L’emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est réactif. Housekeeping tous les jours.

Le lit était un peu trop dur à mon goût, même si mon copain, lui, l’a trouvé confortable. En revanche, la propreté laisse un peu à désirer. J’ai notamment remarqué une grande tache de café séché sur le mur, juste à côté du lit.

La proximité de la plage, la proximité avec les épiceries et autres, la piscine du rooftop, la gentillesse du personnel, l’accès à de l’eau potable et fraîche, le service de nettoyage de vêtements.

-J’ai payé plus pour une chambre King size, cependant c’était deux lits jumeaux collés côte à côte. Les têtes de lit étaient tachés, les draps également. Le ménage n’a pas été correctement effectué. Nous avons par ailleurs demandé à ce qu’il soit fait au bout de trois jours, à force d’accumuler le sable de la plage. Il a été fait très brièvement et les draps n’ont pas été changés. La literie est extrêmement dure, l’isolation phonique laisse clairement à désirer, nous entendons absolument tout ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs, ainsi que le bruit de l’ascenseur qui fait que d’être appelé. Pour finir, je ne comprends pas qu’on me prenne des frais lorsque je paie par carte, surtout que ces 3 % là on me les demande en argent liquide.

L'emplacement proche de la plage est vraiment top. Nous sommes à peine à 5 min à pied. Il y a aussi pas mal des commerces à proximité.

La taille de la chambre ne permettait pas d'ouvrir nos valises. La literies étais trop ferme pour un sommeil de qualité.

Das Hotel war ganz in Ordnung. Hat eine sehr zentrale Lage und einen Sehr guten Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Personal war auch in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Pool oben auf dem Dach schön.

Es wirkt so als wäre das Hotel derzeit auf Sparkurs. Für ein Zimmer mit 2 Personen nur eine Toilettenpapier Rolle. Auf Nachfrage eine weitere erhalten. Die Dusche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Grüne Flecken an der Decke, sowie einen dreckigen Abfluss. Aus der Dusche kommt kein Heisses Wasser , das höchste der Gefühle war nicht mal Lauwarm. Im preisleistungsverhältnis eher Mittelmässig.

Was 2 blocks from the beach. It had a pool but never any pool towels. Plenty of restaurants etc right outside so close to everything you need.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room, however only 2 coffee cups and 2 glasses. There was cook top but no pans. Everything felt like just needed a good clean. Elevator walls and doors were dirty, not think had been cleaned or mopped in months. Last morning the fire alarms kept going off which was concerning when on the 14th floor, no one seemed to know what to do about it, no communication to guests.

Lovely room and the bed was large and comfortable. The view was lovely.

The mattress was a bit firm and not very soft. there were stains on the headboard. Cleaning was average.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber und im Bad hingen Schrauben aus dem Schrank. Ein Schraubendreher wäre hier wohl wichtiger gewesen als die dritte Sonnenbrille im Urlaub. Muss man als Gast auch noch den Handwerker spielen? Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht unhöflich, aber charmant auf die Art eines Eisbären im Hochsommer

Buena localización cerca de las playas más relevantes de Da Nang, y cerca también de otros puntos neurálgicos relevantes (mercados varios, puente del Dragón etc). Las vistas son espectaculares. La habitación era amplia y cómoda.

El precio que pagué fue el más alto de todo mi viaje en Vietnam y definitivamente el que menos se lo merecía. Al llegar a primera hora pedí que me llamaran cuando estuviera lista mi habitación, pues estaba bastante cansada. Nunca llegaron a hacerlo, acabé yendo yo después de comer demandando información. En general la comunicación no es muy fluida, debido especialmente al hecho de que casi nadie del personal habla inglés con fluidez. Por último, en la segunda mañana me encontré con una fila de hormigas que recorría mi habitación. Aunque respondieron rápido a la demanda, lo único que hicieron fue traer a un hombre a barrerlas, lo que evidentemente no va a hacer que desaparezcan. En general no es que me molestaran mucho pues eran pequeñas, pero me las encontré también en el baño y en el restaurante donde dan el desayuno (que por cierto no está incluido y entre eso y la situación de las hormigas no volví). El sitio está bien pero tienen que meterse caña para no acabar convirtiéndose en una vieja gloria de Da Nang.

The breakfast was not nice, maybe its me. but I tried it one day. would not pay anymore for the rest of the days. The Sauna was not working at all. Their was no Hot water, so all my showers were with cold water :{

It is a little bit away from the crowded area, which can be at the same time nice and not. The breakfast was not really on my taste, but for the price it was OK. The pool was great.

Nice rooms and staff, pool on the roof top is great and open until 10pm

It’s beside a few bars etc so night time can be a bit noisy and the aircon isn’t the strongest but the staff were kind enough to provide a fan for us to use during our stay

The hotel is nice and the location is good

The pool on the roof is obviously a main attraction, when we arrived they told us the pool is closed and the door is locked. Disappointed in that as that's the selling point here. The rooms are alot smaller than they look too.

Good location

Hotel pictures appeared to of used AI. Hotel was ok if you are expecting budget, description of hotel appears you would be getting a bit more luxury. Lifts were very slow and didn’t appear to be enough lift for the size if the hotel. Hotel was very basic. We were booked in for 5 nights but had free cancellation so only stayed 1 night. We slept well, but not for us. Sauna/gym/pool area did not appear well maintained. Staff kindly refunded the rest of the stay.

Замечательные очень вкусные завтраки, полная звукоизоляция, очень мягкая и удобная кровать, очень близко от моря, в номере ежедневно убирались, номер очень просторный за сравнительно небольшие деньги, совсем близко к туристической улице

В номере были постоянные проблемы с горячей водой.

Destacar que la piscina no tiene horario y para un buen baño y buenas vistas, vale la pena.

Está algo descuidado, faltaría algo de mantenimiento general.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer war wunderschön. Die Lage war super. Restaurants und Supermarkt direkt nebenan.

Das Hotelzimmer für vier Personen bietet leider nicht ausreichend Platz für die Koffer. Ein entsprechender Platz dafür fehlt leider. Das Personal hat leider während unserer Unterhaltung weiter am Handy gespielt.

The infinity pool and gym were cute.

I was on the 16th floor and the lift makes a horrible banging noise so basically even with heavy duty earplugs I was woken up super early in the morning when people took the lift.

Virtually seaside location, plenty of amenities nearby and also access to rooftop pool.

The sauna was out of service, which was not being advertised at the time of the booking, nor at the hotel at the time of the checking in. One of 2 lifts was out of service in the morning for 4 hours, which gave a bit of discomfort due to the hotel being full.
