Everything was wonderful. The room was lovely, and perfectly sized. The staff were fantastic: helpful, friendly, and responsive. Breakfast was great! The rooftop sitting area was peacheful and charming. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were fresh and clean, staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Location was great proximity to local restaurants and attractions.

This was the most comfortable hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. Air-conditioning was quiet and effective, facilities all new (not in a western style but very comfortable) and the breakfast was great. September was a great time to go to Cat Ba, very few tourists and weather milder than August.

Opposite a huge development which is a little overwhelming of the whole area. It is not luxury but very comfortable.

The location. The pictures made me believe this was on the beach. Unfortunately I think what may have happened is that land has been reclaimed from the sea and as such this was not beachfront. On checking I saw the description says 0.5km from the beach but having seen the picture that misled me.

Great location- right in in middle of the town. I can easily access the Sun square and took e bus or walk to the beach and restaurants. Good breakfast with planty of choices.

Need to wait for 3 minutea after come in the room to turn the AC on

Highly Recommended! We received a genuinely warm welcome and excellent, personalized advice on exploring Cat Ba, which made our trip so much smoother. Our room was lovely — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We were especially delighted by the refreshing welcome drink and beautiful fruit basket waiting for us. Breakfast was a real highlight. Being served at our table was wonderfully relaxing compared to the usual buffet scramble — the food was fresh, varied, and perfectly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Super zentrale Lage. Viele sehr gute Restaurants in Laufnähe. Zimmer war tadellos sauber. Frühstücksteam war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das A la carte Frühstück super lecker. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen auf den frischen Obstteller gefreut. War besser als manches 5 Sterne Hotel Buffet. Auch das Rezeptionsteam müssen wir loben. Sie haben uns unkompliziert den Transfer von und nach Hanoi mit einem Limousinen Service gebucht, der wunderbar funktioniert hat. Außerdem haben wir spontan eine private Kanutour gebucht, die für uns unvergesslich bleiben wird.

The service was on point, staff are really accomodating and helpful. The room looks like the photos, the theme of ocean and the moon makes it different, beautiful and clean. Great location, walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended and will book again if I come back to Cat Ba.

Phòng mình chả rõ có tiếng nước hay tiếng mọt lục đục nhỏ nhỏ ở vách phòng, không quá gây khó chịu nhưng cũng làm giảm trải nghiệm.

The staff were so friendly, and the breakfasts were fantastic. I had a different option every morning and they were all great, and I still only had a fraction of what was on offer!

It was on a very busy street. This would suit some being so close to the town centre. It didn’t bother us much we were on the 8th floor and couldn’t hear noise at night, plus the room was so comfortable!

Good hotel, run by the Cat Ba Ventures team. We came off a couple of nights on one of their boats, so anywhere would feel like an anti climax after that, but Moon Boutique looked after us very well. Lovely staff, great room.

We had a lovely one night stay here after our Lan Ha Bay tour. Hotel is nicely updated, and the rooms have great air conditioning and really comfortable beds. Staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful - even arranging a take-out breakfast for us when we had an early morning check-out the following morning.

Wonderful stay! The staff, room, service, and breakfast were all exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of everything, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I’d also like to specially mention the bed: I slept like I was on a cloud. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was a wonderful hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they even let us know about the fireworks show on the beach during our stay! The rooms decor was fantastic- such a breath of fresh air. Breakfast was a la carte but there were plenty of options that were very good. The hotel is also very close to the beach and the centre of town, so it was easy to get to attractions and the restaurants.

This hotel is very new and the luxurious deluxe twin we stayed in was very spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, with a wide selection. We really enjoyed the pancakes and fruit portions. The hotel is located right in the center of town, with many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. An ATM and currency exchange service are also just a short walk away. The rooftop cafe has fantastic views of the bay. We were also very impressed with the attentive service from the staff on the 3rd floor (breakfast) with their friendly smiles and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday in Cat Ba.

Very big rooms, clean and exceptional breakfast. One of the rooms we rented had a smell of humidity and there was condensation on the shit, but that did not bother us and there is AC to correct that.

Really good service, everything perfectly clean and nice rooms. Perfect for a family with children.

The hotel is very clean and the room is super comfortable and modern. Despite being in the heart of the town center, it was quite quiet where we were on a higher floor. They even have a waiting room if you arrive early or check out early so that you have a place to store yourself or your things while waiting for a bus. The staff was incredible. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with any detail. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel also partners with a tour company, so they helped us to arrange some tours in town - these were some of our best tour guides of the trip. Truly a great hotel.

Après quelques autres hôtels au Vietnam, nous sommes arrivés sur l'île de Cat Ba dans ce petit hôtel "boutique" qui a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons tout apprécié : le service était parfait notamment le lien avec la société pour l'organisation des sorties, le petit déjeuner était très bon et la literie était extrêmement confortable. L'emplacement est également idéal. Rien à redire, le rapport qualité/prix vaut le coup.

מקום מהמם עם צוות מקסים! חדרים נקיים וגדולים מאוד, מיטות נוחות שקשה לצאת מהם בבוקר. מקלחת מדהימה ונקייה. למלון יש גג מאוד נחמד עם תצפית לים וההליכה מאוד קצרה לים מהמלון.

לצערי הרב המלון בעבר היה קו ראשון לים והיום המצב השתנה ובנו שטח שלם נוסף על הים. החוף קצת התרחק אבל הליכה מאוד קצרה אליו. כל האי בבנייה מאסיבית מה שיוצר מצב בעייתי לרוב העסקים באיזור

Die Unterkunft könnte kaum zentraler liegen, um Cat Ba zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und dementsprechend in gutem Zustand. Sauberkeit ist definitiv gegeben und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Dame und der Herr beim Frühstücksbuffet waren unglaublich liebenswert und kundenorientiert. Zentrale Klimaanlage hat wunderbar funktioniert, ganz ohne Feuchtigkeit oder arktische Nächte. Auch die Dachterrasse nebst Ausblick über die entstehende Stadt-Erweiterung Cat Bas bis hin zum Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das dazugehörige Reise-/Ausflugsbüro ist definitiv empfehlenswert. In Summe ein gutes und preiswertes Hotel, um die umliegende Natur inkl. Ha Long Bay erleben zu können, was auch der Grund für unseren Aufenthalt war.

Die unmittelbare Umgebung, eigentlich jedoch die Insel als solche, ist sehr stark durch Bauarbeiten geprägt. Diese Entwicklung ist kritisch zu betrachten, jedoch nicht dem Hotel anzulasten. An der Unterkunft hat mir daher eigentlich nichts nicht gefallen!

We couldn't imagine a better base for visiting Cat Ba. The hotel is located in the center of Cat Ba town with many nearby restaurants and cafes. We received a welcome gift of delicious smoothies and fruit at check-in, and our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable (with kettle/fridge provided and excellent air conditioning, the soundproofing was great and we weren't bothered by any construction noise). The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, booking private transfers from Ninh Binh and to Hanoi - they even found us a discounted voucher for the onsen at the Flamingo Resort when we asked their help to make a booking! Breakfast is a la carte and has a great variety of Western and Vietnamese dishes (the smoothies are outstanding).

The breakfast was personally served and was fresh and varied. The location was excellent, right next to the beach. The hotel helped arrange a convenient shuttle from the previous hotel which was really helpful and a plankton cruise which was an unforgettable experience.

Most of the attractions and the other services the hotel sold were more expensive than other hotels in the area, which is a bit disappointing considering we were the hotel guests.

Einfach alles. Von der Größe des Zimmers, der Sauberkeit, Personal, es war einfach super!

It was modern, bright, clean. Location was good. Staff were really helpful. Roof terrace was nice. It was helpful that it was part of the company that did our activities. They organised our driver from Hanoi to Cat Ba and back. The driver who took us back to the ferry - got us on the ferry despite the drawbridge going up! Thank you everyone including Windy who took us out on our two trips.

There was no bar on the beautiful roof terrace.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, sind sehr groß und geräumig. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich.

Leider wird momentan in der ganzen Stadt großflächig gebaut. Was eine enorme Lärmbelästigung ist. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja leider nichts. Das sind andere Entscheidungen.

Très grande Chambre lumineuse , salle de bains fonctionnelle, très bon débit d’eau très chaude, armoire . Literie de très bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner appétissant, préparé sur commande. Accueil professionnel et souriant. La note de 10 est vraiment méritée

Wat een geweldig hotel is dit! Het kan niet anders dat de eigenaar een perfectionist moet zijn. Het design van de hotelkamer en kleur was door het gehele hotel doorgevoerd. Alles zag er even mooi uit en er is oog voor detail. Bij aankomst werden wij verwelkomd met een heerlijke fruitcocktail en wat vers fruit. Ook het ontbijt was perfect. Je kon à la carte alles bestellen wat je wilde.absolute aanrader dit hotel!!!

Certainement le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons eu au Vietnam jusqu’à maintenant. Le service est exceptionnel (fruits et smoothies à l’arrivée) et les chambres sont magnifiques: excellent literie, matelas confortables, belle deco. Propreté irréprochable. Magnifique terrasse sur le toit avec fauteuils confortables pour prendre un verre ou un café. Cet établissement va vraiment une coche plus loin que la plupart des établissements: ils ont même une chambre d’attente pour que vous puissiez relaxer, ou même prendre une douche, si vous devez attendre après le checkout avant de prendre votre transport de retour. L’hôtel fait également agence de voyage et ils ont organisé notre transport vers Sapa en bus de nuit.

Accomodatie kan daar niks aan doen maar er zijn wel heel veel bouwwerkzaamheden in de omgeving met bijbehorend geluid. Onze kamer (11.02) had echter geen last van het geluid

Het personeel (en de eigenaren) was super vriendelijk en wil alles voor je regelen. Het ontbijt is heerlijk doordat het op bestelling wordt bereid. De Bahn Mi is verrukkelijk!

Khách sạn mới, phòng sạch sẽ, vị trí trung tâm nên đi lại rất tiện, thiết kế đẹp, có gu, lên hình rất xinh, cực hợp để check-in. Bữa sáng nhiều lựa chọn và rất ngon, được phục vụ tận bàn rất chu đáo. Nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ đặt đầy đủ dịch vụ như xe đưa đón, tour tham quan và tư vấn địa điểm ăn uống, vui chơi rất nhiệt tình. Tổng thể là một khách sạn đáng ở khi đến Cát Bà.
