Amira Hotel Hanoi

Excellent stay and service from all staff, with a special mention for Bobby and reception / bell staff. Stayed in the Junior Suite room and loved the headboard murals + all the individual hotel personalisations. Great location, AC worked well in our room, exceptionally comfy bed and pillows. Scent diffuser is a nice touch as you enter. Soundproofing could be better in the Junior Suite but it’s the nature of staying in the Old Quarter and a busy hotel. Look forward to our next stay. The room was so beautiful, we took the one with the balcony. Such a stellar location right next to the key areas and markets. While we stayed in Hanoi just for two days on our entire Vietnam trip, this is what made our trip super beautiful. Bobby from the Hotel Staff was super courteous, cool and helpful. The entire hotel staff is extremely helpful and good. We will recommend it to everyone and even come back again! Thank you so so much to Bobby and the entire staff at Amira for making our stay worthwhile!

Great location and staff. Close to everything and a laundromant just a short walk from the hotel. We had 10 days in Amira Hotel and from the start the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast selections everyday were great. We were sad to leave but have fond memories of Johnny, Duc, Lucas, Bobby and all the staff that made our stay wonderful. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel and recommending to friends.

There was construction next door and drilling started quite early in the morning. This is no fault of Amira Hotel as it is a separate company so they had no control over it.

In the heart of the Old Quarter 10 minutes walk to the lake. Tons of places to eat and drink within 5-10 walk and very safe. Staff was also helpful and friendly, especially Bobby who you could count on for anything-getting a car, reservations, flight check in, everything! Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a mix of Vietnamese and American style food. Rooftop bar is another nice touch

Das Zimmer und der Balkon war sehr schön und gemütlich! Standort ebenfalls sehr gut, etwas laut aber in der Suite ganz oben ist der Lärm weniger zu hören. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Bobby ist wirklich ein sehr freundlicher, zuverlässiger und aufmerksamer Mitarbeiter und hoffe dass er bei all diesen tollen Rückmeldungen die er kriegt, befördert wird!

Beim duschen wird der ganze Boden nass im Bad und der Schlafbereich somit auch etwas zu feucht.

The rooms are a little on the small side and don't have windows, but honestly, we already knew that before we booked, so it wasn't a big deal.

I really had an amazing stay with Amira Hotel Hanoi. The room was so neat and clean. And the service was the point of this hotel, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with many options.

Central location and helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and food is fresh and tasty. Sky bar is great at night with a view of we the city. Bobby in particular was a great host, and nothing was too much trouble. Helped with routes and transports around Vietnam - even when we had moved to other areas. As a result we booked here for our last two nights - before returning to Australia.

It was right in the center of the Old Quarter. The breakfast was delicious, they stored our luggage safely (for almost a week) while we were on the Ha Giang loop and the staff was fantastic. Bobby was amazing, accommodating everything we needed with the sweetest personality, communicating by WhatsApp and going above and beyond.

La camera era pulita e confortevole, la posizione è ottima per visitare la città e lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Bobby, the hotel concierge was amazingly helpful and had excellent English too which made our communication so much easier. He was a standout staff among all the hotels we stayed at.

Breakfast was probably better than what I expected.

The staff at breakfast did not remove dirty plates away. We would put the dirty dishes on another table to make room.

Hotel was gorgeous, the balcony was a lovely touch that meant we could sit at the end of the night and look over the city. Was genuinely beautiful However what made our stay here so amazing was completely down to the staff. Anything we needed they were all readily available with a smile. A particular shout out to Bobby who was so helpful and even helped us get checking in for our ward flights. I genuinely couldn’t recommend the place enough

Brilliant staff going beyond for us! And a super good location

Sadly some building works going on at 7am but couldn’t be helped. It wasn’t their building.

The propriety is well located in the heart of the Old Quarter. We were very satisfied with hotel’s prompt service. The hotel staff epically Mr. Bobby from guest relations were always available a call way. Mr. Bobby made sure we were well taken care from before our check in to our check out.

Stayed here for a few nights and had a really good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. The location is great too, with lots of places to eat and visit nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. I really love the location of the hotel as it was close by and walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places. The staff at the hotel, especially Bobby was a great help even before my stay, he was consistently in touch with me to ensure that I have a smooth trip in Hanoi. Upon arrival as well and during my stay, the hotel facilities were extremely good and clean. The room was very spacious with a lot of amenities included, which were very helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my future stays as well.

A friend recommended this hotel to me, and oh my—it was so good. Location is so convenient. The interior décor is very classy and elegant, especially in the bedroom. The staff were incredibly friendly, from the reception team to the staff at the Level 9 café, the porter, and even the tour desk lady. Everyone was genuinely kind and pleasant, which made my short stay feel very homely and enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful and full of recommendations and advice. Bobby helped us book a tour and provided great recommendations. However, we had to cancel at the last minute, and he took it upon himself to handle it. This was a big help. There is a nice cocktail bar at the top with a good view of the neighborhood. The area is extremely walkable, and if you want to get further out, you can easily use Grab to get a car. The hotel is just inside of the Old Quarter area that is closed to traffic during weekend nights, but even then, it was easy for us to get a car to pick us up by just walking a block or so north. It can get quite hot in the summer, but the AC in the room worked well and kept us cool. The coffee shop across the street is excellent as well.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Staff were very helpful , Bobby gave 💯 % explained helpful hints to us. Breakfast was very good, shame no other meals available, roof top bar was good but very hot, more fan's, very comfortable certainly would recommend good location near markets and shops
