It was fine for me - in fact, I enjoyed the exercise, but they do have four floors. If you're unable to climb to the top, you should let them know in advance to make sure and arrange a lower floor.

Vị trí ngay trung tâm nên đi đâu cũng rất gần, lại gần chợ đêm nên nhà mình có thể về cho em bé nghỉ ngơi chút rồi lại ra chợ đêm mua sắm. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi, ko hề có mùi khó chịu. Tầm 10h chợ đêm tan nên cũng rất yên tĩnh. Bạn chủ và các anh chị ở đây rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Giường cũng rộng và thoải mái. Lưu ý là home chỉ có thang máy vận chuyển hành lý chứ ko có thang máy cho khách đi, dù vậy thì cũng ko ảnh hưởng đến gia đình mình vì bật thang ko cao lắm. Highly recommend luôn ạ.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Sehr zentral gelegen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Ort, da wir schon einmal in Hoi An waren. Preis-Leistung völlig ok. Wir waren unter dem Dach untergebracht. Ich glaube die Zimmer darunter sind schöner. Aber der Preis war sehr günstig und somit ok. Für das Gepäck gibt es einen Aufzug, was es sehr erleichtert seine Sachen nach oben zu bekommen. Es wurde uns auch ein Transfer zum Zug organisiert, zu einem angemessenen Preis. Personal sehr nett und das Zimmer war einfach gehalten aber sauber.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Reservamos la habitación más económica, por lo que íbamos sin grandes expectativas, pero al llegar nos sorprendió gratamente. Aunque era pequeña, estaba equipada a la perfección: baño privado, secador de pelo, toallas, jabón, champú, televisión, frigobar y, lo mejor de todo, tanto aire acondicionado como ventilador. Además, nos encantó que hicieran el aseo todos los días; llegar cansadas de pasear y encontrarnos con la pieza limpia y la cama hecha fue un lujo. El personal fue sumamente amable, siempre con una sonrisa y muy atentos a nuestras necesidades. La comunicación por WhatsApp para gestionar el arriendo de motos y bicicletas fue rapidísima y a muy buen precio. La ubicación es inmejorable: justo afuera se arma un mercado nocturno diario con comida callejera, ropa y artesanías, pero como termina a más tardar a las 22:00 hrs, no hay ningún problema con el ruido (no se escuchaba nada en la habitación). También está muy cerca del canal para los paseos en bote y de toda la parte antigua con el famoso puente japonés. Agradecemos enormemente todas sus atenciones, ¡nuestra estadía fue maravillosa!
Es difícil encontrar algo negativo porque todo fue excelente. Como único detalle, la cama podría ser un poco más cómoda, ya que a ratos se sentía como si el colchón se dividiera. Por otro lado, la habitación estaba en el cuarto piso, lo que puede ser un poco cansador para algunas personas, aunque para nosotras no supuso ningún problema. Además, lo maravilloso es que tienen un ascensor exclusivo para subir el equipaje, así que no tuvimos que cargar peso por las escaleras.

Be aware they might enter your room, without telling you at check in, multiple times to water the plants. We got scared on our second night when we saw from the street a man in our room. On our third day, housekeeping left our door unlocked and partially open after they were done cleaning and watering the plants. We were a bit worried when we came back to our room and found it that way.

I hung the do not disturb sign to alert that I dont want anyone entering my room. Yet my security camera caught the owner came into my room .. She claimed she wanted to water the plants on the bacony.

Ottima posizione per chi vuole essere in centro ma rimanere fuori dalla folla e dal rumore delle vie principali. Staff gentile e molto disponibile: ci è stato permesso il check un’ora prima dell’orario indicato. Camera piccola ma fornita di tutto il necessario. Un plus è che è stata la stanza più pulita in cui siamo stati in vietnam per ora!

Our room at the highest floor, might not convienient for oldfolk. The luggage can be lifted up using storage lift. However, It's exhausting that need to climb up after long walking tired day.

Location being right on the night markets and close to some pretty good eateries made the stay more enjoyable. Room booked had spacious balcony of which can get a good view over the night markets and watch the hassle and bustle that goes on Staff really friendly and accommodating where possible.

TV Programme leider nur Youtube, Liveprogramme vom Balkon direkt auf den Nachtmarkt sind unterhaltsamer. Sehr sichere Unterkunft, bring ruhig Laptop usw mit, eines der sichersten Unterkünfte die ich in Asien erleben durfte. Room wurde täglich gereinigt inclusive neuer Handtücher, könnte man ändern nur bei bedarf. Hauskeeping sowie Rezeption ausgesprochen freundlich. Besitzerin und Mangerin sehr nett und spricht hervoragend auch deutsch. War mein 2. ter Aufenthalt in Hoi An und sicherlich nicht der letzte. Dieses Homestay ist das best gelegentste und Preis Leistung überragend. It can get noisy with the market stalls being assembled and dismantled at night. Also, the motorbikers blow their horn at all hours, passing the junction. Beep beep all night. Also the room next door to ours was so close and separated by a sliding door, we could hear their phone ringing.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025This accommodation was our perfect stay in Hoi An for almost two weeks! It is bang in the middle of the night market in the Hoi An Ancient Town. Just stepping out, you have tons of things to eat and buy in the night market which is everyday from 4pm to 9pm! This accommodation is around 150m from the riverside and Hoi An Old Town where there are tons of restaurants, markets and clubs. The best thing is once the night market closes at 9pm, it is completely silent as it is away from the clubs (even though they are very near). Staying here, you can literally explore the entire city just on foot! The room is exactly as described and we had a very comfortable stay. The owner is excellent, helpful and was always available whenever we needed anything. There is a little lift to take your luggage upstairs and the rooms are cleaned everyday! When we return to Hoi An next time, this will undoubtedly be our choice to stay!

This is the perfect spot to avoid the nightclub music, but at the same time be really close to the nightclubs, market, restaurants and shops. I was unfortunate enough to forget my wallet in the taxi when we arrived. Having paid with cash I had no way of tracking down the taxi and retrieving my wallet🥲 However, the staff helped me go through security cameras from all the neighbouring hotels, and after several hours we managed to find the taxi’s license plate. The staff helped me call around to track down what taxi company and what taxi driver the car belonged to, and in the end I got my wallet back! This was ONLY possible through the staff’s kindness and dedication to help its guest. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024The location was perfect, near the old town and right next to the river, where can be found some BBQs for the evening. The very last one on the left hand side (walking from Lisa's towards the river) was wonderful and the chef was very kind and interesting!! Everyone was very kind, the place is immaculate and cosy, don't hesitate, stay there!!

Reviewed Nov 12, 2024Very friendly and helpful owner. She provided us with great advice and support. Helped us to organize our trips and did all bookings for us. The homestay has an awesome location, directly at the night market and only a short walk away from the Old Town, the main tourist spot.
