First Hoianese Center Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Sehr gute Lage, die Zimmer waren sauber und es wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt und neue Handtücher gebracht. Julie und Ann waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine Partnerin und ich kommen gerne wieder.

An and Julie at front desk are lovely to deal with. They are extremely helpful and passionate about Vietnam culture. Breakfast was very good. Location right in the old town is easy walk to the river for lanterns and the Japanese bridge so a good value choice for a short stay. They also offer free walking tour but unfortunately we didn't get time to do.

Our room had no view or fridge which would not really be suitable for longer stays but for our 1 night stay it was completely acceptable. There is no elevator.

Shout out to An Julie and Tin. Best staff ever. They looked after everyone so well. Best place so far. I wish all hotel staff were like this. This will be hard to beat

1. Ann and Julie are friendly and welcoming. Julie recommended a cafe for working, with both Western and Asian food options, so it’s suitable for travelers from different countries. Ann also took me to many hidden photo spots around Hoi An. The price is affordable, so if you’re interested, you can contact her for shooting. 2. The hotel offers many activities and tours. There is a free walking tour, and our guide Cindy helped us learn more about the history of Hoi An. They also offer other activities such as cycling tours. 3. They helped me arrange three days of activities, including high class ticket for the Hoi An Memories Show and a coconut boat experience include hotel transportation. 4. Since I care about sleep quality, they arranged a quiet room for me. It was honestly the quietest place I stayed at during my entire trip in Vietnam. If you want to experience Hoi An in a local and cultural way, First Hoianese Center Hotel is definitely a hotel you should choose!

本來以為數位遊牧長住不太適合住飯店，但是我錯了！住在這邊的18天非常舒適，房間很乾淨，一塵不染。 入住期間生活的大小事情都有Ann & julie 的協助！ 她們總是可以在第一時間知道我們的需求，率先提供協助，真的是太驚人了！ 如果你第一次嘗試長住，這邊可以給你滿滿的安全感！ 我們需要煮東西，他們借給我們廚房，還有需要工作，他們幫我們買了新的書桌燈！我們需要印名片，Julie 給了我們很多當地印刷的資訊！ 特別要說的是房務人員Xuan,yen ,Dao,Thuy，我們每天房間都被收拾的好好的👍🏻 ，外面工作一回家看到乾淨房間很開心！他們的細心很值得被讚許！ 謝謝First Hoianese ! 推薦給跟我們一樣來短期數位遊牧，想要長住但不想要自己在apartment的人！

Ann and Julie were excellent at making us feel at home. Unfortunately I caught a stomach bug the day before arriving to Hoi An and was stuck in the hotel for the entire time there. Ann and Julie took exceptional care of me and went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. For example they made me ginger tea and also went to get me chicken porridge multiple times and checked on me everyday. The pillows were very comfortable and the facilities were clean. I will definitely be coming back if I return to Hoi An.

An elevator would’ve been nice but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

Die Zummer sind alle sehr sauber, besonders die Zimmer mit Balkon sind zu empfehlen und angenehm groß. Die Damen an der Rezeption (An, Helen und besonders Julie) haben einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt und waren über die Maßen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Als Alleinreisender haben mir besonders die Angebote für Touren und Aktivitäten sowie die Empfehlungen (Essen) des Hotels geholfen und die Free Walking Tour ist absolut zu empfehlen! Gerne bald wieder

Wenn es die Möglichkeit geben würde, würden wir noch mehr Sterne vergeben. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit waren herausragend. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, modern und gut eingerichtet. Man kann Touren im Hotel buchen- es ging sehr spontan& unkompliziert. Alle Touren waren wirklich fabelhaft.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren traurig, als wir wieder abreisen mussten. Julie und Ann von der Rezeption sind so süß und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Auch die Walking Tour durch die Altstadt ist sehr empfehlenswert!

I loved it was really clean and well maintained. Met the staff Julie, An and Anna, they were all really helpful to assist us during our stay from arranging transportation, checking in, and navigation.

Ein perfekt organisiertes, sauberes und komfortables Hotel in super zentraler aber trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tollen Mitarbeiter*innen Julie, Ann und Tin und das Konzept, das kulturelle Erbe und die Geschichte der Stadt und des Landes zu vermitteln. Wärmstens zu empfehlen sind daher auch die Walking Tour und der history talk mit dem wunderbaren Bao.

My stay at Hoianese Central Hotel was perfect, mainly thanks to Tham and An, they are genuinely the best receptionists I’ve ever met while traveling! Both were so caring and supportive throughout my stay. At the beginning, Tham took the time to explain all the best things to see and do in Hoi An. An was equally thoughtful, always double-checking that I booked the correct Grab addresses and ensuring I got safely to the airport. Love these girls and wish them all the very best! 🫶🏻🪷💯

Ich und mein Parner reisen sehr viel und sind in verschiedenen Unterkünften unterwegs. Ich glaube das First Hoianese Center Hotel kommt in die Top 3 davon. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, super sauber, gut ausgestattet, das Bett war super bequem, es gab tolle Aktivitäten und Ann und Julie waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vom Check In bis zum Abschied haben wir uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Ann und Julie erklären alles super und man kann eine tolle Walking und/oder Food Tour mit Cindy machen, welche sich hervorragend auskennt und auch super lieb ist! Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter!

J'ai hésité à réserver dans cet hôtel car les fenêtres ne donnent pas sur l'extérieur, mais j'ai finalement décidé de lui laisser une chance. Je devais rester une seule nuit, au final j'en suis restée trois. L'accueil assuré par Julie et An est toujours chaleureux et de bon conseil. La propreté et l'organisation générale sont impeccables : on sent que l'ensemble du staf se soucie du bien être des clients. Les chambres sont également très confortables. Un autre gros point positif et singulier de cet hôtel, c'est la possibilité d'assister à une visite guidée et un "history talk" gratuitement : les deux étaient vraiment très intéressants, avec d'excellentes guides et oratrices. Au final, je suis vraiment ravie d'être restée ici! Merci encore.

Ça ne change absolument pas mon opinion très positive des lieux et je reviendrais avec plaisir, mais je pense qu'il est inutile d'insister pour demander de laisser un avis sur notre expérience, ça peut parfois être un peu envahissant. Cela a cependant été fait en toute politesse, et je sais que c'est très fréquent au Vietnam.

沒有電梯但工作人員會幫忙拿行李到房間，沒有冰箱但沒問有沒有公共冰箱可以借用。

The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. Xuan, An, and Tham were very helpful. When I left, I was given a lovely little souvenir.

I loved An and Julie who both showed such special care and friendliness in making sure that my stay was wonderful and memorable. I loved the location in the heart of Hoi An. My room was comfortable with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, especially the wonderful pillows. A kettle with tea/coffee making facilities was provided. A fridge was available to use in the reception area. My room was cleaned beautifully by the always wonderful smiling ladies. I loved the philosophy of the hotel in assisting guests with cultural information and experiences. I highly recommend First Hoianese Center Hotel.

Не везде удобно расположены розетки, но они в достаточном количестве. Внимательно слушайте девушку на ресепшен, она расскажет о отеле и экскурсиях; про кондиционер и очиститель воздуха в номере; хорошо слушал муж про очиститель воздуха, который так «заорал» ночью, что я думала пожар)), а надо было воду из него вылить)) Завтраки настолько сытные, что хватает до ужина. Подарили при check out свистульки. Это было очень приятно и памятная вещь. Экскурсия от отеля это 100 из 10. Милая гид, рассказала про город, Английский великолепный, все понятно и очень интересно. Видно, что леди очень любит свой город и страну. Желаю Вам добрых путешественников гостей

Нет окон, выходящих на улицу; окна выходят в кирпичную шахту. Шахта ухоженная, в неё проникает дневной свет. Я поняла, что не могу без окон, это для меня страшно, первую ночь не могла заснуть. Нет телевизора. Нет мини-холодильника в номере, но холодильником можно воспользоваться на ресепшен без проблем

Myself and my partner stayed in this hotel for two nights during 6 weeks of travel and it was the best hotel we stayed in for sure! The staff, An and Julie were absolutely ammmmmazing! Best hotel service I have ever had, Ann sat with us and we chatted about making the best three day itinerary for Hoi an, including history talks and bike and walking tours. Her insight and recommendations made our trip unforgettable. The rooms were large and bright and smelled amazing of lemongrass. Could not recommend this place more. If you get the chance I would recommend the bicycle tour with Bao, we traveled by bike to a nearby island where we met with local carpenters and learned to make rice paper. Bao was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Also a massive thank you to Ivy for the free history talk, she spoke so well and I learned so much! Everything here is perfect!

The staff really make the place so special! An and Julie welcomed us so well, suggested amazing activities and helped book our tickets for us while we were out enjoying our day in the town, and kept us informed of various things we needed via WhatsApp. The walking tour with Ivy and Bao and the history talk presented by Bao were so amazing too. Genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed. Hoi An is an amazing town, and the accommodation is in a great location, but the staff make it a very memorable destination. Also, worth mentioning the beds are very comfortable and the whole place felt very clean.

This was absolutely one of our favourite places we have stayed in Vietnam. The rooms were quaint and cozy and Old Town is right down the road! What made this place so amazing is the incredible staff that supported us to have such a positive experience. An, Tin & Julie each went out of their way to provide us with local knowledge and recommendations which enabled us to have the perfect trip. All three had great English and were able to communicate effectively with us. We only stayed one night but we will most certainly be back for more as we only scratched the surface of what this accommodation has to offer. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Perfect location, many amenities nearby, walking distance to old town. The staff were very welcoming, always smiling, accommodating and had many tours you can take but they were not pushy. They ensured the stay was perfect. Especially Julie, Tin and Ann. The room was very comfortable, not too big but sufficient for us. We had booked 4 rooms to accommodate our group, they managed to give 3 rooms on the same level which was helpful.

Only thing is there is no lift, so have to climb up the stairs.

We loved staying at this hotel! Everyone was so friendly and kind! Julie and An at the reception were amazing and so very helpful. We went on some of the tours which were fabulous - particularly the history walking tour (which is complimentary) and the food tour (both of these were run by Cindy who is very knowledgeable - a brilliant guide!) The hotel is very clean and the AC is amazing. The beds are comfortable, and it’s in a very convenient and quiet location. Perfect place to stay in Hoi An!

Very good location, at heart of the ancient town, no need to use any transport just walking distance. I can’t express how friendly and helpful staff we met. Anne, An and Julie. Only thing is they don’t have lift if u stay on the top floors It’s a bit hard. But we had no heavy staff to carry or we didn’t go and back that often.

5/5 Stars - Fantastic Stay! I had a great experience staying here and highly recommend it. The service from the staff was excellent right from the start—everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Especially Julie and An. The highlight for me, though, was the room itself. It was incredibly comfortable and set up perfectly for a good night's rest. The bed was amazing and easily one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. If you like a cold room to sleep in, the AC works perfectly and gets the room very cold quickly. On top of that, the blackout curtains are excellent. When they are closed, the room is completely pitch black, blocking out all outside light. Between the great service, the cold AC, and the perfect sleeping conditions, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be back!

Vous connaissez tous l’américain first ici c’est le client en 1er (bon désolée pour la référence mais c’est à cause du nom de l’hôtel 😁). Tout était très bien mais Julie et An font la différence par leur gentillesse, leur attention et leur sourire. Elles ont été d’une grande aide pour les restaurants, la location de vélo, les recommandations en tout genre et l’organisation de la suite de mon voyage. A ceci s’ajoute que l’hôtel organise des tours gratuits et payants avec systématiquement des guides de qualité. J’ai également fait l history tour, si vous voulez en savoir plus sur le Vietnam (dien bien phu, guerre du Vietnam) n’hésitez pas à y aller cela vous prendra 2 heures et les conférenciers sont au top. Voilà mention spéciale à Julie et An 😘😘

J’ai adoré cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et impeccablement propres, et l’établissement est idéalement situé. Ils proposent plusieurs excursions, dont un walking tour culturel de la ville que je recommande vivement. Merci à Julie et An pour leur accueil chaleureux. Elles ont été extrêmement aimables et serviables tout au long de mon séjour.
