Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai pu séjourner de toute ma vie. La seule chose positive à retenir, ce sont les réceptionnistes, qui étaient vraiment très, très gentilles. Elles parlaient bien anglais et ont été très serviables : elles nous ont notamment aidés à réserver notre croisière ainsi que notre shuttle pour l’aéroport. Malheureusement, malgré leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité, cela ne suffit absolument pas à compenser l’état de la chambre et surtout le problème de cafards.
En arrivant dans le couloir de l’étage où se trouvait notre chambre, j’ai immédiatement vu plein de petits cafards morts. En ouvrant la porte de la chambre, nous avons découvert avec horreur que des cafards se promenaient partout, notamment devant l’entrée et la porte de la salle de bain. La salle de bain était infestée de petits cafards : il y en avait sur les murs, au sol, un peu partout. Nous n’avons même pas osé ouvrir nos valises, tellement j’avais peur que ces bestioles ne s’y cachent et repartent avec nous. Nous avons signalé le problème à la réceptionniste, qui est montée dans la chambre pour mettre de l’insecticide. J’ai passé deux nuits vraiment horribles. La climatisation, placée juste en face du lit, était beaucoup trop forte et désagréable. La salle de bain était très vétuste, avec de la rouille un peu partout. Quant aux draps et aux serviettes, ils étaient vraiment tachés et donnaient une impression de manque de propreté. Une expérience très décevante et surtout très inconfortable. Pas de pdj alors que sur l'annonce c'était stipulé .

Rất hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ tại đây, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp. The hotel owner and staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back if we have the chance.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Breakfast was good! They provide a bunch of options and they good it fresh daily. The coffee also taste great. Nice spacious hotel with plenty of motorcycle parking. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful whenever I asked for help. I asked to change my bedsheets as they were a bit dirty and they immediately got that done for me.
I got a room that was facing the main street, which could be pretty noisy if you are not used to it. The blinds are also not fully blackout. When first checking into the room, my sheets had some stains on them even though they were clean. I asked the staff to change my bedsheets they immediately got that done for me.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Good location, near the main street, lots of restaurants nearby. The room had everything as advertised, AC worked well, everything worked as it was supposed to. Breakfast was good, wifi was fine.
The cleanliness was a bit... questionable. All the main things like bathroom and bed were clean, but the towels all had a lot of stains (which I don't find acceptable in a hotel, even if the towels were washed - unwashable stains can be ok on a towel at home, but a hotel should throw those away and buy new ones), there were no bedsheets on the blanket and it had some stains as well. Some places could use a bit more thorough cleaning - the air vent in the bathroom was full of dust, just as the area behind the bed where the LED light was. There was no cleaning service during the day - I only stayed two nights, so maybe that was the reason, but still, I'd expect them to at least take out the trash. Good enough for the price, I guess...

Ça sentait bon. Bref rien à dire au niveau de la chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a plein d'excellents fruit et vous pouvez demander des œufs, pancake. La femme à l'accueil m'a très bien renseigné. Lessive rapide. Elle a réservé mon transfert pour Cao Bang et à trouvé l'horaire qui me correspondait. Le meilleur rapport qualité / trouvé à ce jour

Minden nagyon koszos volt a szobában, a padló, az ágynemű, a törölközők, a falak, a fürdőszoba. Esténként bogarak is előjöttek, többféle is. A reggeli nem túl finom, de legalább van. A hajszárító 3 másodpercig működött mielőtt leállt, mert túl túlmelegedett.

L abattant des wc qui ne tenait pas. Ils sont venus le réparer mais après il était de travers. La vitre de la douche petite donc on a tendance à inonder le wc situé à côté. Des chaussons qui ne sont pas à usage unique et pas tres propres en apparence

La posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi dalle spiagge di Cat Ba, così come dai tanti ristoranti. Il personale è gentilissimo, mi hanno aiutata nella scelta della crociera e nella prenotazione del transfer per la destinazione successiva. Ottimo anche il servizio lavanderia.

It wasn't super clean, stains and hairs on the bed (we did get clean bedding when asked), there was still something left in the toilet from previous users (so likely not cleaned) and some mold in the fridge.

All were for very good prices comparing with offers we saw in both Cat Ba and Hanoi. The breakfest was okay. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location was also good.

Buona colazione e posizione ottima per girare l isola. Camera spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa dotata di tutto il necessario. Letti comodissimi! Abbiamo passato una notte in più del previsto, da tornare sicuramente!

Jsme moc rádi že jsme si nakonec vybrali Tommy hotel 👌 Velmi nápomocný personál, který nám lecos doporučil, vysvětlil a také zařídil vše na co jsme si vzpomněli. A to za tu nejlepší cenu. Kterou jsme pečlivě srovnávali. Poloha je super, kousek od centra, 10 minut pěšky od nejhezčích pláží. Velmi dobrá snídaně s neomezenými ovocem, vodou, kávou a čajem. V této kategorii nevídané.
Měli jsme problémy s wifi připojením, které občas bylo tak pomalé, že nešlo sledovat seriál např.

Zum Frühstück kann man sich ein Gericht von einer Karte aussuchen, das könnte für mache zu wenig sein - und hat das gepasst und die Auswahl an Obst hat das wieder wett gemacht!

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025El personal, tanto el que está por el día como el chico que está por la noche, son muy atentos. El desayuno completo, no es buffet pero ponen abundante fruta y puedes elegir un plato principal, además de café y té. Las habitación estaba muy limpia, grande y cómoda. Te dejan una toalla para la playa.
Esto no es culpa del hotel, pero Cat Ba (la zona vacacional/turística) está llena de obras de nuevos hoteles que están construyendo, por lo que se escucha el ruido propio de las obras y esa parte de la isla está perdiendo su encanto. En la habitación entra bastante luz por las mañanas, recomiendo llevar antifaz.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży i restauracji. Obsługa w obiekcie bardzo miła oraz pyszne śniadania dostępne na miejscu. Pokoje czyste, ale trochę nieszczelne okna. Pomimo pokoi na czwartym i piątym piętrze pojawili się nieproszeni goście w postaci gekona i karalucha.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025The position are perfect, the staff are lovely, the young guy who stay in the afternoon and early night is a very friendly and professional person. Breakfast are really good, we book a boat tour and bus with them, correct price and good logistics. Room are nice too.
