I wish the beach access was a little more pleasant

Roof top western meals were great especially the salmon & pasta.

Breakfast spread was fair but not the best. Many beef & pork dishes which we do not eat. Indian breakfast was below par. Paratha was poor & the spread was below par.

Trải nghiệm chưa tương xứng với tiêu chuẩn của một khách sạn 5 sao Trải nghiệm lưu trú của tôi tại Four Points lần này thực sự chưa được như kỳ vọng, đặc biệt là về dịch vụ và tình trạng phòng. Ngay khi đến khách sạn, bạn tôi phải tự mình mang hai chiếc vali lên cầu thang để vào sảnh. Chỉ đến khi chúng tôi lên tới sảnh thì nhân viên bảo vệ mới ra hỗ trợ kéo hành lý. Tôi nghĩ đây là một điểm cần cải thiện, vì phần khó khăn nhất chính là đoạn cầu thang ngay từ lối vào, trong khi việc kéo vali trên sàn phẳng trong sảnh thì đã nhẹ nhàng hơn rất nhiều. Quy trình check-in cũng chưa tạo được cảm giác chuyên nghiệp. Nhân viên lễ tân khá lúng túng, thường xuyên phải quay sang nhìn quản lý để xác nhận thông tin, nói vấp và có vẻ chưa nắm rõ các quy định hoặc quy trình của khách sạn. Khi check-out, nhân viên còn nói với tôi “Cảm ơn nhiều nha”, một cách xưng hô khá thân mật và không thực sự phù hợp với trải nghiệm dịch vụ tại một khách sạn 5 sao. Về phòng, tôi khá thất vọng vì phòng có mùi ẩm mốc. Ga giường cũng không tạo cảm giác sạch sẽ và thoải mái; bề mặt ga khá rít thay vì mềm, mịn và trơn láng như tôi kỳ vọng. Điểm khiến tôi thất vọng nhất là phòng tắm. Kính phòng tắm có rất nhiều cặn canxi. Khi phòng tắm còn khô thì không quá dễ nhận thấy, nhưng sau khi tắm và hơi nước bốc lên, các vết cặn hiện ra rất rõ. Điều này khiến tổng thể phòng tắm trông cũ và thiếu sạch sẽ, thậm chí tạo cho tôi cảm giác giống một khách sạn có tiêu chuẩn thấp hơn rất nhiều so với kỳ vọng ban đầu. Ngoài ra, toilet không có vòi xịt, điều này khá bất tiện và làm giảm đáng kể sự thoải mái trong quá trình lưu trú. Nhất định sẽ ko quay lại An experience that did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel My recent stay at Four Points was unfortunately below my expectations, particularly when it came to the service and the condition of the room. Upon arrival, my friend had to carry two suitcases up the stairs to reach the lobby.

Ms. Tram at reception is a real gem. She fully co-operated with us and helped us to book the right room. Also guided us for da nang activities to do. She is very knowledgeable and does her work with full heart and commitment.

Everything.Breakfast was great, different options.hotel was renovated. Clean. the pool wasn’t crowded.

Nothing. But I think that hotel can make his own beach club just near the hotel. It will help guests not to walk for 10 minutes to another beach club

Staff Chloe helps us a lot. We arrived much more earlier than the check in time, she asked her manager to offer us an early check in. And also did her best to let our stay comfortable.

Excellent mid-range hotel that has everything you need. Pool area being renovated, so this was a little limiting for the experience, but the bar/lounge inside, on the same level was great. Nice view, and we were able to participate in a cocktail making class with the friendly bartender. Joining a yoga class at the top of the hotel was a nice morning experience too. Location is great, as it's at the quiet end of the beach, but you only have to cross the road to reach the sand, and then water. Walk a little further for the party on the beach. Tours will always pick you up from front of hotel, so also convenient. This is a busy hotel. Lots of big tourist groups. This highlighted one of the weaknesses - very slow elevators. There are three, and we always seemed to be waiting. The journey up (or down) was always super slow. If you're rushing, give yourself plenty of time for the lift.

Mr. Vuong is the best hotel staff!

its our first day on our honeymoon here and duyen was very welcoming helped us to get a great room with amazing view we didnt wait much she was smiling all the time what great staff!!! the place just so luxrious great atmosphere thank u duyen for making our honeymoon great

The hospitality of the staff. The friendliness and always happy to assist. The housekeeping crew did a great job cleaning our room daily throughout our 4night stay. When we wanted to go to the beach, the front office staff told us that they will prepare beach towels for us to pick up from their counter instead of us having to head up to pool level. Also, upon returning from the beach, the lobby staff immediately came over to take our beach towels from us. That's a very nice gesture . Small little things counts. There's also a minimart and massage available just outside hotel entrance.

The hardware of the property. Everything looks dated especially the bathroom. The shower head didn't work properly when we first arrived. The water pressure was weak too. But like what i mentioned, the attentiveness of the staff members made up for all the shortfalls. Engineering staff came within 10mins to fix the problems .

The view was absolutely amazing, the food was beautiful, and the hospitality was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Nghi from the Eatery, who was incredibly kind and attentive, and to Phoebe from the Marketing team, who was absolutely lovely and made our experience even more special. 🤍 We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und liegt zentral an der Strandpromenade in Da Nang. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Im 36. Stk. gibt es einen Pool und eine Bar mit Blick über Da Nang, vor allem bei Nacht sehr beeindruckend. Im 35. Stk. befindet sich das relativ gut ausgestattete Fitness-Studio. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich außerordentlich. Das Personal ist rundum freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine große Anzahl an Restaurants, Coffeebars, Massagestudios und vieles mehr in der näheren Umgebung.

I stayed there for a month for work. The staff made it very comfortable for me. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the breakfast was amazing, and view is breathtaking. Duyen with the front desk was specially helpful and very friendly. I wouldn’t change anything expect for the elevators. They are a bit slow for a big hotel like this. And I’d add a drying line to the bathroom for wet swimsuits ( you don’t know where to dry your stuff after taking a dip in the sea). Overall, very good!

We ended up with a Duty Manager Nhan who was wonderful. Helped us with suggestions, questions and anything we needed. I have to say all the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming they all want to be helpful. The pool area is small with only a few deck chairs and the pool was chilled. We chose to go to the beach and hire chairs there. Very central to the centre of town. Lots of options to eat out. Rooms are adequate and clean. I would recommend this hotel

Great sized room in a good location. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.

Coffee was just warm. There were always queues. With only one machine, for the size of the hotel they should have more. The one they did have was slow. However, the thing that lets this hotel down the most is the lifts. At peak times you could be waiting several minutes for a lift.

This was one of the most memorable hotel stays I ever had. First of all, the treatment of Bonvoy members is just incredible and you get spoiled with Vietnamese gifts and room upgrades (if available). The hotel has a prime location at the My Khe beach offering stunning views over the whole beach line and Son Tra Peninsula. The breakfast is just huge, offering Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, Japanese etc corners and special area and a la carte menu for Bonvoy members. The menu of the Horizon bar has many options, including local Da Nang dishes and international/Asian fusion as well. The pool area is stunning, the reception workers, the housekeeping and restaurant workers are very friendly and helpful. Overall, the guest care is superb and exceptional. Thank you very much for this experience, cảm ơn! I can't wait to get back!

We spent 4 nights. The hotel facilities are great, the food and hospitality was amazing, and the very close to the beach across the road. The view from our hotel and the 36F Horizon bar, and 35F training room was an awesome view of the beach and ocean. You could feel the vibrant energy surrounding the area.

Everything was on the highest level! Thank you very much. You are the best :)

It was good overall, but I would recommend not having any laundry done through the hotel as it is pay by the piece and you can get a whole bag of washing done for the price of 1 shirt.

I arrived at Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang very late at night, so I expected that the check-in process and hotel information might be brief. However, Ms. Tram went above and beyond with her warm hospitality, detailed explanations, and exceptional kindness despite the late hour. She made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. The hotel itself has excellent facilities, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Ms. Tram. Her professionalism and friendliness left a lasting impression on us. If I visit Da Nang again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

予約後のホテルの対応が最悪。ゴルフ場、レストランを予約したが各部門に投げられたままで音信普通。繰り返し依頼、日本から電話してやっと動いた状態。 トイレが流れない。ルームサービスを忘れてる。枕等の備品が無い。電話すると違うものを持って来る。

Really good service, great staff, food is pretty good and well-priced. I stayed during the annual fireworks venue (lasted for weeks) so there were many locals with kids. This was an issue because they were extremely loud and the pool was not usable as a result (too crowded and routy). Lobby was also very noisey due to kids screaming constantly. This is something the hotel needs to manage. They cannot allow kids to scream constantly because the parents think it's fine in Vietnam, but this is an international hotel with international standards. Other than that, I had a great stay and will return.

Room: Very humid (We requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked for the day and couldn't be changed. They only provided a dehumidifier, which ran for three hours before the humidity improved. The dehumidifier ran continuously for the three days we stayed, and as soon as it stopped, the humidity immediately approached 80-90%.) The restroom should have a ventilation or dehumidification system.

She help me to arrange a beautiful flowers as a surprise to my girlfriend, make us a most beautiful stay and experience in Da Nang, Thanks for her efforts and caring. Thanks Lucy.

Có lẽ do khẩu vị đồ ăn sáng ở đây chưa phù hợp với người hà nội lắm. Nhiều món cơ bản cổ truyền có vị hoàn toàn khác với hương vị gốc. Cả nhà t đều k thích bữa sáng tại đây
