hotel. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel spa massage was amazing. Breakfast spread was good.

I booked a family room and overall were great. However, when I went to my other friend’s room, the shower area was glass up and curtains on the outside that compromised on privacy. The main consideration for my next visit would be this if I stay with friends.
