Lokatie is echt fantastisch, om de hoek van de kathedraal en dicht bij het Hoan Kiem meer. Je loopt zo de oude stad in. Ontbijt was heerlijk, toen we vroeg werden opgehaald kregen we bakjes mee met fruit en croisantjes. Ook kregen we nog als afscheid een goodiebag met koffie mee.

We hadden geen enkele avond warm water in de douche helaas. Het zwembad was niet in het hotel, we moesten 4 straten verder naar een zuster hotel lopen. Dat mag wel vermeld worden op de site

El alojamiento está ubicado perfectamente , las habitaciones están perfectas y el desayuno es fantástico. Agradecer al personal sobre todo Mr John y Ms Mina , son fasntasticos . Lo recomiendo 100%

L'emplacement est très bien, au centre de Hanoï mais fans une rue piétonne donc pas trop de bruit. Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner copieux. Merci à l'équipe, Tom, Angela et Brian pour leur accueil. N'hésitez pas à leur demander des conseils si vous souhaitez organiser des excursions (Sapa, baie d’Halong...).

Heel mooi hotel, locatie ook top. En het personeel - zeker Angela en Brian - waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

C’est la seconde fois que nous venons dans cet établissement. Nous y sommes allés à l’arrivée et nous y sommes passés. Pour notre retour. C’est hôtel est très bien situé dans le Vieux quartier de Hanoï. L’accueil est extra le petit-déj’ très copieux. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Madame Angela et Madame Mina en particulier, mais tous les autres aussi également.

Heel goede ontvangst. Personeel zeer service-gericht. Locatie midden in het French Quarter, niet bereikbaar per auto, maar ze komen je die laatste 100m ophalen. Veel leuke kroegen en restaurants vlakbij. En het ontbijt: voortreffelijk!

Een brandtrap vanuit de kamer. zat op de 8ste verdieping en zou niet weten hoe dat eventueel had moeten gaan. Detail maar belangrijk.

De locatie is fantastisch!

Het zwembad is niet op de locatie zelf. Wij hebben het niet gemist maar wel goed om te weten.

Staff were amazing and so accommodating. Mr. Brian and Mr.John were amazing and was so helpful with check in , and everything that was needed. Location is excellent no cars allowed on the road outside hotel so 30 second walk for a grab if needed.

The biggest thing was there is no pool but a pool is advertised. Its about 10 mins away in another hotel The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was very small and outdated. We were on the 9th floor and the lift only went to floor 8 so we had to walk the last floor. The bathroom in the picture is probably double the size of what we actually got so everything got soaked in the bathroom after a shower. The safe was not anchored to anything so did not feel secure.

Está bien, para pasar 3 noches. El desayuno es muy bueno. Tienen bananas y caramelos en la recepción. Laundry y masaje.

La limpieza del baño es más o menos. Son 3 edificios y no lo aclara en la publicación, uno de ellos no tiene ascensor y mucha humedad en las habitaciones. Nos quejamos bastante para que nos dieran otra habitación y vimos 3 antes que nos den una adecuada. No tiene piscina! Dicen que está en otro edificio a 5 minutos caminando pero no fuimos.

Dice que tiene piscina y no es así, tenés que ir a otro lugar a cinco minutos caminando, nos quisieron dar una habitación llena de humedad en un 4 piso por escalera porque en ese edificio no tienen ascensor, nos quejamos y nos cambiaron a otro edificio que si tenía, pero perdimos un montón de tiempo para que eso suceda.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of everything as soon as you step outside. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was good. Complimentary water and bananas added a comforting touch. Coffee gift pack on departure was a beautiful gesture.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay fantastic. From an upgraded room with a balcony to a phenomenal breakfast each morning. Located just outside the Old Quarter, it is conveniently located near great food and views. I am already planning my return trip next year.

I don’t think that I can think of anything that I didn’t like.

The hotel staff gave us a different (bigger, family room) that was available at the time we arrived (we arrived earlier than check-in time.) Location is amazing. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, it is actually 3 different buildings next to each other, the pictures from booking.com do not reflect the actual hotel and the hotel does not have a pool (they claim it is in maintenance, but there really is no rooftop pool), they offer to go to a different hotel 5 minutes away to go to that pool.

Perfect location in old quarter just about everything important is an easy walk away and the church gives you a good land mark for navigation. Breakfast was good and the staff is so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Also highly recommend the laundry service was very fast and affordable.

La struttura è in una posizione centrale, lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile.

La pulizia è migliorabile, purtroppo abbiamo trovato dei peli sulle lenzuola. Il bagno non era in ottime condizioni, dopo il primo utilizzo abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto poiché non funzionava più lo sciacquone, sono venuti a sistemarlo. L’acqua in doccia non defluiva bene, si formava una pozzanghera nel piatto doccia. Ho prenotato questo hotel anche per la presenza della piscina, al nostro arrivo ci hanno detto che era in manutenzione e che se avessimo voluto ci avrebbero portati in una piscina vicino, mi è dispiaciuto perché avrei voluto sfruttarla di più e invece così non ci siamo mai andati. Tutta la camera non è tenuta benissimo, la testiera del letto e la panca hanno macchie di vernice. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero dato una camera migliore e più grande gratuitamente, noi abbiamo accettato senza guardare prima quella scelta tramite foto ma siamo rimasti un po’ delusi.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per spostarsi in città e la colazione è sufficiente. Al check-out la direzione ha riconosciuto i problemi riscontrati, dimostrando correttezza: ci hanno rimborsato una notte di soggiorno e ci hanno offerto gratuitamente il transfer per l'aeroporto per scusarsi dei disagi.

Check-in decisamente disorganizzato: un'ora di attesa dopo due tentativi errati di assegnarmi una camera diversa da quella prenotata. La pulizia della stanza era scarsa. Inoltre, la piscina pubblicizzata non si trova all'interno della struttura ma presso un altro hotel, dettaglio fondamentale che non viene specificato nell'annuncio.

There wasn’t plenty of food options at the breakfast buffet and frequently were out of bacon. Our room was on the 6th floor in a building with no lifts.

I had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was also really good. John Angela Mina gave a great service.

Nuestra reserva era en otro hotel y nos reubicaron en este, en donde tuvieron una excelente disposición ya que la habitación no correspondía con lo que habíamos reservado en el otro hotel. Incluso nos ofrecieron elegir entre varias habitaciones. El trato por parte de todo el personal ha sido excelente durante toda nuestra estancia, muy atentos, serviciales y con un gran interés en hacernos sentir cómodos. El desayuno es muy bueno y la ubicación también. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y amplia.

I thought I booked two double rooms but came away with 2 single and the room wasn’t as big.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,(John & Mina & Angela), das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Lage ist gut. Wir durften unser Gepäck hier lassen und uns wurde ein Grab gerufen. Sehr freundlich.

Der Pool ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Das habe ich überlesen und sollte klarer in der Beschreibung stehen.

Breakfast fabulous location very very god very crntral to old quarter John was very helpful at the desk and throughout our stay. Angela was also lovely to us throughout our stay!

We had a super spacious room and an upgrade. Well equiped and superfriendly staff, they even carried our luggage to the taxi and the rooms. The location is awesome you’re in the middle of everything. It really made us feel like we were in Hanoi. The pool is a 5 min walk to another hotel but really nice pool and rooftop bar!!

The room for breakfast is quit small.
