Een heel ruim, mooi ingericht appartement waar we echt van hebben genoten! In een leuke wijk ook, wat rustiger maar met veel koffiezaakjes. Het personeel was ook ontzettend vriendelijk.

Op de bovenste verdieping werd het erg warm maar we waren er ook tijdens een hittegolf.

Me gustó la decoración “temática” de naranja/s, me pareció original! Espacios amplios, habitación con vista al lago, cama cómoda. Los muebles y casi todas las cosas se veían bastante nuevas, casi a estrenar. La ducha salía con muy buena presión, fue un gusto después de un día muy caluroso!! El hombre que nos recibió a la noche cuando llegamos, a pesar de no hablar otro idioma que el suyo, nos hizo el check-in muy simple y fue muy amable.

Con respecto a la ducha, en un ángulo se veían un poco de hongos (no sé si en este lado del mundo usan lavandina!!?), no muy terrible como otros lugares que he visto, pero podría estar mejor 😅 Y en el baño había como un papel/plastificado sobre los azulejos que estaba medio desprolijo y ya estaba empezando a despegarse… solo eso! Por lo demás, super biennn

Очень хороший и чистый отель. Брали комнату с видом на озеро, всем довольны) Персонал приветливый, комната соответствует фото. Отель находится немного на удалении от центра, район вокруг тихий и приятный. До старого квартала пешком идти минут 30-40. Если вы хотите на экскурсию от туроператора в городе, то автобус за вами не приедет. Придется идти пешком хотя бы минут 15-20, чтобы дойти до первой точки сбора. Нам это не мешало никак, но лучше знать заранее. Отелю ставлю хорошую оценку

Appartement spacieux, très propre, très agréable. Le quartier est calme, il est agréable d’y prendre un café le matin ou de marcher le long du lac pour rentrer d’une journée très active. Les personnes à l’accueil sont souriantes et agréables .

L’appartement rooftop n’a pas une vue directe sur le lac. On peut tout de même en profiter un peu sur le petit balcon du salon.

This was genuinely one of the most beautiful stays I stayed in around the world! The apartment was so comfortable and so beautiful that I barely wanted to leave. The views of the lake and beautiful sunset everyday is breathtaking! the apartment is highly equipped with everything you need from kitchenware to toiletries, room cleaning service was provided daily with fresh towels and the washer and dryer on every floor were so convenient! Thanks to the whole team and I can't wait to stay here again!

We were given a complimentary lake side view room and it was so perfect. The apartments have everything you need. They’re very clean and well furnished. The area is so perfect. It’s not as busy as the more central areas so you can expect to experience a little more peace in this area, take a stroll and find numerous beautiful cafes with beautiful lakeside view seating. I highly recommend. Thank you to the team at irest orange.

Heerlijke ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien voor een goede prijs! We zijn op ontdekking gegaan en kunnen een super restaurant aanbevelen in de buurt (naar rechts de hoek om, alsmaar rechtdoor totdat de weg ophoudt en dan naar rechts restaurant met plastic flappen en tegenover het water) zie foto 6 en 7!. Hier naar binnen gehaald door een Duitse man Thomas die zo enthousiast vertelde en verdraaid het lekkerst gegeten van de hele vakantie! Wat betreft het appartement het is een kwartiertje met de taxi/ grab naar the old quater. Voor ons was het ook even goed bijkomen tijdens veel gereis. Het is er wat rustiger dan in old quater. Heerlijk geslapen. En heel erg ruim opgezet!!

Niets. Vriendelijk geholpen ook door het personeel. Wanneer zij geen Engels spraken dan werd er via Google translate netjes gecommuniceerd, erg behulpzaam.

The location is great for the first time in Hanoi - peaceful and quiet for your body to survive jetlag, but still quite near to the city centre. There were lots of cafes and restaurants around serving both vietnamese and international food The room was great, beautiful view, all clean and cozy, just as in the pictures. Helpfull staff (the lady at the reception even gave us some cash untill we get to the money exchange, she also recommended a nice motorbike rent, and helped with other questions).

This place was honestly just so great to stay. It was so quiet, in a lovely part of the city with loads of coffee shops and facilities nearby. The apartment itself had everything you'd need to comfortably live there really, including a washing machine, cooking facilities, and a TV. The apartment was modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful, including over WhatsApp ahead of our arrival.

The property was very cozy, well equipped and very comfortable. I felt like I was at home. The view out of the balcony was superb

Very nice "Island"

Takes time to reach, because the one way street has bikes going both ways.

The rooms are so spacious and comfortable! Everything is clean, all the supplies are changed regularly. The stuff doesn't speak English very well. There is only a receptionist available during certain hours, however no problem at all. The stuff will always help if needed via using the translators. Good location, close to some landmarks and what's the most important a quiet one, as normally Hanoi is very noisy. There are not so many restaurants available, but still supermarkets and cute coffee shops are around.

Lieber Empfang durch einen älteren Herren, der zwar kein Englisch spricht, sich aber mit einer App super zu helfen weiß und sehr freundlich ist. Toller Ausblick auf den See und süß eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht.

Waschmaschine nicht wie angekündigt in der Wohnung, sondern auf dem Flur. Auch ok, aber dann bitte entsprechend ankündigen. Lage am See ist sehr schön, jedoch ist es doch ein Stück rein ins Zentrum, was wir jedoch wussten. Die Dusche könnte noch etwas gründlicher geputzt werden.

Действительно красивые и удобные апартаменты. Кровать супер. Расположение удалено от центра, но в этом и прелесть. Здесь намного тише, что непривычно для Ханоя.

Слишком мало дней мы тут провели. Нужно было закладывать больше))

整間風格設計得很可愛，而且坪數很大，有餐桌廚房跟電視沙發區，一樓放置的魚缸很可愛。當天很晚辦理入住，幸好老闆有幫我們開門，並且因為下飛機馬上就來check in，來不及換錢老闆還願意隔天讓我們換錢完支付，真的太感謝了!可惜只住了一天，周圍有很多咖啡小店，看到很多人在街邊坐著喝杯咖啡，安靜愜意的氛圍且鄰近西湖，很滿意

住到的房型雖然有陽台，但無法看見西湖的景色有點可惜，希望下次有機會再次入住可以在房間內就可以看到漂亮的湖景

房間真的溫馨超級美到不行！ 接待妹妹笑容有夠真誠可愛！ 雖然是小湖景還是很漂亮！ 真的很舒適漂亮好想多住幾天！！

This property is beautiful and comfortable, and deserves credit for how well it is taken care of.

The staff needs to learn hospitality and intuition. If you hear someone on the phone, not responding to the door, it is not because they can’t hear you, but most likely because they are having an important conversation, and it is not an opportunity to bang on the door louder and louder. You should leave, and come back in a bit.

Very quiet, clean, and well priced. Staff were very accommodating as well.

Lovely people that will help with anything they can! Room was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything you need, inclusief washing machine! More than enough space, we will be back!

The fully furnished apartment was nice and clean. Location was quiet and safe. Bathroom was good though a bit small to move about.

Not many food placesnear to apartment except a few local cafes, also didnt offer much food. Have to walk out further ot take grab to other places to eat or buy things.

The property is in a quieter part of Hanoi on west lake. Still close to all we needed. The property is self contained, which was good for making breakfast. Having a washing machine on the floor was very handy.

Wonderful host, pretty comfortable rooms in a quiet residential area of Ha Noi city

Large light spacious room with a warm, inviting and tasteful decor. Amazingly comfortable bed, excellent powerful and hot shower, lovely lounge area with a dining table. Very well equipped and clean and also a fabulous balcony with great views over the lake and city (We had room 601). The staff were really helpful and friendly and finally but almost the most impressive of all was the location. A very chilled and quiet area, but still only minutes away from anything you'd need in terms of food & drink or shopping.

In terms of balance, I always try and list something which I felt could've been improved, but I simply can't think of anything that we didn't like about the iRest Orange Tay Ho Lakeside apartment.

Everything, nice staff, good location, modern apartment, good facilities. By far the best place we stayed at in SE Asia.

View from balcony.

It was not comfortable as it's was not really a roof top however we booked for a roof top room, the upstairs guest kept walking around until 3am. Also the chairs need a rubber bottom on the legs as they are very lour when being moved.

We loved our apartment! It had all the amenities you could possibly need and more and it was large and beautiful! It was within walking distance of some great cafes and places to get something to eat. It is a cheap Grab ride down to the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter if that's your thing. There are exercise locations along the road that you can use during a morning walk.

the cleanest and the most comfortable stay in Vietnam. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and yet very close to the old quarter. The communication with the host was great. the reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is very well designed. the bed is very comfortable. Every small detail is thoughtful.

The view of the lake was gorgeous from our bedroom. The apartment is exactly like the photos. Nicely decorated, very clean and a nice layout. It's unusual that the space is larger than what we expected. Over all, it is very comfortable and the apartment is serviced with house cleaning if you need it. Added bonus, there is a washer and dryer so we were able to wash our clothes. The night guard security gentleman was very sweet too! The location is quieter than the Old Quarter...for us it was perfect if you want to step away from the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of coffee shops and small eateries within walking distance. But it's not super touristy. We will definitely come back.

A little tricky to find the entrance at first but that is a minor detail.

I liked everything

I loved the lake view balcony and interior decoration. It felt more like a home than a hotel. The place was equipped with everything I needed. My only minor complaint is that the people above me were very loud at all hours of night. You can hear everything that’s going on outside of the apartment

Cooking utensils should be replaced and coffee in the room should be available daily!
