Weinig interesse van personeel, en veel schimmels op de kamer.

Parfait pour une ou deux nuits et visiter Hanoï en partant de son centre. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue assez calme et c'est ce que je cherchais. Le personnel a été adorable

Location was the best exactly in the middle of the quarter square but very quite at night. Staff was nice and helped us to sort everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this stay.

Perfect location for Hanoi old quarter and accessing tours. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean, as always. Internet speed and tv channels on offer are also excellent. Big comfy bed is also a bonus

The location is great and the room was very spacious for the price. The staff were nice!

The beds were very worn and springy and quite uncomfortable. The bathroom ceiling was unfortunately covered in what appeared to me to be mold splotches. The WiFi was inconsistent and would cut out pretty frequently for short periods.

Ottima posizione. Stanza pulita e spaziosa. Bagno con box doccia, che in Vietnam non è scontato.

Ho avuto problemi con la doccia che non mandava acqua dai soffioni e non sono riuscita a sistemarla. Essendo tarda notte e ormai in doccia non ho chiamato e mi sono arrangiata. Ho anche visto che c’era un cotton fioc usato per una “riparazione” nel tubo. Magari un po più di manutenzione non sarebbe male.

Martin was lovely when arriving to Hanvet! He and his staff are all very welcoming and helped us with all our bags! We also booked trips with this Hotel, such as: The Ha Giang Loop. It is an affordable and great stay for anyone who is exploring Hanoi!

The perfect place in Hanoi. A great location and accommodation. The staff at the front desk was SUPER helpful when I was late for a bus and helping me make it in time! Above and beyond service.

The location is perfect for a stay in Hanoi. It’s central in the old quarter and easy to walk to anywhere. It’s in a quiet little lane so no noise at night. Everything worked perfectly, and staff were super helpful helping to organise day trips and food recommendations.

The mattress could have been softer, but I’m used to a very soft bed so it’s more than fine.

For the area the hotel was expensive. 22Land across the street is much better and 1/3 of the price. My room room smelt of smoking. Staff were friendly but most expensive hotel I had in entire north Vietnam and probably average accomodation. Location is amazing however.

Bed sheets had stains on them and the bed is not comfy, you can feel the metal from the mattress

The room was a decent size, the location was great, fridge in the room to keep waters cold.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, no one was at the reception to greet us so we had to message and wait.

The bed was a bit lumpy, there was noise from the street which is fine but I would advise taking some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

We stayed 4 nights, and they didn't come once to change our towels, empty the bin or bring new toilet paper. Even tho we but the please clean our room sign up.

Room was bad, mattress was bad, fridge turned off when you left the room. Street noise was very bad. I would value the room at no more than $10 usd per night. I will never stay there again. I suspect all reviews posted are false. People get paid as a job to post false reviews

I have asked the front desk for face towels and day. Also there was No coffee in the room

It was very quiet if you’re looking to sleep. Photos make it look a lot nicer than it actually is, but the price was fairly low, so you get what you pay for. My main problem was when we tried to leave the room one morning and our door wouldn’t lock. There was no one at the front desk to help, so we called the number that was provided on the desk. They said they could have someone there in 20 minutes to fix the door and that we could just leave with the door unlocked and it would be handled..

ハノイ大教会に徒歩１分の場所です。 旧市街ホアンキエム湖に近く、繁華街の ど真ん中で、とても便利です。ハノイ駅まで 徒歩15分です。ホテルの部屋は充分に広い ですが掃除が行き届いて無いように感じます。 荷物保管サービスを利用しましたが、フロントの ソファに置いてあるだけで誰も見て無かったので 不安を感じました。

The room was really nice and clean with modern furniture. The shower is separate from the rest of the bathroom. Located in an alleyway and really quiet at night. Black out curtains to block the light out in the morning. Great location, right in the old quarter, next to St Joseph’s cathedral, and about 10 min to the lake. Lots of restaurants around.

Don’t stay here if you need any type of staff support. I needed to extend my stay by a day and couldn’t get a response via booking or WhatsApp. The desk is nearly always empty, so no one to raise issues with, they are hanging out at nearby businesses. Just nearly impossible to get in contact with someone. In the end I had to book another night via booking and finally got a response that I wouldn’t need to change rooms. Just unnecessarily difficult to manage the situation. The AC controller display didn’t work during my stay, so I had to guess which buttons to press to turn it on. They offer to hold your luggage for free but the room is just a random storage room on the ground floor and it’s not locked. With no one at the front desk nearly all the time, anyone could just walk in.

Nice staff at reception. Great location, close to everything. Room is clean, full of natural light from balcony and window. There is long desk which is very convenient if you need to work with laptop.

There is no complimentary coffee, only tea bags. Some items (glass, cup) are not very clean but i didn't use though. Beds are too soft for me.

Ideally located close to the Church and the Hoan Kiem Lake and the staff was friendly

The location is excellent and it’s down a quiet street. Excellent aircon in room and comfy beds.

My room wasn’t made up during my 4 days at the hotel. There was no safe in my room One slight negative is that I asked for late checkout for 4hrs on day of leaving and was told the cost was over half the price that I’d pay for the room for a night

Right in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter, clean, nice large beds, good showers, close to the St. Joseph’s Cathedral. Friendly staff, they let us store luggage there.

The restaurants in the vicinity were poor.

The staff tried their best to communicate and I give them credit for that but it would be better if they will start learning how to speak english because they are dealing with so many nationalities. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
