- Phòng cũ chỉ là nhà nghỉ, nhà vệ sinh khá khai lúc nhận phòng - Đèn phòng yếu và cực kỳ tối, cả khách sạn đều tối, quạt trần bám bụi chắc chục năm chưa lau. - Lễ tân ít khi có mặt ở quầy - Tôi không biết sao khách sạn này lại có điểm số cao đến vậy, đó là lý do tôi đặt phòng, nhưng cũng là sai lầm vì tôi ở đây 2 đêm với gia đình và nó không thoải mái - Phòng chỉ có 1 đôi dép trong phòng. - Giường nệm có lớp nhựa phía dưới và nó phát ra tiếng kêu khó chịu khi cựa mình - Có tivi nhưng ko kết nối đc YouTube hoặc nhiều kênh. Chỉ mạng bình thường, nhà có trẻ nhỏ không phải sự lựa chọn hay vì trẻ hay xem tivi Nếu bạn đi 1 mình có lẽ là lựa chọn OK,nhưng tôi đã ở khách sạn khác cùng tầm giá hoặc rẻ hơn nhưng phòng mới hơn và sáng hơn nhiều

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Notre hôtesse a été très aimable et arrangeante : nous avons pu avoir accès à notre chambre plus tôt que l'horaire du check-in. Les services proposés (taxi, réservation d'excursions) sont appréciés. L'hôtel est bien situé : il y a l'embarras du choix de restaurants dans la rue, la plage est accessible à pied en 15-20 min. La chambre est très propre.
Notre chambre a vue sur la rue, ce qui est bruyant le matin.

Extrêmement sale. Nous avons dû demander de changer les draps à notre arrivée qui avaient déjà servi, de balayer car il y avait des cheveux partout et de nous passer du produit et une éponge pour nettoyer la salle de bain qui n'avait pas été entretenue depuis des lustres. Extrêmement bruyant car les chambres donnent sur une rue très agitée.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Cute hotel in a fantastic location. Just a short walk from the marina and a tiny walk from an excellent climbing company and great venues like The Secret Garden bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure we didn't miss our bus back to Hanoi and providing great transport to the national park. The rooms are generously sized.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026W pokojach było czysto.Świetny kontakt z Panią z recepcji, dobra komunikacja w języku ang, była bardzo pomocna w organizacji transportu i wycieczek.
Brak pościeli/ poszewki przez co trzeba było spać pod narzutą. Okna w pokoju nie domykały się przez co w nocy było zimno i niósł się hałas z ulicy. Szafa brzydko pachniała.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026I booked last second as my booked hotel was closed (!). The lovely owner let me check in immediately even though it was still fairly early, and provided me with lots of info. I also booked a hiking tour through her as it was the best price around. Breakfast is across the street in a sister hotel, and is adequate. Free water available in the lobby. As usual, all booking services provided.

No salía aire caliente del aire acondicionado, pero no pasa nada no hacía frio dentro de la habitación. Y el agua caliente no funcionaba muy bien en nuestra habitación, no había mucha presión al ponerla caliente y enseguida se ponía ardiendo.
