Very Dirty bathroom. Raining coming in through bathroom ceiling and at door to room. Food average not huge variety. Some staff good while others rude. If you do not pay cash they charge you a large surcharge which we have never had in Vietnam all the years we have been travelling there.

The property was easy to find and the staff were amazing, providing great and friendly service.

There wasn’t much to dislike about the property. It was a good experience.

The air conditioning and fan

They double booked our room so we had no where to stay for the night leading us to book a last minute hotel at 3am in the morning, we was told by the staff to go to the hotel next door for a room which they did not have. The beds were uncomfortable with a big gap in the middle ( two single beds).

The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. The staff and managers are welcoming, we've got a great service experience. Highly recommend

מלון נחמד בעיר העתיקה, 7דק הליכה מהאגם. לא מפואר, אבל חדר מרווח, נקי, מים חמים, ארוחת בוקר סבירה ושירות אדיב בקבלה. אין תלונות. מתאים למי שמגיע בעיקר להסתובב בעיר ומחפש מלון איכותי קרוב למרכז ובמחיר סביר

위치는 올드쿼터 안이라 좋기도 하지만 너무 복잡하기도함. 조식이 엄청 괜찮은편. 직원들은 친절. 두고간 옷 잘 보관해줘서 찾아감. 그점은 매우 감사.

업그레이드라고 맨 위층 커넥팅룸을 줬는데 진짜 오래 안쓴 느낌의 방. 화장실 세면대 물때와 녹, 수건 얼룩, 천장 곰팡이, 와이파이 잘 안되고 뜨거운물 잘 안나옴. 직원이 5분이상 수도꼭지 틀고 물 빼라는데 그래도 잘 안됨. 밤에 도착해서 아침 일찍 출발하는 1박만 해서 너무 다행이라고 생각함 카드 결제는 8% 수수료 있어서 현금결제 하려고 했더니 거스름돈이 준비 안되어 있어서 놀람

Great choice for 4 lovely 60 something gals from Manila. Perfect location at the old quarter. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to the frontliners Tiffany , Kang, Vivian, Tony and the food crew Patrick and Lilly and the rest of the hardworking staff of La Palm. Highly recommended Hanoi stay.

It's a small hotel in an old building so the fancy name doesn't match it much. The door lock broke down at most inappropriate time.

We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi La Palm Premier Hotel & Spa. The staff were absolutely fantastic – always friendly, welcoming and willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices and a great start to every day. The location is also perfect! Everything you need and many of Hanoi’s main attractions are within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi!

The Location was Great and we were able to sleep which we were worried that we would struggle, as it is a really busy zone.

It’s opposite the school so can be noisy on certain days. The roads may also be closed at times so car may not be able to access. Also bus more than 16 seaters are no longer allow to pick or drop off passengers at the hotel

This was our third stay at Hanoi La Palm Premier and once again we had a great experience. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and a perfect location in the Old Quarter. We would happily stay here again!

The location and the staff it was right in the centre, close to all the markets, lake and cafeterias and restaurants. the staff are very sweet and helpful esp the 2 lovely receptionists and Mr Hang (i hope i got this right):)

Staff gentile. Camera non ampia ma pulita con letti comodi. Super la colazione a buffet con uova preparate al momento su richiesta. ( caffè non buono). Posizione fantastica in una zona centrale ma non rumorosa

La camera era esattamente sopra la reception che tiene una musichetta dalla mattina presto fino alla sera.. Noi dormivamo ma lo segnalo da valutare.

L'hôtel nous a accueilli malgré notre arrivée très tardive (après minuit), ils nous ont donné une chambre avec un check-in plus tardif que prévu pour nous permettre de nous reposer avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge. La literie est très confortable, on a adoré cet hôtel, on recommande ++

Une localisation au top dans le old quarter. Quartier animé ou l on peut tout faire à pied. Le personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner varie. La possibilité de prendre une douche dans l après midi avant notre départ le soir pour l aéroport.
