Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The staff was nice and friendly. The location is right on the high street. The bed was comfortable.
The room was a bit too small, making it difficult for two people to move around. Additionally, the bathroom door hit the toilet whenever it was opened. The air conditioning is positioned directly opposite the bed; since I am not used to AC, the cold air blowing on my face kept me awake. Unfortunately, turning it off made the room too hot. Lastly, the bed was missing a duvet."

Air conditioning unit only hit one side of the bed. Room was clean but parts of the communal hotel needs attention. Staff were pleasant and nice. Didn’t like the way they were on their phones at breakfast with loud videos playing.

Je kon op het balkon niet gaan zitten. Je kon kleding laten wassen wat erg fijn was maar het werd binnenstebuiten opgevouwen en er zaten veel kreuken in.

Reviewed May 14, 2026A nuestra llegada, tuvimos un pequeño problema con un grupo de huéspedes muy ruidosas que teníamos en las habitaciones de al lado. Bajamos a comentarlo a la recepción y nos cambiaron rápidamente incluso a una mejor habitación sin cargo extra, lo cual nos parece un gesto espectacular. Tras el check out nos permitieron el uso de la piscina y el baño hasta que cogíamos el bus. Un sitio muy recomendable.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Wir waren mit unserem 10jährigem Sohn für 3 Nächte hier. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein sauberes und nett eingerichtetes Zimmer, was täglich mit neuen Handtüchern und Kaffee ausgestattet wurde. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform und absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist super zentral aber trotzdem zentral. Den Pool haben wir für kurze Entspannungspausen genutzt. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Nettes günstiges Hotel, gut gelegen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Berg. Das war ganz ruhig. Wir konnten mit offner Balkontür schlafen. Keinerlei Stechinsekten! Das Frühstück war auch gar nicht schlecht! Wir waren eine Woche hier und würden es bei einem zukünftigen Besuch wieder wählen.
Die Stühle am Pool sollten ersetzt oder repariert werden.

We were there off season with not many guests, but quality of the breakfast was not amazing. I would rather have only one or two options but freshly prepared.

Koko Cat Ba on iso rakennustyömaa, ihan vaan tiedoksi. Lentokenttäkuljetus oli scam, mutta se nyt ei hotellin vika kai ole. Ja lopulta perille päästiin ilman lisärahaa ymmärtääkseni, itse jäin hotelliin matkan varrella. Bussikuski Hai phongissa soitti taksin keskeltä motaria, koska bussi, johon meidät ohjattiin veneeltä, oli menossa keskustaan. Kyytien organisoija Cat Bassa sanoi, että meitä tulee hakemaan satamasta taksi, tyyppi joka meidät naama kuvien perusteella nouti ei ollut taksikuski. Vaan ohjasi meidät vain bussiin.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025The staff were very helpful , the property is listed as having a fridge but it’s a drinks cooler and only cools when there’s things put in it. I’m travelling with medication and it needed to go inside but they brought ice to help create the right temperature.
The room was big but the double bed was pushed up to a window so, only one bedside table - weird. That meant nowhere to put a lamp, water or things charging overnights

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Idéal pour visiter Cat Ba. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre, notre chambre donnait sur la rue, mais était très calme. Aucun chantier en vue (à la différence de beaucoup d'autres hôtels, surtout plus proches de la route principale). Piscine sur le toit (que nous n'avons pas essayé, car le temps était maussade). Nous avons un problème d'air conditionné à notre arrivée et il a était résolu immédiatement. Proche de restaurants très sympas. Possibilité de louer un scooter et d'organiser des excursions directement à la réception. Nous recommandons vivement!

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025The stuff was very helpful, they help us retrieve back my sons phone that he left on the bus, and also they organized trip to our next location and suggested Lan Ha bay luxury tour which was awesome. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel, fluffy pancakes and good selection of fruits.

Mravenci na pokoji. Bohužel jsme přijeli v období dešťů, takže nejeli žádné lodě, ale to není chyba hotelu. V okolí je prakticky vše včetně pláží zavřeno během deštivého období.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Goede locatie, alle restaurants op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel hebben ons met van alles geholpen (uitzonderlijk goede service!). Ontbijt was lekker, genoeg variatie. Kamer is ruim en schoon, fijn! Zwembad is heerlijk. Echt een aanrader!
Zwembad heeft geen schaduwoptie. Dus misschien kunnen ze een parasol neerzetten boven.
